when the pressure of the port P is smaller than the preset pressure of the valve core spring 12, the valve core 11 does not act, and because the pressures of all the parts in the closed cavity c are equal, the stressed area of the valve 5 is larger than that of the valve body 3, the valve 5 is in a state of being tightly attached to the valve body 3;
if the pressure of the port P is greater than the preset pressure of the valve core spring 12, the valve core 11 moves upwards, and pressure oil of the port P enters the port f through the port d and flows into the port T along the gap between the valve 5 and the valve body 3;
meanwhile, when oil passes through the T port, oil can be instantly generated to flow, pressure drop is generated when the oil passes through the throttling port b, the valve 5 can move upwards under the action of pressure of the P port, and therefore the P port pressure oil returns to the T port, and the overflow function is achieved.
Secondly, the working principle of sequential control: at the moment, if the pressure of the port P is smaller than the preset pressure of the valve core spring 12, the valve core 11 moves downwards, so that the cavity c becomes a closed cavity again;
the valve 5 will continue to return to the original position under the action of the return spring 14, and the connection between the port P and the port T is closed.
Oil enters from the port K, the oil flows into the plug 9 through the port K, pressure oil enters the piston 16 through the gap oil duct e between the plug 9 and the press plug 10, and due to the fact that the upper area and the lower area of the piston 16 are unequal, the piston 16 tends to move upwards under the effect of area difference;
when the pressure of the K port is greater than the preset pressure of the valve core spring 12, the valve core 11 can move upwards, and pressure oil of the P port enters the f port through the d port and flows into the T port along a gap between the valve 5 and the valve body 3, and meanwhile, because the oil return phase is communicated, oil liquid can be instantly generated to flow, so that pressure drop is generated when the oil liquid passes through the throttling port b, the valve 5 can move upwards under the pressure action of the P port, and the oil return of the P port to the T port is realized, and the function of sequential control is realized.
In summary, in combination with the schematic diagram shown in fig. 3, in the case of only the port P being filled with oil, the cartridge valve of the present invention selects whether to perform the overflow process according to the oil pressure of the port P. The valve of the K port pipeline is used for controlling the oil inlet of the P port to return oil to the T port.
The cartridge valve with the overflow and sequence control functions has the advantages of compact structure, installation space saving, cost saving and liquid leakage risk reduction.
