In this embodiment, the protruding portion 202 may have a cone shape, a pyramid shape, a truncated cone shape, a truncated pyramid shape, etc. so that the protruding portion 202 has a first tapered surface, and the corresponding recessed portion 104 has the same shape as the protruding portion 202 so that the recessed portion has a second tapered surface.
In other implementations, the first positioning portion may include a recess 104 disposed at the bottom of the mounting groove 201, the second positioning portion includes a protrusion 202 disposed at the bottom of the water tank 10, and the protrusion 202 is clamped in the recess 104 during the process of mounting the water tank 10 in the mounting groove 201, so as to position the water tank 10 and the bracket 20.
In this embodiment, the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion are both multiple, and each first positioning portion is matched with one second positioning portion. With this arrangement, the positional accuracy between the water tank 10 and the stand 20 can be further improved.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, in this embodiment, the air cleaning device further includes a rotating device 50; the atomization device comprises an atomization tube 40, the top end of the atomization tube 40 is closed, and the bottom end of the atomization tube 40 is positioned at the lower part of the water surface in the water tank 10; the side wall of the atomizing pipe 40 positioned at the upper part of the water surface in the water tank 10 is provided with a spraying hole 401; the rotating device 50 is in transmission connection with the atomizing pipe 40 to drive the atomizing pipe 40 to rotate.
With the arrangement, in the using process, the rotating device 50 drives the atomizing pipe 40 to rotate, so that negative pressure is formed in the atomizing pipe 40, water in the water tank 10 is sucked from the bottom end of the atomizing pipe 40, and then the water in the atomizing pipe 40 is sprayed out through the spraying holes 401; as the atomizing pipe 40 rotates while the spraying holes 401 spray water, a water curtain made of water droplets can be formed in the water tank 10 to clean air; the atomization effect on water is improved.
In this embodiment, there may be a plurality of spraying holes 401, and the plurality of spraying holes 401 are arranged at intervals along the central line direction of the atomizing pipe 40 to form a group of spraying groups; further, the plurality of spray groups may be provided, and the plurality of spray groups are spaced around the center line of the atomizing tube 40 to further improve the atomizing effect.
In this embodiment, the rotating device 50 may be a stepping motor or a three-phase asynchronous motor, which can drive the atomizing pipe 40 to rotate, for example, the rotating device 50 may be disposed in the water tank 10, and a main shaft of the rotating device 50 is in transmission connection with the atomizing pipe 40. It should be noted that when the rotating device 50 is disposed in the water tank 10, the rotating device 50 needs to be sealed to prevent water in the water tank 10 from entering the inside of the rotating device 50, so as to prevent the water from affecting the operation of the rotating device 50.
With continued reference to fig. 3, 4, 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the rotating device 50 is disposed on the bracket 20, the rotating device 50 is provided with a first rotating disc 501, and a first mating surface of the first rotating disc 501 facing the water tank 10 is provided with a plurality of driving blocks 502; the atomization device comprises a driving shaft 402 with the top end in transmission connection with the atomization pipe 40, the bottom end of the driving shaft 402 extends out to the lower part of the water tank 10, a second rotating disc 403 is arranged at the bottom end of the driving shaft 402, a plurality of driving grooves 404 are arranged on a second matching surface of the second rotating disc 403 facing the support 20, and each driving block 502 is clamped in one driving groove 404.
So set up, under the prerequisite of guaranteeing to drive the rotation of drive atomization pipe 40, rotating device 50 realizes being connected with dismantling of drive shaft 402 through first rolling disc 501 and second rolling disc 403, when dismantling water tank 10, take out water tank 10 in by mounting groove 201, driving block 502 breaks away from with drive groove 404 this moment, first rolling disc 501 and second rolling disc 403 separate, when installing water tank 10, place the bottom of water tank 10 in mounting groove 201, in this moment, driving block 502 card is established in drive groove 404, and first rolling disc 501 and the laminating of second rolling disc 403, in order to realize being connected between rotating device 50 and the drive shaft 402. In addition, the rotating device 50 is disposed on the bracket 20, so that the rotating device 50 can be prevented from occupying the space of the water tank 10.
It is worth to say that the bottom of the water tank 10 is provided with a shaft hole, the top end of the driving shaft 402 is in transmission connection with the atomizing pipe 40, and the lower end of the driving shaft 402 extends out of the shaft hole; in order to prevent water in the water tank 10 from flowing out through the shaft hole, a sealing device such as an oil seal needs to be provided between the drive shaft 402 and the shaft hole.
In this embodiment, a first threaded hole may be formed on the first rotary disk 501, a first external thread is formed on the main shaft of the rotating device 50, and the first external thread is matched with the first threaded hole to realize connection between the rotating device 50 and the first rotary disk; further, a first screw hole may be provided at an end of the main shaft of the rotating unit 5, and a first screw may be screwed into the first screw hole after the first rotary disk 501 is mounted on the main shaft of the rotating unit 5, and the first screw may prevent the first rotary disk 501 from being separated from the main shaft of the rotating unit 5. Of course, the spindle of the rotating device 50 may also be connected to the first rotating disk 501 by welding, or the spindle of the rotating device 50 may be connected to the first rotating disk 501 by casting or injection molding.
In this embodiment, a second threaded hole may be provided on the second rotary disc 403, and a second external thread may be provided at the bottom end of the driving shaft 402, and the second external thread cooperates with the second threaded hole to realize the connection between the driving shaft 402 and the second rotary disc; further, a second screw hole may be provided at the end of the drive shaft 402, and a second screw may be screwed into the second screw hole after the second rotary disk 502 is mounted on the drive shaft 402, and the second screw may prevent the second rotary disk 502 from being separated from the drive shaft 402. Of course, the drive shaft 402 can also be connected to the second rotary disk 403 by welding or the drive shaft 402 can be connected to the second rotary disk 403 by casting or injection molding.
In this embodiment, the first mating surface and the second mating surface are both conical surfaces. The tapered surface may provide self-alignment between the first rotary plate 501 and the second rotary plate 403 to allow the driving block 502 to be engaged in the driving groove 404, thereby facilitating the installation of the water tank 10.
In this embodiment, a plurality of driving blocks 502 are arranged at intervals around the axis of the first rotary disk 501, a corresponding plurality of driving grooves 404 are arranged at intervals around the axis of the second rotary disk 403, and each driving block 502 is clamped in one driving groove 404.
The working process of the air cleaning device provided by the embodiment is as follows: the rotating device 50 drives the driving shaft 402 to rotate through the first rotating disc 501 and the second rotating disc 403, and then the driving shaft 402 drives the atomizing pipe 40 to rotate, so as to form negative pressure in the atomizing pipe 40, suck the water in the water tank 10 from the bottom end of the atomizing pipe 40, and then the water in the atomizing pipe 40 is sprayed out through the spraying holes 401; the atomizing pipe 40 rotates while the spraying holes 401 spray water, so that a water curtain consisting of water drops can be formed in the water tank 10; in the above process, the air driving device 30 drives the outside air to enter the water tank 10 through the air inlet 102, the water in the water tank 10 flows out through the air outlet 101, and the water in the water tank 10 passes through the water curtain in the process of flowing from the air inlet 102 to the air outlet 101, and the water curtain adsorbs impurities in the air, such as dust, hair, lint, microorganisms and the like, so as to clean the air; the air can carry part of water to flow out, so that the humidity of the air can be improved; in addition, during the process of forming the water curtain, air negative ions are formed in the air in the water tank 10 to further improve the air quality.
After a period of use, the water in the water tank 10 is reduced, and at this time, the user can lift the water tank 10 upward to separate the water tank 10 from the mounting groove 201, at the same time, the first rotary disk 501 and the second rotary disk 403 are separated, the rotating device 50 is separated from the driving shaft 402, and then the water tank 10 is taken out in a direction parallel to the horizontal plane, thereby adding water into the water tank 10; after adding water and finishing, the user places the bottom of water tank 10 in mounting groove 201, the bulge 202 that is located on support 20 stretches into the depressed part 104 of water tank 10 bottom, bulge 202 and the cooperation of depressed part 104 are in order to restrict the position between water tank 10 and the support 20, and then make first rotating disk 501 can aim at second rotating disk 403, make the accurate card of driving block 502 go into the driving groove 404 in, realize being connected of rotating device 50 and atomizing pipe 40, and then accomplish the installation of water tank 10.
The air cleaning device in this embodiment includes a bracket 20, an atomizing device, a water tank 10, and an air driving device 30. The water tank 10 is provided with an air inlet 102 and an air outlet 101, and the atomization device is arranged in the water tank 10; the air driving device 30 is communicated with the air inlet 102 or the air outlet 101; the bracket 20 is provided at a lower portion of the water tank 10, and the bracket 20 is detachably coupled to the water tank 10. The external air enters the water tank 10 through the air inlet 102, and the air in the water tank 10 flows out through the air outlet 101; meanwhile, the atomizing device extracts water in the water tank 10, atomizes the water and releases the atomized water into the water tank 10 so as to form water mist in the water tank 10, air can contact with the water mist in the flowing process, and the water mist can adsorb impurities such as dust, hair, lint, microorganisms and the like in the air; the air can carry part of water to flow out, so that the humidity of the air can be improved; in addition, during the process of forming water mist, the atomizing device can form air negative ions in the air in the water tank 10, so as to further improve the air quality; the detachable connection between water tank 10 and support 20 can take off water tank 10 from support 20 after the water in water tank 10 reduces, and then adds water in water tank 10, and it is comparatively convenient to add water in water tank 10.
With continued reference to fig. 1-8, in other embodiments, an air conditioner internal unit is also provided, including a housing and an air cleaning device as above, the air cleaning device being disposed within the housing.
The structure of the air cleaning device is substantially similar to that of the air cleaning device in the above embodiments, and the description thereof is omitted.
The air cleaning device can be arranged in the shell, a purified air outlet is formed in the shell, the air outlet 101 of the water tank 10 is communicated with the purified air outlet, and air in the water tank 10 is discharged out of the air conditioner through the purified air outlet. An air channel is formed in the shell, the air outlet 101 of the air cleaning device can be communicated with the air channel of the air conditioner internal unit, a fan and a heat exchanger are arranged in the air channel of the air conditioner internal unit, correspondingly, the air outlet 101 of the water tank 10 can be communicated with the air channel of one side of the fan, or the air outlet 101 of the water tank 10 is communicated with the air channel between the fan and the heat exchanger, or the air outlet 101 of the water tank 10 is communicated with the air channel of one side of the fan.
Further, a bracket 20 may be coupled to the housing to provide a connection between the air cleaning device and the air conditioner indoor unit.
The air conditioner indoor unit in the embodiment includes a bracket 20, an atomizing device, a water tank 10, and an air driving device 30. The water tank 10 is provided with an air inlet 102 and an air outlet 101, and the atomization device is arranged in the water tank 10; the air driving device 30 is communicated with the air inlet 102 or the air outlet 101; the bracket 20 is provided at a lower portion of the water tank 10, and the bracket 20 is detachably coupled to the water tank 10. The external air enters the water tank 10 through the air inlet 102, and the air in the water tank 10 flows out through the air outlet 101; meanwhile, the atomizing device extracts water in the water tank 10, atomizes the water and releases the atomized water into the water tank 10 so as to form water mist in the water tank 10, air can contact with the water mist in the flowing process, and the water mist can adsorb impurities such as dust, hair, lint, microorganisms and the like in the air; the air can carry part of water to flow out, so that the humidity of the air can be improved; in addition, during the process of forming water mist, the atomizing device can form air negative ions in the air in the water tank 10, so as to further improve the air quality; the detachable connection between water tank 10 and support 20 can take off water tank 10 from support 20 after the water in water tank 10 reduces, and then adds water in water tank 10, and it is comparatively convenient to add water in water tank 10.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. An air cleaning device, comprising: the device comprises a bracket, an atomizing device, a water tank and an air driving device; the water tank is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the atomization device is arranged in the water tank and is used for absorbing water in the water tank to form water mist; the air driving device is communicated with the air inlet or the air outlet so as to drive air to enter the water tank from the air inlet, and air in the water tank is discharged from the air outlet; the support sets up the water tank lower part, just the support with water tank detachable connects.
2. The air cleaning device according to claim 1, wherein a mounting groove is formed in the bracket, and the bottom end of the water tank is clamped in the mounting groove.
3. The air cleaning device according to claim 2, wherein a first positioning portion is provided on the mounting groove, and a second positioning portion is provided on the water tank, and the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion cooperate to restrict a position between the bracket and the water tank.
4. The air cleaning device of claim 3, wherein the first positioning portion comprises a protrusion disposed on the bottom of the mounting groove, and the second positioning portion comprises a recess disposed on the bottom of the tank, the protrusion being engaged within the recess.
5. The air cleaning device according to claim 4, wherein the cross-sectional area of the protrusion portion toward the top end of the water tank is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the bottom end of the protrusion portion to form a first tapered surface between the top end and the bottom end of the protrusion portion, and the recess portion is provided with a second tapered surface cooperating with the first tapered surface.
6. The air cleaning device according to claim 3, wherein there are a plurality of the first positioning portions and the second positioning portions, and each of the first positioning portions is engaged with one of the second positioning portions.
7. The air cleaning device according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising a rotating device;
the atomization device comprises an atomization tube, the top end of the atomization tube is closed, and the side wall of the atomization tube is provided with a spray hole;
the rotating device is in transmission connection with the atomizing pipe so as to drive the atomizing pipe to rotate.
8. The air cleaning device according to claim 7, wherein the rotating device is disposed on the bracket, the rotating device is provided with a first rotating disk, and the first rotating disk is provided with a plurality of driving blocks on a first matching surface facing the water tank;
the atomizing device comprises a top end and a driving shaft in transmission connection with the atomizing pipe, the bottom end of the driving shaft extends to the lower portion of the water tank, a second rotating disc is arranged at the bottom end of the driving shaft, a plurality of driving grooves are formed in the second matching surface of the support towards the second rotating disc, and each driving block is clamped in one of the driving grooves.
9. The air cleaning device of claim 8, wherein the first mating surface and the second mating surface are tapered surfaces.
10. An air conditioner indoor unit, comprising a casing and the air cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the air cleaning device is disposed in the casing.
