Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth to illustrate, but are not to be construed to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for controlling a cooling tower of a central air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s1, acquiring a temperature difference value between the outlet water temperature of cooling water of a cooling tower and the outdoor wet bulb temperature according to a preset test method;
it should be noted that, in one embodiment, the outdoor wet bulb temperature may be collected by a wet bulb temperature sensor with an electrical signal output, which is disposed at a suitable position around the outdoor refrigeration machine room, and the signal is transmitted to the central air conditioning control system. The installation position of the outdoor wet bulb temperature can be far away from the cooling tower at the periphery of the outdoor refrigeration machine room, preferably more than 20 meters, and other open places of heat dissipation equipment, such as the positions of lawns and the like in front of a plant.
In one embodiment, the outlet water temperature of the cooling water of the cooling tower can be acquired by a cooling water temperature sensor with an electric signal output and arranged at a water falling port of a cooling water pool or a water tray of the cooling tower, and the signal is transmitted to a control system.
The preset test method obtains a temperature difference value between the cooling water outlet temperature of the cooling tower and the outdoor wet bulb temperature, and in a certain embodiment, the temperature difference value may be:
when one refrigerating unit corresponds to one cooling tower: and recording the outlet water temperature of the cooling water of the cooling tower and the outdoor wet bulb temperature under the condition of full-load operation of the fan of the cooling tower, and calculating the difference value of the two temperatures.
In other embodiments, when one refrigerating unit corresponds to a plurality of cooling towers, that is, the main pipe, the obtaining the temperature difference value may include: firstly, opening cover plates on water distributors of all cooling towers, then 1, starting a refrigerating unit and a cooling tower to operate, slowly increasing the operation quantity of the cooling tower one by one, and carefully observing the running water distribution quantity of all the running cooling towers, particularly the running water condition of four corner water distributor openings far away from a water inlet of the cooling tower. The water level above the water distributors is continuously reduced along with the increase of the number of the cooling towers, and when more than one water distributors are observed to be not full of pipe flowing water, the cooling tower which is opened last is closed, and the number of the cooling towers which are in operation is the number of the cooling towers which can be opened at most by one refrigerating unit. And then all the running cooling tower fans are adjusted to power frequency running (namely full load running) for a certain time, and then the difference between the outlet water temperature of the cooling tower and the outdoor wet bulb temperature is recorded and calculated.
In other embodiments, when two refrigeration units and two cooling towers are started to operate, the number of the slow cooling tower operation is increased, and the water distribution of all the operating cooling towers, particularly the water flowing at the four corner water distributor ports far away from the water inlet of the cooling tower, is observed carefully. The water level above the water distributors is continuously reduced along with the increasing of the number of the cooling towers, when more than one water distributors are observed to be not full of pipe flowing water, the cooling tower which is opened last is closed, and the number of the cooling towers which are in operation at this time is the number of the cooling towers which can be opened at most by two refrigerating units. And then all the operating cooling tower fans are adjusted to power frequency operation, namely full load operation, and the difference between the outlet water temperature of the cooling tower and the outdoor wet bulb temperature is recorded and calculated after a certain time.
S2, setting a preset temperature value according to the acquired natural temperature and a temperature difference value; the natural temperature can be measured by a wet bulb temperature sensor arranged on the periphery of the outdoor refrigeration machine room.
S3, adjusting the fan speed of the cooling tower according to a preset temperature value;
in one embodiment, the speed of the cooling tower fan may be controlled based on the preset temperature value, for example, when the temperature of the cooling tower effluent is higher than the preset temperature value, the control system increases the speed of the cooling tower fan, otherwise, the speed of the cooling tower fan is decreased until the cooling tower fan is stopped, and when the temperature is close to the preset temperature value, the speed of the cooling tower fan is kept unchanged.
S4, controlling the cooling tower by adjusting the wind speed of a fan of the cooling tower;
in one embodiment, when the refrigeration process is that one refrigeration unit corresponds to one cooling tower, the control method may be: and adding the real-time wet bulb temperature value of the nature and the deviation value measured in the early stage as a set value to control the rotating speed of a fan of the cooling tower, so that the temperature of cooling water at a water falling port of the cooling tower is close to or equal to the set value.
In another embodiment, when the refrigeration process is a refrigeration unit corresponding to a plurality of cooling towers (header pipes), the control method may be: and 1, starting the cooling towers with the corresponding number according to the number of the running refrigeration units, namely, the number of the cooling towers which can be started at most measured in the early stage. And 2, adding the real-time wet bulb temperature value of the nature and the deviation value measured in the early stage as a set value to control the rotating speed of a fan of the cooling tower, so that the temperature of cooling water at a water falling port of the cooling tower is close to or equal to the set value. It should be noted that the sum of the real-time wet-bulb temperature value of the nature and the deviation value measured in the early stage is used as the set value to control the rotating speed of the fan of the cooling tower, and because the cooling effect of the cooling tower is closely related to the real-time dry-bulb temperature and the relative humidity of the nature, and the wet-bulb temperature can comprehensively reflect the changes of the two parameters, and the maximum cooling capacity of the cooling tower is the wet-bulb temperature of the current weather theoretically, the sum of the real-time wet-bulb temperature value and the deviation value measured in the early stage is used as the set value to control the rotating speed of the fan of the cooling tower.
And S5, periodically testing and correcting the preset temperature value according to the scaling condition of the cooling tower filler. It should be noted that S5 may be data obtained by performing test correction on the cooling tower again when the cooling tower fan is always in full-load operation and the cooling tower effluent temperature is higher than a set value by 0.5 ℃ because the cooling tower packing scaling condition is always changed.
According to the scheme, the temperature difference value between the cooling water outlet temperature of the cooling tower and the outdoor wet bulb temperature is obtained according to a preset test method, the preset temperature value is set according to the acquired natural temperature and the temperature difference value, the fan speed of the cooling tower is adjusted according to the preset temperature value, good natural meteorological conditions are fully utilized, especially the initial and final cooling time periods and the night and early morning time periods, the refrigerating unit directly determines the refrigerating capacity of the refrigerating unit due to the heat dissipation capacity of the cooling tower, so that the refrigerating unit exerts the maximum refrigerating capacity, the cooling tower outlet temperature is reduced to the maximum extent, the efficiency of the refrigerating unit is greatly improved, the integral energy saving and consumption reduction of the refrigerating machine room are realized, and the integral refrigerating efficiency of the refrigerating machine room is improved.
Preferably, in any of the above embodiments, the preset test method includes: when one refrigerating unit corresponds to one cooling tower, the cooling tower is operated under the condition of full load of a fan, the outlet water temperature of cooling water of the cooling tower and the outdoor wet bulb temperature are recorded, and the difference value of the outlet water temperature and the outdoor wet bulb temperature is calculated.
When a refrigerating unit corresponds to a cooling tower, the cooling tower is operated under the condition that a fan is fully loaded, and the difference between the cooling water outlet temperature and the outdoor wet bulb temperature of the cooling tower is recorded and calculated, so that the refrigerating unit is adapted to the working condition that the refrigerating unit corresponds to the cooling tower, and the corresponding temperature difference value is calculated according to the cooling capacity of the cooling tower.
Preferably, in any of the above embodiments, the preset test method further comprises: when one refrigerating unit corresponds to a plurality of cooling towers, starting and operating the cooling towers in preset number;
and adjusting a preset number of cooling towers to operate under the full-load condition, respectively recording the outlet water temperature of cooling water of the cooling towers and the outdoor wet bulb temperature after the cooling towers operate for a preset time, and calculating the temperature difference value of the outlet water temperature and the outdoor wet bulb temperature. Wherein the preset time can be 1 hour after the temperature of the outlet water of the cooling tower stops dropping and is basically stable.
This scheme is when a refrigeration unit corresponds many cooling towers, open and operate the cooling tower of predetermineeing quantity, the cooling tower of predetermineeing quantity all adjusts the operation under the full load condition, the difference of the cooling water play water temperature of recording and calculating cooling tower and outdoor wet bulb temperature for adapt to the operating mode that a refrigeration unit corresponds many cooling towers, calculate corresponding difference value according to many cooling towers cooling capacity, use the full pipe of water-locator as the foundation to find the most cooling tower operation platform number that various refrigeration unit operation platforms number correspond through the test when adopting the master control multitower operation mode through the cooling tower. The temperature of the outlet water of the cooling tower can be greatly reduced under the condition of not increasing the scaling tendency of the cooling tower.
Preferably, in any of the above embodiments, further comprising: the preset number is determined by obtaining the number of the cooling towers in operation according to the water flowing condition at the water distributor openings of the plurality of operating cooling towers.
In an embodiment, obtaining the preset number may be obtained by: by starting a refrigerating unit and a cooling tower to operate, the number of the cooling tower to operate is slowly increased, and meanwhile, the running water distribution conditions of all the operating cooling tower water distributors, particularly the water flowing conditions of four corner water distributor openings far away from a water inlet of the cooling tower, are carefully observed. The water level above the water distributors is continuously reduced along with the increase of the number of the cooling towers, when more than one water distributors are observed to be not full of pipe flowing water, the last cooling tower which is opened is closed, the number of the cooling towers which are in operation is the largest number of the cooling towers which can be opened and operated by one refrigerating unit, the largest number of the cooling towers which can be opened and operated is the preset number, the data that the refrigerating units with different numbers can operate the largest number of the cooling towers can be found on the basis of ensuring that the cooling water distributors of the cooling towers are full of pipe, and the difference value between the water outlet temperature of the cooling towers with the number of the operation of the cooling towers and the outdoor wet bulb temperature is calculated.
In one embodiment, when the flowing water condition of the water distributors is not full of the pipes, the scaling tendency of the packing of the cooling tower is increased, meanwhile, because the flowing water of some water distributors is not full of the pipes or even has no water, the flow rate of the cooling water among the packing of the cooling tower below the water distributors is reduced or even has no water, and further, the wind speed among the part of the packing of the cooling tower is obviously increased, the flow rate of the cooling water among the packing is reduced, so that the wind resistance is reduced, the wind inlet amount of the region with normal flow rate of the cooling water among the packing is obviously reduced, the wind enters the cooling tower from the place with low resistance, and the cooling capacity of the cooling tower is obviously reduced. Therefore, the data that the refrigerating units with different running numbers can run at most a plurality of cooling towers is found as the preset number of the cooling towers on the basis of ensuring that the cooling water distribution device of the cooling tower is full of cooling water obtained by the method, so that the problems that the scaling trend of the cooling tower is obviously increased on one hand, the regional air intake of the cooling tower with normal cooling water flow is reduced, the cooling water flow is reduced, even the regional air intake without water is increased, and the cooling effect and the cooling efficiency of the cooling tower are obviously reduced on the other hand can be solved.
It should be noted that, the more cooling towers that are not opened when the cooling tower is a main pipe system, the better the cooling tower, the number of running cooling towers is that the number of running cooling towers needs to be tested, and when the water distributor of the cooling tower is not a full pipe, the water distribution is uneven, the place with more water is more, or even the place without water is caused, especially when the flow speed of the cooling water on the filler of the cooling tower is reduced below a certain value, the scaling trend of the cooling tower is obviously accelerated, and the cooling capacity of the cooling tower is obviously reduced.
The scheme confirms the preset quantity by the water flowing condition at the water distributor ports of a plurality of running cooling towers; the cooling tower that is not open when the cooling tower is the main control is more better, through the cooling tower of predetermineeing quantity, reduces cooling tower scale deposit speed, ensures that cooling tower cooling capacity does not descend.
Preferably, in any of the above embodiments, S3 specifically includes: when the outlet water temperature of the cooling water of the cooling tower is higher than a preset temperature value, increasing the rotating speed of a fan of the cooling tower;
when the cooling water outlet temperature of the cooling tower is lower than a preset temperature value, reducing the rotating speed of a cooling tower fan until the cooling water outlet temperature of the cooling tower is equal to the preset temperature value, and stopping the cooling tower fan;
when the outlet water temperature of the cooling water of the cooling tower is equal to the preset temperature value, the rotating speed of the fan of the cooling tower is kept unchanged. In an embodiment, the method may further include, according to actual circumstances: when the outlet water temperature of the cooling water of the cooling tower is close to the preset temperature value, the rotating speed of the fan of the cooling tower is kept unchanged, and the close degree can be determined according to the allowed error in the practical application process.
The scheme adjusts and adjusts the air speed of the fan of the cooling tower through the preset temperature value, realizes that the control of the cooling tower fully utilizes good natural meteorological conditions to reduce the water outlet temperature of the cooling tower to the maximum extent, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of the refrigerating unit and realizing the energy conservation and consumption reduction of the whole refrigerating machine room in a certain range.
