Further, referring to fig. 1, 5 and 6, as a specific embodiment of the cylindrical lens support provided by the present invention, a longitudinal mounting hole 213 is provided on the base 21, for a second fastening screw to fix the base 21 on the support table, and for sliding longitudinally from the second fastening screw in a unscrewed state, by adjusting the second fastening screw to slide longitudinally along the longitudinal mounting hole 213, the five degrees of freedom adjustment of the cylindrical lens 1 are achieved in cooperation with the lateral movement of the support plate 22, the vertical movement of the lens frame 4 and the rotation of the adjustment frame 3 around the lateral axis and the vertical axis, respectively, so as to improve the adjustment precision of the cylindrical lens 1; simple structure, manufacturing and easy dismounting only need can realize the five degrees of freedom regulation of cylindrical lens 1 through the regulation of the common spare in machinery field (such as jackscrew, spring and screw).
Specifically, the longitudinal mounting hole 213 is a kidney-shaped hole.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 7, as a specific embodiment of the cylindrical lens support provided by the present invention, the cylindrical lens support further includes a pressing plate 5 fixed on the adjusting frame 3, where the pressing plate 5 is used to press the lens frame 4 against the adjusting frame 3, so as to prevent the lens frame 4 from falling out of the adjusting frame 3.
Specifically, the projection of the pressing plate 5 on the front surface of the adjusting frame 3 is not overlapped with the projection of the cylindrical lens 1 on the front surface of the adjusting frame 3, so that the pressing plate 5 is prevented from shielding the light emitted by the cylindrical lens 1.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 7, as a specific embodiment of the cylindrical lens support provided by the present invention, the pressing plate 5 is provided with a groove 51, and an elastic member for pressing the lens frame 4 is embedded in the groove 51 to press the lens frame 4 against the adjusting frame 3, so as to ensure that the lens frame 4 can move in the adjusting frame 3.
Specifically, the elastic member is rubber.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the inner wall of the lens frame 4 is stepped, and the cylindrical lens 1 is adhered to the inner wall of the lens frame 4 to ensure that the cylindrical lens 1 is firmly and stably fixed to the lens frame 4.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the inner side wall of the adjusting frame 3 is stepped, so that the lens frame 4 is fixed in the adjusting frame 3 by the stepped inner wall and the pressing plate 5.
Specifically, the first vertical adjustment hole 221, the first lateral adjustment hole 222, the first positioning hole 223, the second connection hole 35, the distance adjustment hole 31, the fixing hole 36, and the slot wall hole 212 are all threaded holes; the first connection hole 224, the second vertical adjustment hole 32, the second lateral adjustment hole 33, the lateral mounting hole 225, and the longitudinal mounting hole 213 are all light holes.
The invention also provides a method for adjusting the cylindrical lens, which comprises the following steps:
s10: the fixing screw penetrating through the first connecting hole 224 is unscrewed, so that the spring sleeved on the fixing screw drives the supporting seat 2 to be close to the adjusting frame 3, and the elasticity is reduced;
s20: the first rotation adjusting jackscrew penetrating through the first vertical adjusting hole 221 is adjusted so that the adjusting frame 3 rotates around the transverse axis
S30: adjusting the second rotary adjusting jackscrew penetrating through the first transverse adjusting hole 222 so that the adjusting frame 3 rotates around the vertical shaft;
s40: the vertical adjusting jackscrews penetrating through the distance adjusting holes 31 are adjusted, so that the mirror frame 4 moves along the central line direction of the distance adjusting holes 31 in the vertical plane.
According to the cylindrical lens adjusting method provided by the invention, the fixed screw penetrating through the first connecting hole 224 is unscrewed, the elasticity of the supporting seat 2, which is driven by the spring and is close to the adjusting frame 3, is reduced, so that the first rotary adjusting jackscrew penetrating through the first vertical adjusting hole 221 and the second rotary adjusting jackscrew penetrating through the first transverse adjusting hole 222 have a certain precession amount, the adjusting frame 3 is driven to rotate around the transverse shaft and the vertical shaft respectively by adjusting the first rotary adjusting jackscrew and the second rotary adjusting jackscrew, and then the lens frame 4 is driven to linearly move along the vertical shaft in the vertical plane by adjusting the vertical adjusting jackscrew penetrating through the distance adjusting hole 31, thereby realizing three-degree-of-freedom adjustment of the cylindrical lens 1, and improving the adjusting precision of the cylindrical lens 1 by combining rotary adjusting and linear adjusting the cylindrical lens 1.
Specifically, step S10 precedes step S20 and step S30 to ensure that the jackscrews threaded through the first vertical adjustment hole 221 and the first horizontal adjustment hole 222 have a certain amount of play; step S20 and step S30 are not sequential; step S40 is performed independently of step S10, step S20 and step S30.

Claims (7)
1. Cylindrical lens support, its characterized in that: the lens frame is arranged in the adjusting frame;
the support seat is provided with a first connecting hole, a first vertical adjusting hole and a first transverse adjusting hole, the projections of the first vertical adjusting hole and the first transverse adjusting hole on the adjusting frame are respectively positioned on two adjacent frames of the adjusting frame, and the first connecting hole is arranged between the first vertical adjusting hole and the first transverse adjusting hole;
the adjusting frame is provided with a distance adjusting hole and a second connecting hole corresponding to the first connecting hole, the distance adjusting hole extends from the outer periphery of the adjusting frame to the inner periphery of the adjusting frame, a vertical adjusting jackscrew is penetrated in the distance adjusting hole, and the vertical adjusting jackscrew is abutted with the glasses frame;
the supporting seat is connected with the adjusting frame through a fixing screw penetrating through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole, a spring is sleeved on the fixing screw, and the spring is used for driving the supporting seat to be close to the adjusting frame;
a first rotary adjusting jackscrew for abutting against the adjusting frame is arranged in the first vertical adjusting hole in a penetrating way;
a second rotary adjusting jackscrew used for abutting against the adjusting frame is arranged in the first transverse adjusting hole in a penetrating way;
the length direction of the supporting plate is the same as the direction of the transverse shaft, the width direction of the supporting plate is the same as the direction of the longitudinal shaft, and the vertical direction is the same as the direction of the vertical shaft;
the first vertical adjusting hole is a kidney-shaped hole extending vertically, and the second rotary adjusting jackscrew can move transversely along the hole wall of the second transverse adjusting hole; the first rotary adjusting jackscrew drives the adjusting frame to rotate around the transverse shaft, the second rotary adjusting jackscrew drives the adjusting frame to rotate around the vertical shaft, and the vertical adjusting jackscrew drives the mirror frame to linearly move along the vertical shaft, so that the cylindrical lens is adjusted along the three-degree-of-freedom directions;
the first connecting holes and the second connecting holes are respectively arranged in a plurality, and the second connecting holes are respectively arranged on two adjacent frames of the adjusting frame;
the support seat is also provided with a first positioning hole positioned among the plurality of first connecting holes, and a positioning jackscrew used for abutting against the adjusting frame is arranged in the first positioning hole in a penetrating manner;
the adjusting frame is also provided with a second positioning hole corresponding to the first positioning hole, and the positioning jackscrew penetrates through the first positioning hole and stretches into the second positioning hole.
2. The cylindrical lens holder according to claim 1, wherein: the adjusting frame is also provided with a second vertical adjusting hole corresponding to the first vertical adjusting hole, and the first rotary adjusting jackscrew stretches into the second vertical adjusting hole;
the adjusting frame is also provided with a second transverse adjusting hole corresponding to the first transverse adjusting hole, and the second rotary adjusting jackscrew stretches into the second transverse adjusting hole.

the second rotary adjusting jackscrew can transversely move along the hole wall of the second transverse adjusting hole.

The cylindrical lens holder according to claim 1, wherein: the adjusting frame is further provided with a fixing hole extending from the periphery of the adjusting frame towards the distance adjusting hole, the fixing hole is communicated with the distance adjusting hole, a limiting jackscrew is arranged in the fixing hole and used for being abutted to the vertical adjusting jackscrew, and vertical movement of the vertical adjusting jackscrew is limited.

The cylindrical lens holder according to claim 4, wherein: the support seat comprises a base and a support plate arranged on the base, wherein a transverse mounting hole is formed in the support plate, the support plate is connected with the base through a first fastening screw penetrating through the transverse mounting hole and the base, and the first fastening screw in a unscrewed state can transversely slide along the transverse mounting hole;
the first connecting hole, the first vertical adjusting hole and the first horizontal adjusting hole are arranged on the supporting plate;
the center line of the distance adjusting hole extends vertically.
6. The cylindrical lens holder according to claim 5, wherein: the base is provided with a longitudinal mounting hole for a second fastening screw to fix the base on the supporting table and for sliding longitudinally from the second fastening screw in a unscrewed state.
7. A method of adjusting a cylindrical lens as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
unscrewing a fixed screw penetrating through a first connecting hole on the supporting seat and a second connecting hole on the adjusting frame, so that the spring sleeved on the fixed screw drives the supporting seat to be close to the adjusting frame, and the elasticity of the supporting seat is reduced;
the first rotary adjusting jackscrew penetrating through the first vertical adjusting hole of the supporting seat is adjusted, so that the adjusting frame rotates around the transverse shaft; the first vertical adjusting hole is a kidney-shaped hole extending vertically;
the second rotary adjusting jackscrew penetrating through the first transverse adjusting hole of the supporting seat is adjusted, so that the adjusting frame rotates around the vertical shaft; the second rotary adjusting jackscrew can transversely move along the hole wall of the second transverse adjusting hole;
and adjusting the vertical adjusting jackscrews penetrating through the distance adjusting holes of the adjusting frame, so that the mirror frame moves along the central line direction of the distance adjusting holes in the vertical plane.
