For the management of the keywords, an Office software mode is usually adopted, that is, storage and viewing of the keywords are completed through Excel, and related information is transmitted through mails to complete creation, review and the like of the keywords.
However, for products with complex functions, the number of keywords is huge, and in the process of creating, the keywords need to be reviewed and filed according to the flow. Due to the management mode based on Excel, the information in the evaluation process cannot be effectively transmitted downwards or the information is asynchronous, so that the operation efficiency is low, and the error rate is increased.

Aiming at the problem that keywords are managed based on an Excel management mode in the existing automatic testing technology of automobile electronics, a new keyword management scheme is needed.
Therefore, the invention aims to provide an automatic test case keyword management system, and accordingly provides a keyword management method, which can manage keywords in a full life cycle, greatly improve the management efficiency of the keywords and meet actual requirements.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an automatic test case keyword management system, comprising: a user side and a server side;
the user side establishes a user operation platform and performs data interaction with the server side to support the relevant function operation provided by the keyword management system;
the server side establishes an operation platform of the keyword management system to complete the logic processing and data processing of the keyword management; the server side comprises a functional logic processing unit and a data processing unit, wherein the functional logic processing unit is used for processing the behavior requirement of the system, performing data interaction with the data processing unit according to a set keyword management process and completing the logic analysis of the system behavior data; the data processing unit is used for processing the behavior data of the system and checking, reading and writing the data so as to support the functional logic processing unit to complete the corresponding system requirements.
Further, the user side comprises a common user side and/or an administrator user side, and the common user side and the server side perform data interaction to realize basic management function operation of the keywords; and the administrator user side and the server side perform data interaction to realize basic management function operation of keywords and management operation of the system.
Further, the functional logic processing unit comprises a keyword operation module and a user management module, wherein the keyword operation module can perform keyword management operations including creation, compilation, import, download and version management on keywords; and the user management module is matched with the user side to finish user management operation.
Further, the keyword operation module analyzes and processes the keyword data according to the keyword management process and the user management authority, so as to ensure that the keyword data is accurate, complete and traceable.
Further, the data processing module is divided into three physical areas: a user data area, an audit data area and an archived data area; the user data area is used for storing personal data of each user; the auditing data area is used for storing data to be approved and transferred from the user data area, and users with approval authority can access the auditing data area; and the data filing area is used for storing filing data and is transferred from the auditing data area, the data in the area is a system core data area, and the highest authority is required for rewriting the data.

The keyword management scheme provided by the invention can manage the keywords in a full life cycle, greatly improve the management efficiency of the keywords, and overcome the problems in the prior art so as to meet the actual requirements.
The keyword management scheme provided by the invention can realize online management of the keywords.
When the keyword management scheme provided by the invention is implemented specifically, a corresponding data protection scheme can be established by using the database, and the requirements on reading, storing and protecting the keyword system data can be met.

As can be seen from the figure, the keyword management system 100 is mainly composed of two parts, i.e., a user side 110 and a server side 120.
The user terminal 110 is configured to construct a user-oriented operating platform to perform data interaction with the server terminal 120, so as to support related function operations provided by the keyword management system.
The server 120 is used to construct an operating platform of the keyword management system to complete logic processing and data processing of the keyword management.
In the implementation of the solution, the user end 110 in the system is divided into a general user end and an administrator user end.
The common user side and the server side perform data interaction to realize basic management function operation of the keywords.
And the administrator user side and the server side perform data interaction to realize basic management function operation of the keywords and management operation of the system. The basic management function of the keywords can be realized through the administrator user side, and advanced operations of user management, authority management, system maintenance and the like of the system can be supported.
On this basis, the server side 120 in the present solution includes a functional logic processing unit 121 and a data processing unit 122.
The functional logic processing unit 121 is configured to process behavior requirements of the system, perform data interaction with the data processing unit 122 according to a set keyword management process, and complete logic analysis on system behavior data. In cooperation with the data processing unit 122, the data processing unit is configured to process behavior data of the system, and perform verification and read-write on the data, so as to support the functional logic processing unit to fulfill corresponding system requirements.
Further, the functional logic processing unit 121 in this embodiment includes a keyword operation module and a user management module.
The keyword operation module is used for performing specific management operations on the keywords, and the management operations include creation, compilation, query, import, check, submission, audit, download, version management and the like on the keywords.

For example, when the keyword operation module performs keyword adding management, the user side is used to submit keyword data, which may be added one by one or in batches, after static data inspection, the inspected keyword data is submitted to the system, a user with an audit authority is waited to perform an audit, and after the audit is passed, the keyword data which passes the audit is stored, so as to complete a keyword adding process.
When the keyword operation module is used for carrying out keyword modification management, the client is used for submitting keyword modification data, after data static inspection, the checked keyword data is submitted to the system, a user with an auditing authority is waited for evaluation, after the evaluation passes, the keyword data which passes the evaluation is updated and stored, and the modification management process is completed.
The user management module is used for completing user management operations such as creating, querying, compiling, deleting and the like of a user in cooperation with a user side, and also comprises support functions of the system such as interface display, interface configuration, system information, data reading, data writing and the like.
The data processing module 122 covers management of all data of the system, and is divided into three physical areas, i.e., a user data area, an audit data area, and an archive data area.

When the keyword management system manages the keywords of the automatic test case, each keyword data is endowed with a unique ID (identity) and the change of each keyword data is recorded, so that each keyword data has a fixed ID and a change record from creation to maintenance, the change history of the keywords of the test case can be effectively managed, the keywords can not be deleted once being created, and the system can effectively ensure that the keywords are controlled in the whole life cycle of a product.
Therefore, aiming at that each keyword can be referred by different projects or products, the system can display the reference relation and the version information of the keyword, so that the keyword can be effectively queried.
When the system is implemented, the system can be specifically presented in a form of a corresponding software program and can be stored in a corresponding storage medium, and the configuration form of the storage medium is not limited herein.
The implementation process of the above scheme is further described by specific application examples.
In the embodiment, according to the flow of product test development and the requirement for keywords in the development process, a corresponding keyword management system is constructed based on the scheme, and corresponding functions are designed in a targeted manner, so that the keyword management system can be ensured to improve the test development efficiency to the maximum extent, and the test development cycle is shortened.
The keyword management system shown in this example has a data processing function. As shown in fig. 2, based on this function, the user can select corresponding processing data according to the specific function requirement, where the processing data includes key data and user data, and the user can compile the corresponding data, and can also use the data checking function configured in the system to complete the admission check of the data, and when the check is passed and the data information is confirmed to be correct, the data can be submitted, thereby completing the processing of the data.
At the moment, data (such as keyword data and user data) is transferred from the user area to an examination and verification area, and a user with examination and approval authority is waited to examine and approve the keyword; when the data is approved, the user can complete the data auditing by using the auditing function configured by the system, when the data information is approved and approved, the data is filed, at the moment, the data is transferred from the auditing area to the filing area, the data is normally stored, and the data processing flow is completed. When the approval is not passed, the data is returned to the user submitting the data, meanwhile, the data is transferred from the auditing area to the user area, and when the user further operates, another round of data compiling and submitting can be carried out, and the data can also be directly discarded.
On the basis, based on the system, the user can create keywords. When creating the keyword, the user triggers the keyword creating function in the system according to the test development requirement, that is, the selected data in the flow shown in fig. 2 is completed. The user needs to complete the compiling of the keyword information according to the basic attribute of the keyword. The data checking function at this time is to perform basic checking on the newly created keyword, such as basic information on the keyword name, category, attribute, type, and the like. The auditing function during the approval is to complete basic auditing of the keywords to be approved, and after the approval is passed, the keywords are filed, and the data is transferred from the auditing area to the filing area, so that the keyword creating process is completed.
On the basis, based on the system, the user can compile the keywords. When a user needs to change and upgrade existing keywords, the user is allowed to compile the keywords, and the user needs to select the keywords to be compiled through a functional interface provided by a user side, that is, to complete the selected data in the flow shown in fig. 2, and then complete the process according to the data processing flow.
Based on the system, the user can import the keywords. When batch keywords need to be imported into the system, a user is allowed to import the keywords in batches through a corresponding function interface provided by the user side, and the import needs to be carried out according to a standard import template.
Based on the system, the user can download the keywords. When the keyword is needed to be used for test case design or other requirements, the user is allowed to select the keyword to be downloaded and download the keyword library through the corresponding interface function provided by the user side.
Based on the system, the user can manage the keyword version. When each keyword is created, the system allocates an ID to the corresponding keyword, and once the ID of the keyword is allocated, the ID of the keyword cannot be changed any more, and a user can query, compile and the like the keyword according to the ID of the keyword. The product to which the keyword belongs must be selected when each keyword is created, the version of the keyword library is defined based on product dimensions, each product can be subjected to version change according to the changed state of the keyword, the version of the keyword library can be created according to the state of the keyword library of the product as required, and the keyword library can be downloaded according to the version when downloaded.
Based on the system, the user can carry out keyword statistics. The user can carry out statistics of different dimensions on the keywords and form a report according to the basic attributes of the keywords, the product information of the keywords, the project information of the keywords, the creator of the keywords and the like and the requirements of the test development process.
Based on the system, the user can track the information of the keywords. The system starts from the creation of the keywords, all information operated on the keywords forms an independent data record, all information of the keywords in the system can be displayed, including basic information, modification records, review records, subordinate records and the like of the keywords, and corresponding tracking data can be checked through the query function of the keywords.
As can be seen from the above, the keyword management system provided in this example supports functions such as creation, compilation, viewing, importing, downloading, and the like of keywords based on product dimensions and basic attributes of the keywords, merges the management flow of the keywords, realizes online management and database storage of the keywords, and ensures the requirements on the keywords in the product test development process to support test development automation, improve the efficiency of keyword management, and shorten the test development cycle.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the keyword management system scheme has the following advantages:
the keyword management system supports the functions of checking, creating, approving, filing, editing and the like of keywords, integrates the management processes of the keywords, supports the static checking of the keywords, realizes online management, can store the processing information of each process in real time, and ensures the transmission and synchronization of the information.
The keyword management system is divided according to product dimensions, can realize functions of checking, comparing and the like of each product platform, can realize inheritance creation when a keyword library is created, ensures the reuse of keywords, reduces repeated work and improves efficiency.
The keyword management system supports batch import and download functions of keywords and version management of the keywords and the keyword library based on database storage so as to meet the requirements on the keywords in the test development process.
The keyword management system supports the summarization according to all dimensions and all attributes of keywords to form a unified report so as to monitor and display the state of a keyword library and realize the basic measurement of the test.

the server side establishes an operation platform of the keyword management system to complete the logic processing and data processing of the keyword management; the server side comprises a functional logic processing unit and a data processing unit, wherein the functional logic processing unit is used for processing the behavior requirements of the user, performing data interaction with the data processing unit according to a set keyword management process and completing the logic analysis of the behavior data of the user; the data processing unit is used for processing behavior data of the user and checking, reading and writing the data so as to support the functional logic processing unit to complete corresponding user requirements.

The automated test case keyword management system of claim 1, wherein the user side comprises a common user side and/or an administrator user side, and the common user side performs data interaction with the server side to implement basic management function operation of keywords; and the administrator user side and the server side perform data interaction to realize basic management function operation of keywords and management operation of the system.

The automated test case keyword management system of claim 1, wherein the functional logic processing unit comprises a keyword operation module and a user management module, and the keyword operation module can perform keyword management operations including creation, compilation, import, download, and version management on a keyword; and the user management module is matched with the user side to finish user management operation.
4. The automated test case keyword management system of claim 3, wherein the keyword operation module analyzes and processes keyword data according to a keyword management process and a user management authority.

The automated test case keyword management system of claim 1, wherein the data processing module is divided into three physical regions: a user data area, an audit data area and an archived data area; the user data area is used for storing personal data of each user; the auditing data area is used for storing data to be approved and transferred from the user data area, and users with approval authority can access the auditing data area; and the data filing area is used for storing filing data and is transferred from the auditing data area, the data in the area is a system core data area, and the highest authority is required for rewriting the data.

The automatic test case keyword management method is characterized in that when each keyword is created, each keyword is assigned with a fixed ID to the corresponding keyword; and at the beginning of creating each keyword, all information operated on the keyword forms an independent data record, and all information of the keyword existing in the system is displayed.

submitting the keyword data by using a user side, submitting the keyword data which passes the check to a system after the static check of the data, and waiting for the user with the verification authority to perform the verification; after the evaluation is passed, storing the key data passed by the evaluation to complete the new keyword adding process;
the keyword modification management process comprises the following steps:
submitting keyword change data by using a user side, submitting the keyword change data which passes the check to a system after data static check, and waiting for a user with an audit authority to carry out audit; and after the review is passed, updating and storing the keyword change data which passes the review, and finishing the modification management process.
