Specifically, the transmission mechanism 132 includes a first transmission gear 1321, a second transmission gear 1322 and a rotating shaft 1323, the first transmission gear 1321 is fixedly connected with the movable end of the power component 133; the second transmission gear 1322 is fixedly connected with the turntable 131 and is in transmission connection with the first transmission gear 1321 at the same time, the first transmission gear 1321 is driven to rotate by the power component 133, the first transmission gear 1321 drives the second transmission gear 1322 to rotate, and then the cabinet body 110 and the banknote box 120 connected with the cabinet body 110 are driven to rotate by the second transmission gear 1322; the rotating shaft 1323 is used for rotatably connecting the fixed end of the rotating disc 131 and the power component 133 and supporting the rotating disc 131.
Further, the safe 100 further comprises a base 140, the power component 133 is fixedly connected with the base 140, the rotary disc 131 is rotatably connected to the base 140 through a rotating shaft 1323, and the rotary disc 131 rotates relative to the base 140 under the action of the power component 133 and the transmission mechanism 132. Preferably, the power component 133 is a stepper motor or a servo motor, so that the cassette vault 100 can more accurately switch the cassettes 120.
Optionally, the cabinet 110 further includes a housing 114 and a mounting bracket 115, and the mounting bracket 115 is disposed in the housing 114 and fixedly connected to the housing 114, so as to connect the banknote box 120 and the cabinet 110 into an integrated structure. Preferably, the housing 114 is a cylindrical structure, so that the cabinet 110 occupies less installation space while allowing for rotation.
Optionally, the mounting frame 115 comprises a mounting plate 1151 for connecting the cassettes 120, a partition 1152 arranged perpendicular to the mounting plate 1151 and extending along the length of the cassettes 120, the partition 1152 being connected perpendicular to the mounting plate 1151, the partition 1152 being adapted to partition adjacent cassettes 120.
Optionally, a banknote cassette handle 124 is disposed on a side of the banknote cassette 120 opposite to the first connecting portion 111, and the banknote cassette handle 124 is used for moving the banknote cassette 120, so that an operator can conveniently perform installation or transfer operation on the banknote cassette 120 by holding the banknote cassette handle 124 by hand.
The invention further provides financial self-service equipment which comprises a protective cover and any one of the banknote processing devices, wherein the banknote processing device is partially or completely arranged in the protective cover.
The technical features of the embodiments described above can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A banknote processing method is characterized by mainly comprising the following steps:
a first conveying device and a second conveying device which are communicated with a passenger receiving platform and a safe of a cash box are arranged, and at least a third conveying device and a fourth conveying device which are communicated with the first conveying device and the second conveying device are arranged between the first conveying device and the second conveying device;
a first gate, a second gate and a third gate are sequentially arranged on the first conveying device from the reception platform to the direction of the safe of the cash box, a fourth gate, a fifth gate and a sixth gate are sequentially arranged on the second conveying device from the safe of the cash box to the reception platform, and the gates are used for communicating or closing passages among the first conveying device, the second conveying device, the third conveying device, the fourth conveying device, the safe of the cash box and the reception platform;
arranging a currency detecting assembly and a temporary storage assembly at intervals between gates on the first conveying device in the direction from the first conveying device to the safe of the cash box, so that the temporary storage assembly is arranged close to the safe of the cash box;
depositing, namely, enabling the paper currency to enter a currency detection component from the customer receiving platform through a first conveying device and a first gate for currency detection, and storing the passing currency detection in a temporary storage component;
withdrawing money, wherein the paper money enters the money detecting component from the temporary storage component through the second gate to detect the money, passes the money detection and is sent to the customer receiving platform through the first gate;
storing, wherein the paper money in the temporary storage assembly is conveyed into a paper money box safety box through the conveying action of a third gate and a first conveying device;
and recycling, wherein the paper money enters the first conveying device from the reception platform through the first gate, the first conveying device conveys the paper money into the money detecting device for detecting the money, and the money detection is carried out through a waste storing/taking box stored in a money box safety box.
2. The method of processing banknotes of claim 1 wherein the banknotes are entered into the banknote validating assembly for validation from the receiving platform through the first transport device via the first gate, passed for validation, and deposited into the escrow assembly, further comprising:
when the currency detection is not passed, the paper money enters the second conveying device through the second gate, the third conveying device or the fourth conveying device and the fifth gate, and then enters the customer receiving platform through the sixth gate.
3. The method of processing banknotes of claim 1 wherein the banknotes are entered into the banknote validating assembly for validation from the escrow assembly through the second gate, comprising:
and if the currency detection is not passed, the paper money is returned to the receiving platform through the first gate, the third conveying device or the fourth conveying device, the sixth gate and the second conveying device.
4. A banknote handling apparatus to which the banknote handling method according to any one of claims 1 to 3 is applied, comprising a banknote cassette safe, a banknote transport apparatus and a reception table, wherein the banknote transport apparatus communicates the banknote cassette safe with the reception table for transporting banknotes between the banknote cassette safe and the reception table; the paper money conveying device comprises a first conveying device and a second conveying device which are communicated with the reception platform and the safe of the paper money box, and at least a third conveying device and a fourth conveying device which are communicated with the first conveying device and the second conveying device are arranged between the first conveying device and the second conveying device;
a first gate, a second gate and a third gate are sequentially arranged on the first conveying device from the reception platform to the direction of the safe of the cash box, and a fourth gate, a fifth gate and a sixth gate are sequentially arranged on the second conveying device from the safe of the cash box to the reception platform;
arranging a currency detecting assembly and a temporary storage assembly at intervals between gates on the first conveying device in the direction from the first conveying device to the safe of the cash box, so that the temporary storage assembly is arranged close to the safe of the cash box;
the banknote is conveyed between the banknote box safe and the reception platform through the cooperative work of a plurality of components in the first conveying device, the second conveying device, the first gate, the second gate, the third gate, the fourth gate, the fifth gate, the sixth gate, the third conveying device, the fourth conveying device, the banknote detection component and the temporary storage component.
5. The banknote handling device of claim 4, wherein the banknote transport device further comprises a controller, one or more of the first gate to the sixth gate is a powered gate, the powered gate is electrically connected to the controller, the first transport device to the sixth transport device are respectively electrically connected to the controller, and the controller coordinates operation of the gates and the transport devices.
6. The banknote handling device according to claim 4, wherein the first to fourth transport devices are transport belts.
7. A banknote handling apparatus as claimed in claim 6 wherein a carrier is provided on said conveyor belt for carrying banknotes, said conveyor belt being capable of moving said carrier between said banknote cassette safe and said receiving station.

The banknote handling device according to claim 4, wherein the banknote box comprises a cabinet body, a plurality of banknote boxes stacked in the cabinet body, and a driving assembly connected to the cabinet body and driving the plurality of banknote boxes to rotate, wherein a driving portion, a mounting portion and a communication portion are arranged at one end of the banknote box connected to the cabinet body, a first connecting portion, a second connecting portion and a third connecting portion are correspondingly arranged at a position of the cabinet body connected to the banknote box, the driving portion is connected to the first connecting portion, the mounting portion is connected to the second connecting portion, and the communication portion is connected to the third connecting portion.
9. The banknote handling device according to claim 8, wherein the driving assembly comprises a turntable, a transmission mechanism and a power component, the power component is in transmission connection with the transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism drives the turntable to rotate, and the turntable is connected with the cabinet to drive the cabinet to rotate.
10. Financial self-service equipment, characterized by comprising a protective cover and a banknote handling device according to any one of claims 4 to 9, which is partially or fully arranged within the protective cover.
