The water washing and purifying device is used for purifying air. The water tank 200 serves to store water and form an air flow path. Specifically, the side wall of the water tank 200 is provided with an air inlet, the top of the water tank 200 is provided with an air outlet, and air enters the water tank 200 from the air inlet of the water tank 200 and leaves the water tank 200 from the air outlet of the water tank 200. The water curtain generating unit 210 is provided in the water tank 200 to generate a water curtain. The water curtain is waterfall type water flow formed by a plurality of water flows. When the distance between the water flows is relatively short, the water flows are connected with each other under the action of the surface tension of the liquid to form a seamless water flow, and in this case, the water flow is not easily divided into a plurality of water flows visually. The water curtain generating unit 210 pumps water in the water tank 200 to a high place and sprays the water through a single long and narrow water outlet or a plurality of water outlets arranged at intervals, thereby forming a water curtain. The water curtain generated by the water curtain generating unit 210 is located between the air inlet and the air outlet of the water tank 200, that is, in the airflow channel of the water tank 200. The air passing through the air flow channel passes through the water curtain, flying floc, dust, hair and other impurities in the air are adsorbed, and formaldehyde and other harmful gases in the air are dissolved in water, so that the air is purified. Meanwhile, the contact area of the air and the water is larger, and the humidity of the air is improved after a part of water is evaporated.
The purification module 500 is disposed at an air outlet of the water tank 200, and plays two roles. The first aspect prevents water in the water tank 200 from moving upward into the fan case 300, and the second aspect performs secondary filtration and evolution of air purified by the water curtain.
Use the washing purifier that this disclosed embodiment provided, set up purification module 500 at the air outlet of water tank 200, can prevent that the water in the water tank 200 from getting into in fan case 300 to can filter the air through water curtain purification, improved the purifying effect of water tank 200 purifier to the air.
Optionally, the tank 200 is open at the top and the purification module 500 covers the opening at the top of the tank 200.
The top of the water tank 200 is open, and the purification module 500 covers the open top of the water tank 200, so that the whole top of the water tank 200 is the air outlet of the water tank 200. The air outlet of the water tank 200 is large, which can increase the purifying area of the purifying module 500, reduce the wind resistance of the air flowing through the purifying module 500, and improve the purifying efficiency of the water washing purifying device to the air.
Optionally, the side walls of the tank 200 are configured with slots into which the purification modules 500 are inserted.
The purification module 500 may be wetted with water during use, resulting in a reduction in purification capacity, and the purification module 500 itself needs to be periodically cleaned or replaced. The side wall of the water tank 200 is configured with a slot and the purification module 500 is in a pull-out installation form. This facilitates installation and removal of the purification module 500. The arrangement mode is convenient for users to use.
Optionally, the water guard structure is configured with a step, to which the purification module 500 is lapped.
In this form, the purification module 500 is fitted downward from the top of the water tank 200, and the purification module 500 is lapped on the step. With this arrangement, the purification module 500 can be more stably fixed.
Optionally, the purification module 500 comprises a first grid plate 510 and a filter plate 520, wherein the first grid plate 510 is recessed downward to form a receiving groove 511; the filter plate 520 is embedded in the receiving groove 511.
The filter plate 520 is inherently less rigid and the first grid plate 510 provides support for the filter plate 520. The first grid plate 510 is recessed downward to form a receiving groove 511, and the filter plate 520 is embedded in the receiving groove 511. Thus, the first grid plate 510 not only can support the filter plate 520, but also can limit the filter plate 520 in the horizontal direction, preventing the filter plate from shifting. The first grating plate 510 is provided at its edge for fixing the purification module 500, and is inserted into the insertion groove or overlapped on the step of the sidewall of the water tank 200. With this arrangement, the structure of the purification module 500 can be better arranged in the water tank 200 than the temperature. Furthermore, with this configuration, the first grid plate 510 does not need to be replaced, and the filter plate 520 serves as a consumable. After the purification module 500 is removed, the filter plate 520 can be removed for cleaning or replacement.
Optionally, the purification module 500 further comprises a second grid plate 530 covering the receiving groove 511, and the filter plate 520 is located between the first grid plate 510 and the second grid plate 530.
The first grid plate 510 is recessed downward to form a receiving groove 511, the filter plate 520 is located in the receiving groove 511, and the second grid plate 530 covers the receiving groove 511. First grid plate 510 and second grid plate 530 collectively secure filter plate 520. The filter plate 520 cannot be displaced in both the vertical and horizontal directions. With the adoption of the arrangement mode, the purification module 500 is better in integrity and convenient for users to disassemble, assemble and use.
Optionally, second grid plate 530 snaps into engagement with first grid plate 510.
The second grid plate 530 is connected to the first grid plate 510 in a snap-fit manner, so that the integrity of the purification module 500 is further improved. The first grid plate 510 and the second grid plate 530 are clamped, so that the filter plate 520 is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
Optionally, the water washing and purifying device further comprises a fan box 300 and a fan 310, wherein the fan box 300 is arranged at the top of the water tank 200, the fan box 300 is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and the air inlet of the fan box 300 is communicated with the air outlet of the water tank 200; the fan 310 is disposed in the fan case 300, and drives air to flow from an air inlet of the fan case 300 to an air outlet of the fan case 300.
The fan box 300 is used to power the flow of air in the water tank 200. An air inlet of the fan box 300 is communicated with an air outlet of the water tank 200, and the fan 310 drives air to flow from the air inlet of the fan box 300 to the air outlet of the fan box 300, so that negative pressure is generated at the air outlet of the water tank 200, and further, air in the water tank 200 is driven to flow from the air inlet of the water tank 200 to the air outlet of the water tank 200. The air inlet of the fan box 300 is arranged at the bottom, the air outlet is arranged at the top, and air moves from bottom to top in the fan box 300. The water drops entering the fan box 300 move downward under the action of gravity and are not easily thrown out from the air outlet of the fan box 300. Fan 310 is vertical to be set up, and when fan 310 rotated, with the air of centre get rid of around, form the low-pressure area in the centre, form the high pressure district all around. Air moves from a low pressure region of the fan box 300 to a high pressure region of the fan box 300. The air inlet of the fan box 300 is communicated with the air outlet of the water tank 200, and water drops entering the fan box 300 along with air from the water tank 200 are thrown to a peripheral high-pressure area from the center under the driving of the fan 310. The water drops have large specific gravity and large inertia, and are easily attached to the side wall of the fan box 300. The air outlet is arranged at the top of the fan box 300, and air in the high-pressure area around flows from the air outlet of the fan box 300 under the action of pressure difference. The water droplets are adsorbed by the side walls, and after being collected, the water droplets increase in volume and slide down to the bottom of the fan box 300. The fan box 300 is arranged at the top of the water tank 200, air in the fan box 300 moves from bottom to top, and water drops in the fan box 300 are not easy to enter the environment where the water washing and purifying device is located through the air outlet of the fan box 300; the vertical setting of fan 310 throws the air to all around, is favorable to the water droplet in the fan case 300 to be adsorbed by the lateral wall of fan case 300 to avoid the water droplet to throw away from the air outlet of following the case.
Optionally, the fan box 300 includes a bottom plate 120, a side plate 110, a top plate 130 and an air duct 330, wherein an air inlet is formed in the middle of the bottom plate 120; the side plate 110 and the bottom plate 120 enclose an air outlet machine 310 installation space; the top plate 130 is provided with an air outlet near the side wall. The air duct 330 extends upwards from the bottom plate 120 of the fan case 300, and the opening at the top of the air inlet of the fan case 300 at the bottom is smaller than that at the top.
Optionally, the fan 310 includes a motor 311, a connecting plate 312, a plurality of blades 313 and an air inducing ring 314, wherein the motor 311 is disposed above an air inlet of the fan box 300, and an output shaft is disposed vertically; a connection plate 312 fixed to an output shaft of the motor 311; the plurality of blades 313 are connected to the connecting plate 312 and distributed along the circumferential direction of the motor 311, and when the motor 311 rotates, the plurality of blades 313 drive air to move outwards along the radial direction of the motor 311; and a wind guide ring 314 connected to the bottom of the plurality of blades 313.
The motor 311 provides power for the rotation of the blades 313, and when the motor 311 rotates, the blades 313 drive the air to rotate, so that the air moves around from the position of the fan 310 under the action of centrifugal force to form a central low-pressure region and a peripheral high-pressure region in the fan box 300. The inducer 314 facilitates the fixing of the plurality of blades 313 and, on the other hand, the inducer 314 defines an air inlet in the central low-pressure zone, so as to make the flow of air more orderly.
Optionally, a wind deflector 314 extends downwardly from the bottom of the plurality of blades 313.
When the motor 311 rotates, the wind-guiding ring 314 rotates together with the blades 313. The wind-guiding ring 314 extends downwards, the bottom of the wind-guiding ring 314 is at a certain distance from the blades 313, and the air at the bottom of the wind-guiding ring 314 is less influenced by the air flowing near the blades 313, so that the air can be better sucked into the blades 313 of the fan 310 under the negative pressure of the wind-guiding ring 314. With such a configuration, the structural strength of the fan 310 can be improved, and the wind inducing effect of the wind inducing ring 314 can be improved.
When the fan 310 rotates, the fan 310 at the fan 310 is thrown around, the position of the fan 310 is a low-pressure area, and the periphery is a high-pressure area. The top plate 130 is provided with an air outlet near the side wall, that is, the air outlet is communicated with the surrounding high-pressure area. The external environment of the air outlet is a normal pressure environment, so that pressure difference exists at the air outlet. The air in the fan case 300 flows from the high-pressure region of the fan case 300 to the outside of the fan case 300 by the pressure difference. The air inlet of the fan box 300 is arranged on the bottom plate 120 and is located in the middle, and the air inlet is located in the low-pressure area. The air in the water tank 200 is in a normal pressure environment, and the air inlet of the fan box 300 has pressure difference. Driven by the pressure difference, the air in the water tank 200 enters the fan box 300 through the water curtain generated by the water curtain generating unit 210. Thus, air continuously enters the fan box 300 from the air inlet at the bottom of the fan box 300 and leaves the fan box 300 from the air outlet of the fan box 300, and the air is driven to flow in the water washing and purifying device. By adopting the arrangement form, water drops in the air entering the fan box 300 can be separated, so that the influence of the moisture content of the outlet air of the water washing and purifying device on the tidiness of the environment is avoided.
The air duct 330 is a cylindrical structure and is vertically arranged. The diameter of the air guide duct 330 is gradually reduced from bottom to top. The opening at the bottom of the air guide duct 330 is used for introducing air in the water tank 200 into the fan case 300. The opening at the top of the air duct 330 is an air inlet of the fan box 300 and/or an air outlet of the water tank 200. The inner wall surface of the air duct 330 plays a role in guiding air in the water tank 200 into the fan case 300. The outer wall surface of the air duct 330 forms a water collecting groove with the bottom plate 120 and the side wall of the fan box 300, and the water collecting groove is used for receiving water falling along the side wall of the fan box 300. The opening at the top of the air guiding ring corresponds to the air guiding ring 314, namely is positioned below the air guiding ring 314 and is positioned in the central negative pressure area of the fan box 300. Thus, air in the water tank 200 can enter the fan box 300 along the air guide duct 330 under the negative pressure of the fan box 300.
Optionally, an upward extension of the air duct 330 is inserted into the inducer 314.
The upward extension of the air duct 330 is inserted into the air inducing ring 314, and the air inducing ring 314 and the air duct 330 partially coincide in the vertical direction. This provides a check for air in the fan case 300. Specifically, when the fan 310 rotates, the air in the fan box 300 moves from the fan 310 to the periphery of the fan box 300. There is a pressure differential between the central low pressure region and the surrounding high pressure region, and some air may return from the surrounding high pressure region to the central low pressure region. The air duct 330 extends upward and is inserted into the wind-guiding ring 314, and performs a stop for the horizontal movement of air, thereby playing a role of a check function to a certain extent. In addition, even if air still enters the plurality of blades 313 of the fan 310 from the gap between the air guiding ring and the air guiding ring 314, the moving direction of the air is upward movement, and the air in the air guiding cylinder 330 can be guided upward by the ejection effect of the air. This arrangement facilitates better air entry into fan case 300 from water tank 200.
Optionally, the water washing and purifying device further comprises a water collecting tray 600 disposed below the water tank 200 for receiving water overflowing from the water tank 200.
In the operation of the water washing and purifying apparatus, it is difficult to prevent water from splashing from the water tank 200. The water collecting tray 600 serves to collect water falling down the gib 422. The water collecting tray 600 is arranged, so that water discharged from the base of the water tank 200 can be prevented from flowing to the environment where the washing and purifying device is located, and the use by a user is facilitated.
Optionally, the water curtain generating device comprises a water pump and a spray pipe, the first end of the spray pipe is located at the bottom of the water tank 200, the second end of the spray pipe extends to the top of the water tank 200, and the water pump is used for providing spraying pressure for the spray pipe.
The water pump pumps water accumulated at the bottom of the water tank 200 to the top of the water tank 200 through the shower pipe, and the water drops from the top of the water tank 200 to form a water curtain.
Optionally, the second end of the spray pipe is provided with an annular water outlet, and the annular water outlet surrounds the air outlet of the water tank 200.
In this case, the water curtain formed through the annular water outlet is cylindrical, the air outlet of the water tank 200 is located inside the cylindrical space, and the air inlet of the water tank 200 is located outside the cylindrical space. When air flows from the inlet of the water tank 200 to the outlet of the water tank 200, the air inevitably passes through the water curtain, thereby being purified. The arrangement form improves the air purifying effect of the water washing and purifying device.
Optionally, a plurality of water outlets are formed in the second end of the spray water pipe, and the plurality of water outlets are arranged around the air outlet at intervals.
The water sprayed from the plurality of water outlets at the second end of the spray header forms a water curtain.
Optionally, the distance between adjacent water outlets of the plurality of water outlets is 1-3mm.
The distance between the adjacent water outlets is smaller, and the water flows sprayed out from the water outlets are mutually connected under the action of the surface tension of the liquid to form a seamless water curtain. This arrangement is adopted. By adopting the arrangement form, the air purifying effect of the water washing and purifying device can be improved.
Alternatively, the second end of the shower pipe is rotated about the axis of the outlet of the water tank 200.
The water sprayed from the spray header has uniform motion along the horizontal direction of the tangential direction of the circular motion and uniform accelerated motion along the vertical direction under the action of gravity. The water outlet does circular motion, the tangent line of the water outlet is constantly changed, and the water sprayed out of the water outlet is a spiral line with the diameter gradually increasing from top to bottom. The water sprayed from the water outlets are easily connected with each other under the surface tension of the liquid to form a seamless water curtain. In addition, the water has an initial velocity horizontally outward, and the diameter of the water curtain is larger than that of a circle formed by the circular motion of the water outlet. By adopting the form, the structure of the water curtain generating unit 210 can be simplified, the volume of the water curtain generating unit 210 is reduced, the uniformity of the water curtain is improved, and the range of the water curtain is enlarged. Further, the air purification effect of the water washing purification device is improved.
Optionally, the water pump comprises a motor 311 and a centrifuge bowl. The centrifugal cylinder is vertically arranged, the first end is positioned at the bottom of the water tank 200, and the second end exceeds the water level line of the water tank 200. The diameter of the centrifugal cylinder is gradually increased from the first end to the second end. The motor 311 drives the centrifuge bowl to rotate, and the water rotates with the centrifuge bowl in the centrifuge bowl to generate centrifugal force. The centrifugal force along the inclined wall of the centrifuge bowl can be divided into a pressure force perpendicular to the wall and an upward force parallel to the wall. The upward force parallel to the wall overcomes the effect of gravity and the water in the bowl moves upward from the first end of the bowl to the second end of the bowl. The second end of the centrifugal cylinder is provided with a water outlet, and water is sprayed out from the water outlet so as to form a water curtain. In this case, the centrifugal cylinder is a spray pipe of the water curtain generation unit 210, and the water pump includes a motor 311, and the motor 311 drives the spray pipe to rotate to pump and pressurize water. The shower directs water upwardly and ejects the water through the shower holes.
Optionally, the bottom of the water tank 200 protrudes upwards to form an inner cylinder, and the top of the inner cylinder is provided with a through hole. The centrifugal cylinder is sleeved with the inner cylinder. The motor 311 is disposed outside the water tank 200 and below the water tank 200, and the output shaft passes through the through hole upward and is connected to the centrifuge bowl.
By adopting the arrangement form, the motor 311 is not contacted with the water in the water tank 200, the water inlet of the motor 311 is prevented from being failed, and the use safety of the water washing and purifying device is improved. Meanwhile, the motor 311 is disposed outside the water tank 200, which facilitates wiring of the motor 311.
