The first conduction piece 103 and the second conduction piece 104 are arranged oppositely, so that a safe and reliable electric gap is kept; the second conducting piece 104 is elastically connected with the seat ring 2, and when the seat ring 2 is pressed, the second conducting piece 104 is applied to the second conducting piece 104 by the acting force of the ceramic body 401, so that the second conducting piece 104 moves towards the first conducting piece 103; in addition, a human body directly sits and presses on the insulating part of the first conducting piece 103 which protrudes out of the surface of the seat ring 2 or is flush with the surface of the seat ring 2, and acts on the first conducting piece 103 through the insulating part so as to enable the first conducting piece 103 to displace towards the second conducting piece 104; through the arrangement, after the seat ring 2 is seated and pressed, the first conducting piece 103 and the second conducting piece 104 move oppositely at the same time, so that the first conducting piece 103 and the second conducting piece 104 can be reliably contacted and conducted; preventing the flush function from failing and vice versa.
If the first conduction member 103 or the second conduction member 104 is elastically connected to the race 2 through the guide post 110. As one of the application schemes of this embodiment, a cushion layer 109 is disposed outside the first housing 107, and the second housing 108 is connected to the seat ring 2; or, a cushion layer 109 is arranged outside the second shell 108, and the first shell 107 is connected with the seat ring 2.
The seat ring 2 is seated, the cushion 109 receives force and transmits the force to the second housing 108 or the first housing 107, and the cushion 109 functions as a seal, a pressure resistance, and a transmission force. The cushion layer 109 can be made of soft materials such as silica gel, rubber and plastic, so that force transmission is facilitated, and a good sealing effect is achieved.
As one of the alternatives of this embodiment, the device further includes a limiting cover 112, the limiting cover 112 is located on the second casing 108 and protrudes from the surface of the second casing 108, a second spring 301 is disposed between the limiting cover 112 and the first casing 107, and the limiting cover 112 is located between the other end of the guide rod 105 and the second casing 108.
When the seat ring 2 is pressed, the limiting cover 112 protruding out of the surface of the second shell 108 is forced to move, the second spring 301 is compressed, the limiting cover 112 is positioned between the other end of the guide rod 105 and the second shell 108, the limiting cover 112 pushes the guide rod 105 provided with the second conduction piece 104, the second conduction piece 104 moves towards the first conduction piece 103, the first spring 106 is compressed, and the first conduction piece 103 and the second conduction piece 104 are in contact conduction to control flushing of the toilet; the seat ring 2 is not pressed, the second shell 108 is not stressed, the elastic potential energy of the compressed second spring 301 is released and rebounded, the limiting cover 112 is reset, the elastic potential energy of the compressed first spring 106 is released to drive the guide rod 105 provided with the second conduction piece 104 to move, so that the second conduction piece 104 is separated from the first conduction piece 103, the two are not in contact and disconnected, and the toilet is controlled to be closed and flushed.
By the arrangement mode of the double springs, the seat ring 2 is ensured to be stressed reliably after being pressed, the first conduction piece 103 and the second conduction piece 104 are in good contact conduction, and the flushing action instruction of the toilet bowl is controlled to be reliable; when the seat ring 2 is not pressed, the restoring force of the double springs is utilized to ensure that the first conduction piece 103 and the second conduction piece 104 are separated, so that a reliable electric gap is kept, and the condition of flushing misoperation of the toilet is prevented. The setting mode of the double springs can overcome the function reliability degradation of the inductive switch 1 caused by the self elasticity degradation of the springs, prolong the service life of the inductive switch 1 and ensure the reliable flushing function of the toilet without being limited by the performance of the springs.
The surface of the second housing 108 may be provided with a cushion 109, which on the one hand serves to protect the position-limiting cover 112 protruding from the surface of the second housing 108, and on the other hand serves to provide sealing, pressure resistance and transmission force. The cushion layer 109 can be made of soft materials such as silica gel, rubber and plastic, so that force transmission is facilitated, and a good sealing effect is achieved.
Finally, as an alternative embodiment, the first conducting member 103 and the second conducting member 104 are respectively in the shape of a sheet, a column, or a needle. The shape and structure of the first conducting piece 103 and the second conducting piece 104 can be flexibly selected and used in cooperation with each other, which is not limited by the present embodiment, and the electrical conductivity can be kept good after the two are contacted; the two parts are separated and then a certain electric gap is kept, so that the occurrence of false flushing operation of the toilet bowl is prevented, for example, flushing is not carried out according to a specified program method after sitting and pressing, and flushing is not carried out when sitting and pressing.

The embodiment provides a toilet seat, which includes the inductive switch of the toilet seat described in any one of the technical solutions of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 4-7, the inductive switch 1 is disposed on the seat 2, so that whether the elastic connection between the first conducting member 103 or the second conducting member 104 of the inductive switch 1 and the seat 2 is stressed or not is determined by whether the seat 2 is pressed or not, and whether the first conducting member 103 and the second conducting member 104 are in contact or not is controlled, thereby controlling the on or off of flushing of the toilet.
The seat ring 2 is used for matching with the ceramic body 401 of the toilet bowl, and the shape and the structure can be changed, such as annular and hollow, and the seat ring is matched with the ceramic body 401 of the toilet bowl. Because the induction switch 1 does not consume electric energy when the first conducting piece 103 and the second conducting piece 104 are not contacted, the induction switch 1 consumes electric energy only when the first conducting piece 103 and the second conducting piece 104 are contacted, namely the flushing function is realized, the whole energy consumption of the induction switch 1 is low, and the seat ring 2 and the toilet containing the induction switch 1 both consume low energy; under the condition that the commercial power fails, the service life of the power supply electric quantity of the toilet bowl is longer, so that the flushing function is ensured to be continuously effective for a long time.
When the closestool is designed, the power supply capacity of the closestool can be properly designed according to the effect, so that the closestool still can keep the automatic flushing function under the condition of mains supply power failure, and the life experience is improved. In order to avoid the occurrence of the conditions such as malfunction, the position of the inductive switch 1 arranged on the seat ring 2 is not limited, so that the seat ring 2 can be pressed, and the inductive switch 1 can sense that the first conduction piece 103 and the second conduction piece 104 are in contact conduction, thereby controlling the flushing of the toilet. When the seat ring 2 is not pressed, the inductive switch 1 can sense that the first conducting part 103 and the second conducting part 104 are separated and not conducted, so as to control the toilet to stop flushing.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the first conducting member 103 or the second conducting member 104 is elastically connected to the race 2, further, the first conducting member 103 is connected to the bottom of the race 2, the first conducting member 103 is disposed opposite to the second conducting member 104, and the second conducting member 104 is elastically connected to the race 2 through the guide post 110, the second housing 108 or the housing.
After the seat ring 2 is pressed, the second conducting piece 104 is pressed by the ceramic body 401 of the toilet, and is elastically connected with the seat ring 2 by the guide post 110, the second shell 108 or the shell, and is displaced towards the first conducting piece 103, and the first conducting piece 103 is in contact conduction with the second conducting piece 104 to control the flushing of the toilet.

Further, the supporting pad 5 may be designed to be open, so that after the seat ring 2 is seated and pressed, the inductive switch 1 is directly contacted with the ceramic body 401 and pressed, thereby sensitively sensing whether the body is stressed or not and whether the contact is conducted or not. As one implementation manner of this embodiment, a cushion layer 109 may be coated outside the inductive switch 1, and the cushion layer 109 is used to close the opening of the supporting pad 5, so as to seal the inductive switch 1; the cushion 109 can be made of soft materials such as silica gel, rubber and plastic, so that the force is transferred conveniently, a good sealing effect is achieved, the failure of the inductive switch 1 due to the influence of factors such as dampness is prevented, the reliability of the inductive switch 1 on the seat ring 2 is improved, and the good flushing function of the toilet is ensured.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a toilet seat, which comprises a toilet seat ring according to any technical scheme of embodiment 2, a controller and an actuator for controlling flushing or not of the toilet seat, wherein the first communicating piece 103 or the second communicating piece 104 is sequentially connected with the controller and the actuator; alternatively, the first conducting member 103 or the second conducting member 104 is connected to an actuator. As shown in fig. 8.
The first conducting piece 103 or the second conducting piece 104 is connected with the controller, and after the first conducting piece 103 and the second conducting piece 104 are contacted and conducted, the controller receives the signal, judges and processes the signal, and sends an instruction to the actuator to control whether the toilet is flushed or not.
The first conducting piece 103 or the second conducting piece 104 is connected with the actuator, and after the first conducting piece 103 and the second conducting piece 104 are in contact conduction or separated disconnection, the actuator receives the signal and controls whether the toilet is flushed or not. The induction switch 1 does not consume power when not working, so as to the closestool, overall, the energy consumption is low, and the reliability is high, the flushing function is reliable and lasting, even under the condition that the mains supply has a power failure, the closestool still can maintain the normal automatic flushing function for a long time.
The relative position of the controller and the toilet bowl is not limited and can be determined according to specific requirements, such as being positioned on one side of the toilet bowl or on a water tank of the toilet bowl; or provided separately from the toilet, etc., and is not limited to the embodiments. The actuator can be a solenoid valve, a controllable valve and other components arranged on a water pipe of the toilet.
As one of the implementation modes of the embodiment, the toilet further comprises a seat cover 6, and the seat cover 6 and the seat ring 2 are movably arranged on the toilet.
The first conducting piece 103 or the second conducting piece 104 is connected to the actuator, and further includes: the first conduction piece 103 or the second conduction piece 104 is connected to the actuator through a relay. The relay controls whether the water is flushed or not, the flushing time and the like.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a flushing method of a toilet, according to the technical solution of any embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 9, S101 receives a signal indicating whether a first conducting member 103 or a second conducting member 104 is in contact or not; s102, if the first conducting piece 103 or the second conducting piece 104 is contacted, judging whether the condition T1 is more than or equal to T1; if not, the user does not sit; if yes, sitting, if the first conducting piece 103 or the second conducting piece 104 is separated, S103, judging whether the condition T2 is more than or equal to T2; if so, the toilet leaves the seat and controls the toilet to flush; if not, sitting and continuing to the step S102; t1, the contact maintaining time of the first conducting member 103 or the second conducting member 104; t1 and T2 are both time constants, units, s; t2, the sustain time after the first conductive member 103 and the second conductive member 104 are separated.
Since the first conduction piece 103 or the second conduction piece 104 is connected to the controller, the controller receives the signal of step S101, and performs the determination of steps S102 to S103 to control the corresponding actuator, so as to achieve the technical effect of flushing or not.
As shown in fig. 10, in step S103, if the toilet leaves, it is determined whether the condition T1 is greater than or equal to T1 is greater than or equal to T3, and if yes, the flushing duration of the toilet is controlled to be N1; if T1 is more than T3, controlling the flushing time of the toilet bowl to be N2; wherein T1 and T2, and N1 and N2 are both time constants, units, s; and N1 < N2. The length of the flushing time is controlled by the mode so as to correspond to toileting under different conditions; for example, urine is flushed at N1, and feces is flushed at N2.
As shown in fig. 11, which is a schematic flow chart of a method for determining whether to sit on a toilet in the flushing method of the present embodiment, the toilet detects a sitting signal to determine whether to sit on the toilet, if so, when the sitting signal is maintained for less than 1s, the toilet does not sit on the toilet, and the toilet continues to detect the sitting signal; when the seating signal maintaining time is more than or equal to 1s, seating; further judging whether the seat is separated; when the sitting signal is not detected for more than or equal to 3 seconds, the toilet bowl leaves the seat; the toilet continues to detect seating signals; when the sitting signal is detected within 3s, the toilet sits on the seat, and whether the toilet is out of the seat is further judged.
The present invention and its embodiments have been described above schematically, without limitation, and what is shown in the drawings is only one of the embodiments of the present invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. Therefore, if the person skilled in the art receives the teaching, without departing from the spirit of the invention, the person skilled in the art shall not inventively design the similar structural modes and embodiments to the technical solution, but shall fall within the scope of the invention.

Claims (16)

1. An inductive switch of a toilet seat ring is characterized by comprising a first conducting piece and a second conducting piece which are arranged on the toilet seat ring,
the first conduction piece and the second conduction piece are arranged oppositely;
the first conducting piece or the second conducting piece is elastically connected with the seat ring;
the elastic connection part of the first conduction part or the second conduction part and the seat ring is stressed or not through whether the seat ring is pressed or not, and the first conduction part and the second conduction part are controlled to be in contact or not, so that the flushing of the toilet is controlled to be opened or closed.
2. The inductive switch of claim 1, further comprising a guide post, wherein the first conducting member or the second conducting member is located on the guide post, the guide post is located between the first conducting member or the second conducting member and the seat ring, and the first conducting member or the second conducting member is elastically connected to the seat ring through the guide post.
3. The inductive switch of claim 1, further comprising a first housing and a second housing that mate with each other, wherein said first conductive member is disposed on said first housing, said second conductive member is disposed on said second housing, said first housing is disposed between said first conductive member and said seat, and said second housing is disposed between said second conductive member and said seat.
4. The inductive switch of claim 1, further comprising a housing, wherein said first conducting member and said second conducting member are both located within said housing, and said housing is connected to said toilet seat.
5. The inductive switch of claim 1, wherein said first conducting member or said second conducting member is elastically connected to said toilet seat, further comprising: the first piece or the second that switches on and seat circle elastic connection department surface is equipped with the insulating part, the insulating part protrusion is in the seat circle surface, or with seat circle surface parallel and level.
6. The inductive switch of claim 3, further comprising a guide rod, wherein one end of the guide rod is provided with a second conducting member, the other end of the guide rod is located at the second housing, the guide rod is sleeved with a first spring, and the first spring is located between the second conducting member and the second housing.
7. The inductive switch of claim 3, wherein a cushion is disposed outside said first housing, and said second housing is connected to said toilet seat; or, the second casing outside is equipped with the bed course, first casing is connected with the seat circle.

The inductive switch of a toilet seat according to claim 6, further comprising a limit cover, wherein the limit cover is disposed on the second housing and protrudes from the surface of the second housing, a second spring is disposed between the limit cover and the first housing, and the limit cover is disposed between the other end of the guide rod and the second housing.
9. An induction switch for a toilet seat according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said first conducting member and said second conducting member are respectively in the form of a plate, a cylinder or a needle.
10. A toilet seat ring comprising the inductive switch of any one of claims 1-9, wherein the inductive switch is disposed on the seat ring, so that whether the elastic connection between the first conducting member or the second conducting member of the inductive switch and the seat ring is stressed or not is controlled by whether the seat ring is pressed or not, thereby controlling the on/off of the toilet flushing.
11. The toilet seat according to claim 10, wherein the first conducting member or the second conducting member is elastically connected to the seat, and further wherein the first conducting member is connected to a bottom of the seat, the first conducting member is opposite to the second conducting member, and the second conducting member is elastically connected to the seat through the guide post, the second housing or the housing.
12. A toilet seat according to claim 10, further comprising a support pad, the seat base having a support pad disposed thereon, the inductive switch being disposed in more than one support pad.
13. A toilet bowl comprising a toilet seat according to any one of claims 10 to 12, further comprising a controller and an actuator for controlling whether the toilet bowl is flushed, wherein the first communication member or the second communication member is connected to the controller and the actuator in sequence; or the like, or, alternatively,
the first conduction piece or the second conduction piece is connected with the actuator.
The first conduction piece or the second conduction piece is connected with the controller, and after the first conduction piece and the second conduction piece are contacted and conducted, the controller receives the signal, judges and processes the signal, and sends an instruction to the actuator to control whether the toilet flushes water or not.
14. The toilet of claim 13, wherein the first communication member or the second communication member is connected to an actuator, further comprising: the first conducting piece or the second conducting piece is connected with the actuator through a relay.
15. A toilet flushing method, the toilet according to any one of claims 13-14, characterized in that:
s101, receiving a signal whether the first conducting piece or the second conducting piece is in contact or not;
s102, if the first conducting piece or the second conducting piece is contacted,
judging whether the condition T1 is more than or equal to T1 is correct or not;
if not, the user does not sit;
if so, the user sits down, and if the first conducting piece or the second conducting piece is separated,
s103, judging whether the condition T2 is more than or equal to T2;
if so, the toilet leaves the seat and controls the toilet to flush;
if not, sitting and continuing to the step S102;
t1, the holding time after the first conducting piece or the second conducting piece is contacted; t1 and T2 are both time constants, units, s; t2, the holding time after the first conducting member and the second conducting member are separated.
