Abstract

The invention can solve the technical problem of how to optimize the current dyeing process, the cotton fabric dyed by the method has higher color fixation rate and color fastness, can effectively reduce the discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater, and has important significance for the green production of the textile printing and dyeing industry.

Technical Field

Background
At present, in the printing and dyeing production process, cotton fabrics are generally dyed by using reactive dyes, the reactive dye dyed cotton fabrics have the advantages of bright colors and excellent fastness of various items, but the problems of low dyeing uptake of the reactive dyes, difficult soaping, high chromaticity of dyeing wastewater and the like are not negligible. Horse Radish Peroxidase (HRP) is used as peroxidase extracted from horse radish, a protein containing heme is composed of colorless glycoprotein and brown iron porphyrin, the molecular weight is about 44kDa, the catalytic effect is most obvious when the pH is about 5, the HRP is an excellent green catalyst, and the HRP has the advantages of strong catalytic activity, good environmental stability, wide application range of catalytic substances and the like, is widely applied to the fields of wastewater treatment, clinical medicine, food chemical industry and the like, and gradually shows the wide application prospect of the horse radish peroxidase.
At present, the research on the catalytic dyeing performance of horseradish peroxidase is still lacked, and only part of researches on the catalytic oxidation of phenolic compounds, amine compounds and derivatives thereof are carried out. Researches find that biological enzymes such as horseradish peroxidase and the like can effectively catalyze and oxidize the degradation of various phenolic compounds and amine compounds in wastewater, and improve the environmental problem. With the further research on the horseradish peroxidase, the horseradish peroxidase not only can effectively degrade phenolic compounds and amine compounds, but also can polymerize the phenolic compounds and the amine compounds under certain conditions, and the polymerization effect is more obvious compared with laccase.
