Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile dyeing and finishing, and particularly relates to a method for horseradish peroxidase-catalyzed dyeing of cotton fabrics.
Background
At present, in the printing and dyeing production process, cotton fabrics are generally dyed by using reactive dyes, the reactive dye dyed cotton fabrics have the advantages of bright colors and excellent fastness of various items, but the problems of low dyeing uptake of the reactive dyes, difficult soaping, high chromaticity of dyeing wastewater and the like are not negligible. Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP) is used as peroxidase extracted from horse radish, a protein containing heme is composed of colorless glycoprotein and brown iron porphyrin, the molecular weight is about 44kDa, the catalytic effect is most obvious when the pH is about 5, the HRP is an excellent green catalyst, and the HRP has the advantages of strong catalytic activity, good environmental stability, wide application range of catalytic substances and the like, is widely applied to the fields of wastewater treatment, clinical medicine, food chemical industry and the like, and gradually shows the wide application prospect of the horse radish peroxidase.
At present, the research on the catalytic dyeing performance of horseradish peroxidase is still lacked, and only part of researches on the catalytic oxidation of phenolic compounds, amine compounds and derivatives thereof are carried out. Researches find that biological enzymes such as horseradish peroxidase and the like can effectively catalyze and oxidize the degradation of various phenolic compounds and amine compounds in wastewater, and improve the environmental problem. With the further research on the horseradish peroxidase, the horseradish peroxidase not only can effectively degrade phenolic compounds and amine compounds, but also can polymerize the phenolic compounds and the amine compounds under certain conditions, and the polymerization effect is more obvious compared with laccase.
Disclosure of Invention

The method for horseradish peroxidase-catalyzed dyeing of cotton fabrics comprises the following steps:
a. preparation of horseradish peroxidase-catalyzed staining bath:
mixing pyrocatechol, 2, 5-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid, horseradish peroxidase, hydrogen peroxide and water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a horseradish peroxidase catalytic dyeing bath, wherein the ratio of the pyrocatechol to the 2, 5-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid is 1:3-1:10, the addition amount of the horseradish peroxidase is 0.1-0.5g/L, the addition amount of 27% of hydrogen peroxide is 1-4mL/L, and the pH is adjusted to be 4-6;
b. dyeing:
heating the horseradish peroxidase catalyzed dyeing bath to 40-55 ℃ in an oscillating water bath kettle with the rotating speed of 50-70r/min, and putting the cotton fabrics wetted in advance into the horseradish peroxidase catalyzed dyeing bath for processing for 2-4h, wherein the bath ratio is 1:15-1: 30; cleaning with 50-80 deg.C hot water for 5-10min at a bath ratio of 1:15-1: 30; cleaning with normal temperature water for 5min at a bath ratio of 1: 15; drying at 80 ℃.
In the step a, the ratio of catechol to 2, 5-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid is 1:3-1:6, the addition amount of horseradish peroxidase is 0.2-0.3g/L, the addition amount of hydrogen peroxide is 2mL/L, and the pH value is 5.0.
And the rotating speed of the oscillating water bath in the step b is 60 r/min.
In the step b, the temperature of a dyeing bath catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase is 45 ℃, the dyeing time is 2 hours, and the bath ratio is 1: 15.
And c, washing with hot water in the step b at the temperature of 60 ℃, at the bath ratio of 1:15, and for 6 min.
The dyeing method adopted by the invention is different from the common cotton fabric dyeing method, and the cotton fabric is generally selected from reactive dyes in the dyeing process, and the reactive dyes have low dye uptake, high dyeing wastewater chromaticity and serious pollution. According to the invention, through the polymerization of the horseradish peroxidase on catechol and 2, 5-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid in the presence of hydrogen peroxide, the polymer dye with chromophoric groups is generated, and the polymer dye has the characteristics of high dye-uptake and color fixing rate, excellent wet treatment fastness and the like when used for dyeing cotton fabrics. Compared with the traditional reactive dye for dyeing cotton, the reactive dye has the following advantages: 1. the dyeing temperature is low, the energy consumption in the printing and dyeing process is favorably reduced, 2, the dyeing fixation rate is high, 3, the floating color is easy to clean, the washing waste liquid is convenient to treat, the harm is low, and 4, the health of textile service personnel and the safety performance of products are favorably ensured.
