The invention provides a method and a system for coding instrument identifiers in a local area network environment, which realize the uniform coding of enterprise products by the seamless butt joint of a coding system and an enterprise internal production system, ensure the uniqueness of identifiers, facilitate the uniform management by uploading relevant parameters of the products to a database, generate unique identifier codes according to product parameters in database records by utilizing the queue type codes of the database, and are compatible with enterprise self codes and standard codes. Besides, the internal product identification code is associated with the external instrument identification code, so that the factory inspection of operators is facilitated, and the factory efficiency is greatly improved.

In the embodiment of the invention, the code assigning system is in seamless butt joint with an enterprise internal production system (MES, ERP and the like) in an interface mode, taking the MES as an example, the MES obtains a coding task, a unique identification coding interface of the code assigning system is called at the bottom layer, and the product is assigned with codes through the coding interface.

The code assigning system receives a request for identifying and coding related parameters of the article, wherein the related parameters comprise organization codes, manufacturers, factory numbers, classification codes, year and month of production and specification models, after receiving the product parameters, an ID is generated, I D and the product parameters are stored in a database table together, and the queue type codes are realized through the database.

And the MES system obtains the coding task, calls the unique identification coding interface of the coding system at the bottom layer and codes the product through the coding interface.
For the meter identification code, if the enterprise has a self-code before, a custom code can be selected, and the custom code rule is 'enterprise prefix +'/'+ enterprise self-code'; if the enterprise does not have self-coding or the enterprise decides to qualify for instrumentation platform rules, a standard code may be selected, the coding rules being "enterprise prefix + '/' + instrument coded prefix + instrument class code + organizational code + timestamp + serial number".

and an operator inquires an external instrument identification code in the instrument application service platform through the internal product identification code, activates the identification and finishes factory leaving operation.
