Description

Double-line hydraulic vertical ship lift
Technical Field
The invention relates to a double-line hydraulic vertical ship lift, in particular to a double-line hydraulic vertical ship lift, and belongs to the technical field of ship lifts.
Background
With the gradual development of the hydro-junction construction of China to the upstream of rivers, the ship lift has the advantages of being suitable for higher water heads and more complex terrains. It is expected that the water conservancy project will be used as a navigation facility which is more frequently adopted in the comprehensive utilization and development of water resources for the construction of a water conservancy project in the future.
Among the ship lifts built in the world at present, the vertical ship lift accounts for the majority. Among the vertical ship lifts, the balance-weight type ship lift is the most. At present, load-bearing structures for supporting a ship-carrying chamber and a balance weight are generally arranged on two sides of the ship-carrying chamber of a balance weight type vertical ship lift commonly adopted, the balance weight equal to the movement weight force of the ship-carrying chamber is adopted as a balance system of the ship-carrying chamber, and a driving mechanism only needs to overcome the movement resistance of the whole system to enable the ship-carrying chamber to vertically lift. The balance weight is connected with the ship-carrying chamber through a steel cable which bypasses the rope wheel. The main advantages of the ship lift are that the mechanism is safe and reliable to operate, the operation management is convenient, the design, manufacture, installation and operation of the main equipment and the auxiliary mechanism of the ship lift have mature experience in the world, but the requirements on the precision of the manufacture and installation of the driving and control equipment of the ship lift are high.
From the development trend of the world vertical ship lifts, the full-balance rope winch lifting type vertical ship lift and the full-balance gear rack climbing type vertical ship lift are two basic modes of the vertical ship lift in the future. The full-balance rope hoisting type vertical ship lift has the main advantages of being adaptive to a large lifting height, small in manufacturing and mounting difficulty of main lifting equipment, easy to guarantee construction precision of the tower column, small in influence of deformation of the tower column structure on equipment operation, large in adaptive capacity to ship chamber misloading water depth and small in mutual influence between the ship chamber and a host. The main problem of the full-balance rope winch lifting type vertical ship lift is that the ship cannot be automatically braked when meeting the water leakage accident of a ship chamber, and the requirement on the reliability of a safety brake is high. For the full-balance gear rack climbing type vertical ship lift, the main advantage is that the ship can be automatically locked according to the limited load when the ship chamber leaks water; the main lifting equipment is small in scale and compact in arrangement, and equipment arrangement of a machine room at the top of the tower column is simple. The main problem of the fully-balanced rack-and-pinion climbing type vertical ship lift is that the manufacturing and installation difficulty of main equipment is high; the construction precision requirement of the tower column is relatively high; factors influencing the normal operation of the driving mechanism and the safety mechanism are complex; the capability of the driving mechanism to adapt to the water depth error of the ship chamber is relatively small.
