Detailed Description
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement them. Also, for the sake of clarity, parts not relevant to the description of the exemplary embodiments are omitted in the drawings.
In the present disclosure, it is to be understood that terms such as "including" or "having," etc., are intended to indicate the presence of the disclosed features, numbers, steps, behaviors, components, parts, or combinations thereof, and are not intended to preclude the possibility that one or more other features, numbers, steps, behaviors, components, parts, or combinations thereof may be present or added.
It should be further noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present disclosure may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, information recorded on a bill is identified so as to determine the bill information provider and the user identity; determining whether the user is a registered user of the specific information provider according to the determined ticket information provider and the user identity; the service is provided to the user according to a result of the determination of whether the user is a registered user of the specific information provider. The technical scheme can help a specific information provider to know the user condition, accurately provide corresponding services for different users, enhance the user experience, improve the viscosity of registered users and attract unregistered users to register.
FIG. 1 shows a flow diagram of a method of ticket processing according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the bill processing method includes the following steps S101 to S103:
in step S101, information recorded on the ticket is identified to determine the ticket information provider and the user identity;
in step S102, it is determined whether the user is a registered user of the specific information provider according to the determined ticket information provider and the user identity;
in step S103, a service is provided to the user according to the determination result of whether the user is a registered user of the specific information provider.
As mentioned above, after the user receives the purchased article and the attached ticket, the user does not pay attention to the ticket after checking the article and the ticket information, that is, the ticket cannot create any value again for the ticket information provider and the user. For example, when a user purchases a product through a shopping platform or orders a product through a takeout platform, a ticket recording platform information, merchant information, a purchase time, a purchased product, a user name, an address, and the like is generally taken at the same time after the user obtains the product. After the user uses the ticket to check the purchased goods, for example, when the user has consumed the takeaway, the ticket is no longer valuable to the user.
In view of the above, in this embodiment, a ticket processing method is proposed that first identifies information described on a ticket to determine the identity of a provider of ticket information and a user; determining whether the user is a registered user of the specific information provider according to the determined ticket information provider and the user identity; the service is provided to the user according to a result of the determination of whether the user is a registered user of the specific information provider. For example, after the takeout food is received, when the ticket attached to the takeout food is processed, the ticket can be identified through a specific device, and the information obtained by identification is uploaded to a specific information provider, such as a certain takeout platform, so that the takeout platform can be helped to know about the user through the information on the ticket, and the takeout platform can provide services for the user better. The technical scheme can help a specific information provider to know the user condition, accurately provide corresponding services for different users, enhance the user experience, improve the viscosity of registered users and attract unregistered users to register.
It should be noted that in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the ticket processed by a specific information provider does not have to be a ticket provided by the specific information provider, but may be a ticket provided by any ticket information provider. The user also need not be a registered user of the particular information provider, but may be an unregistered user that has not registered with the particular information provider.
In an alternative implementation of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, steps S101 and S102 are the same as steps S101 and S102 in fig. 1, and step S103, i.e., the step of providing the service to the user according to the determination result of whether the user is a registered user of the specific information provider, includes step S201. Steps S101 and S102 will not be described again here.
In step S201, feedback is provided to the user in accordance with a determination result that the user is a registered user of the specific information provider.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the user is a registered user of the specific information provider through the information of the ticket information provider and the user identity on the ticket, the specific information provider provides feedback to the user.
In one embodiment, when it is determined that the ticket information provider on the ticket is a specific information provider and the user recited on the ticket is already a registered user of the specific information provider, the specific information provider provides feedback to the user. It should be noted that the user identity may be determined by one or more items of information such as the name, address, and communication method of the user recorded on the ticket. For example, when it is determined that the user's phone number recorded on the ticket is the registered phone number of the user of the specific information provider, it may be determined that the user is a registered user. In one embodiment, the user that is described on the ticket and the user that places an order for the item described by the ticket at the ticket information provider may not be the same. Therefore, even if it is determined that the ticket information provider on the ticket is the specific information provider, it is necessary to determine whether the user described on the ticket is a registered user of the specific information provider. When it is determined that the user described on the ticket is a registered user of the specific information provider, the specific information provider provides feedback to the user.
In one embodiment, when it is determined that the ticket information provider on the ticket is not a specific information provider, but that the user depicted on the ticket is already a registered user of the specific information provider, the specific information provider provides feedback to the user. For example, the specific information provider is a takeout platform a, and the ticket information provider is a takeout platform B, and through the solution of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the takeout platform a can know that the registered user has consumption on the takeout platform B. At this point, the takeaway platform a may provide feedback to the registered user. Therefore, the technical scheme can accurately provide corresponding services for the user, enhance the user experience and improve the viscosity of the registered user.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the feedback provided to the user may be information feedback or may be material feedback. For example, the information feedback may be thank you information, reminder information, information inviting the user to participate in the activity, etc. sent to the user by the specific information provider. For another example, the material feedback may be cash, a coupon, a prize, etc. provided to the user by the specific information provider. Wherein, the feedback can be set according to the requirement of practical application, and the disclosure does not limit it specifically.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, feedback is provided for the user according to the determination result that the user is the registered user of the bill information provider, so that the bill information provider can be helped to know the user condition, corresponding services are accurately provided for different users, the user experience is enhanced, and the stickiness of the registered user is improved.
In an alternative implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, steps S101 and S102 are the same as steps S101 and S102 in fig. 1, and step S103, i.e., the step of providing the service to the user according to the determination result of whether the user is a registered user of the ticket information provider, includes step S301. Steps S101 and S102 will not be described again here.
In step S301, the user is prompted to register with the specific information provider in accordance with a determination result that the user is not a registered user of the specific information provider.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the user is not a registered user of the specific information provider, that is, the user is an unregistered user of the specific information provider, from the information of the ticket information provider and the user identity on the ticket, the user is prompted to register at the specific information provider.
In one embodiment, when it is determined that the ticket information provider on the ticket is not a specific information provider and that the user described on the ticket is not a registered user of the specific information provider, the specific information provider prompts the user to register with the specific information provider. In this case, it is possible for the specific information provider to acquire a new user from the information described on one ticket.
In one embodiment, when it is determined that the ticket information provider on the ticket is a specific information provider but the user described on the ticket is not a registered user of the specific information provider, the specific information provider prompts the user to register with the specific information provider. For example, the user who is described in the ticket is different from the user who places an order for the item described in the ticket at the ticket information provider. Therefore, even if it is determined that the ticket information provider on the ticket is the specific information provider, the user described on the ticket is not registered. In this case, it is possible for the specific information provider to acquire a new user from the information described on one ticket.
In one embodiment, the user may register with the specific information provider by means of a client application on the computer, an APP of the mobile terminal, or the like.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the user is prompted to register in the specific information provider according to the determination result that the user is not the registered user of the specific information provider, so that the bill information provider can be helped to know the user condition, corresponding services are accurately provided for different users, the user experience is enhanced, and the unregistered user is attracted to register.
In an alternative implementation of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, steps S101, S102, and S301 are the same as steps S101, S102, and S301 in fig. 3, except that step S103, i.e., the step of providing a service to the user according to the determination result of whether the user is a registered user of the ticket information provider, includes step S401 in addition to step S301. Steps S101, S102, and S301 will not be described again here.
In step S401, when the user completes registration with the specific information provider, feedback is provided to the user.
In this embodiment, the specific information provider provides feedback to the user when the unregistered user is registered with the specific information provider. That is, at this time, the specific information provider successfully acquires the unregistered user.
In one embodiment, the feedback provided by different registered users of a particular information provider may be different. For example, different feedback may be provided to a user based on various factors, such as different registration times of the user at a particular information provider, different amounts consumed, different sources of the user, and so forth.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the user finishes registering in the specific information provider, feedback is provided for the user, the ticket information provider can be helped to know the user condition, corresponding services are accurately provided for different users, the user experience is enhanced, and unregistered users are attracted to register.
In the above embodiments of the present disclosure, providing services to users includes providing services to registered users and providing services to non-registered users. For example, providing services to users includes providing feedback to registered users as mentioned in the foregoing embodiments as well as prompting non-registered users to register with a particular information provider.
Further, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the services provided to the user may also include allowing the user to participate in a commercial activity hosted by a particular information provider. In one embodiment, the commercial campaign may be an online or offline marketing campaign, promotional campaign, and the like that a particular information provider hosts. In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the business may be integrated with feedback provided to the registered user.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the user is allowed to participate in the commercial activities held by the specific information provider, the ticket information provider can be helped to know the user condition, corresponding services are accurately provided for different users, the user experience is enhanced, the stickiness of registered users is improved, and unregistered users are attracted to register.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the service provided to the user may include helping the user to dispose of spam. In one embodiment, the foregoing technical solution of the present disclosure may be implemented in a garbage disposal device. For example, an image recognition device and a data interaction device are integrated on the garbage processing device. When goods and attached bills received through the online shopping platform or the takeout platform are processed through the garbage processing device, the information recorded on the bills is identified through the image identification device of the garbage processing device, and the identified information is transmitted to the specific information provider through the data interaction device for determination.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the services provided for the user comprise helping the user to process garbage, so that the user can be helped to process garbage, meanwhile, the bill information provider is helped to know the user condition, corresponding services are accurately provided for different users, the user experience is enhanced, the viscosity of the registered user is improved, and the unregistered user is attracted to register.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods.
Fig. 5 shows a block diagram of a bill processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 5, the bill processing apparatus includes:
the identification module 501 is used for identifying the information recorded on the bill to determine the information provider of the bill and the identity of the user;
a determining module 502 for determining whether the user is a registered user of the specific information provider according to the determined ticket information provider and the user identity;
a service providing module 503 for providing a service to the user according to a determination result of whether the user is a registered user of the specific information provider.
In view of the above problem, in this embodiment, a ticket processing apparatus is proposed, which has an identification module for identifying information described on a ticket to determine a ticket information provider and a user identity; a determining module for determining whether the user is a registered user of the specific information provider according to the determined ticket information provider and the user identity; and a service providing module for providing a service to the user according to a determination result of whether the user is a registered user of the specific information provider. For example, after the takeout food is received, when the ticket attached to the takeout food is processed, the ticket can be identified through the identification module, and the information obtained by identification is uploaded to a specific information provider, such as a certain takeout platform, so that the takeout platform can be helped to know about the user through the information on the ticket, and the takeout platform can provide services for the user better.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the service providing module 503 may be configured to: feedback is provided to the user based on a determination that the user is a registered user of the particular information provider.
