Description

Acne-removing soap prepared from byproduct in eucommia oil refining and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of eucommia ulmoides processing, and particularly relates to application of eucommia ulmoides nigre in acne-removing soap; also relates to acne-removing soap prepared by taking byproducts in eucommia oil refining as raw materials and a preparation method of the acne-removing soap.
Background
The following patent documents disclose eucommia ulmoides soap:
CN107739670A discloses an eucommia oil soap, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: eucommia oil: 30-50 parts of olive oil: 5-20 of eucommia ulmoides leaf extract: 5-20 of aloe vera extract: 2-15 parts of lavender essential oil: 1-10 sodium hydroxide: 5-15 deionized water: 20-30. The eucommia oil soap aims to solve the problems that the prepared eucommia oil soap can deeply clean the face, control oil and preserve moisture, resist bacteria and diminish inflammation, fade color spots, resist aging and the like, and has multiple effects. The soap is prepared from eucommia oil and eucommia extract.
In the above patent documents, the eucommia oil soap is produced mainly from eucommia oil and an extract of eucommia leaves, and the eucommia oil soap is produced from eucommia oil and an extract of eucommia leaves, which are relatively high in cost. Because the eucommia seeds belong to woody oil, the growth period is long, the yield is low, and the oil yield is far lower than that of peanuts, soybeans, corns, rapeseeds and the like, the yield of the eucommia oil is limited, and the cost and the selling price of the eucommia oil are correspondingly high due to high nutritional value of the eucommia oil; although the eucommia ulmoides leaves are abundant and easily obtained, the extract containing the active ingredients can be obtained only by multi-stage filtration such as solvent high-temperature extraction, coarse filtration, horizontal spiral centrifugal filtration, membrane filtration and the like in the production process of the extract, and then membrane concentration and low-temperature spray drying are carried out, so that the production process is complex, the energy consumption is high, and the production cost is high; the active ingredients of the eucommia ulmoides leaf extract belong to heat-sensitive substances, the content of the eucommia ulmoides leaf extract is closely related to the control of process conditions, and the improper control of the process conditions can cause the content of the active ingredients to be greatly reduced and even completely lost. If the eucommia oil and the eucommia leaf extract are used as raw materials to produce the soap, although a certain anti-inflammatory effect can be achieved, the soap does not have practicability and popularization significance based on the cost consideration.
In the extraction and refining processes of eucommia oil, the crude oil can generate a byproduct of nigre during deacidification, at present, the nigre is not processed well, a large amount of space is consumed for storing the eucommia nigre, and alkaline substances added in the deacidification process can pollute soil, so the eucommia nigre cannot be buried at will, and certain hidden danger is brought to clean production. If the soap or perfumed soap is produced by taking the byproduct nigre in the eucommia oil processing process as a raw material, the production cost can be obviously reduced, and the active ingredients in the nigre can be reused by people to play a certain specific role, so that certain effects of cleaning, protecting and the like on the skin are achieved.
There is no disclosure in the literature regarding the soap or soap made from eucommia ulmoides soapstock. The eucommia ulmoides soapstock needs to consume a large amount of space for storage, alkaline substances added in the deacidification process pollute soil, so the eucommia ulmoides soapstock cannot be buried at will, certain hidden dangers are brought to clean production, if the soap which takes the eucommia ulmoides soapstock and the soap base as raw materials can be invented, the cost is low, the stimulation to skin can be reduced as little as possible, the waste is changed into valuable, the material is fully used, the problem of storage of the soap is solved, and great economic benefits can be generated.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the soap which is prepared by taking the byproduct generated in the refining process of the eucommia bark oil as the raw material, the soap is prepared from the byproduct, namely the eucommia bark soapstock, which is low in cost and is obtained in the processing process of natural plants, so that the irritation to the skin of a human body is reduced; the soap produced by utilizing the eucommia bark soapstock has obvious acne removing effect;
the invention also provides a preparation method of the eucommia ulmoides soap.
When the inventor researches and develops the invention, just when the applicant conducts the whole industry chain development of eucommia ulmoides, a byproduct namely eucommia ulmoides nigre is generated in the deacidification process in the eucommia ulmoides seed oil refining process, at present, a good treatment mode is not provided for the eucommia ulmoides nigre, a large amount of space is consumed for storing the eucommia ulmoides nigre, and alkaline substances added in the deacidification process pollute soil, so the eucommia ulmoides nigre cannot be buried at will, and certain hidden troubles are brought to clean production.
Therefore, the eucommia ulmoides soap is utilized along the idea of making the best use of the eucommia ulmoides soap, and is processed and utilized by taking the eucommia ulmoides soap stock and the soap base as raw materials through a specific process, so that the eucommia ulmoides soap is invented, and has a remarkable acne removing effect.

(5) taking out the cooled and shaped eucommia bark soap stock soap from the mould, and curing the eucommia bark soap stock soap in a cool and dry place for about 30 days to obtain the finished product acne-removing soap.
Comparative example 1
The inventor adjusts the weight ratio of the soapstock and the soap base in the experimental process, and finds that the weight ratio of the soapstock and the soap base has a relatively obvious influence on the efficacy of the soap.
Taking laboratory experiments as an example, the preparation method of the acne-removing soap prepared by taking byproducts in eucommia oil refining as raw materials comprises the following steps:
(1) putting filter paper in a Buchner funnel, putting the funnel on a filter flask with a sealing ring, and connecting the filter flask with a vacuum pump by using a rubber tube;
(2) putting 1 part of eucommia ulmoides soapstock into a Buchner funnel, opening a vacuum pump, and filtering redundant grease in the eucommia ulmoides soapstock; setting the vacuum degree of the vacuum pump to be about 0.8MPa,
(3) 99 parts of soap base, putting the soap base into a beaker, and heating the soap base by using a digital display constant temperature water bath kettle to melt the soap base; heating in water bath until the soap base is melted at about 65 deg.C;
(4) putting the weighed and filtered eucommia bark soapstock into the dissolved soap base, and continuously heating to dissolve and uniformly mix the eucommia bark soapstock; heating to about 65 ℃;
(5) pouring the uniformly mixed soap liquid obtained in the step (4) into a mould, and cooling and shaping the soap liquid;
(6) and (5) taking the eucommia bark soapstock soap which is cooled and shaped in the step (5) out of the mould, and curing the eucommia bark soapstock soap in a cool and dry place for 28-32 days to obtain the finished product acne-removing soap.
The soap produced by combining the soapstock and the soap base has the acne removing effect when the soap is used by a tester and does not achieve the acne removing effect, which shows that the soap produced by combining the soapstock and the soap base has the acne removing effect when the proportion of the soapstock and the soap base is within a certain range.
Comparative example 2
Likewise, the amounts of soapstock and soap base in comparative example 2 are outside the scope of the present invention; as a result, the soap produced by combining the two has still not ideal acne-removing effect.
Taking laboratory experiments as an example, the preparation method of the acne-removing soap prepared by taking byproducts in eucommia oil refining as raw materials comprises the following steps:
(1) putting filter paper in a Buchner funnel, putting the funnel on a filter flask with a sealing ring, and connecting the filter flask with a vacuum pump by using a rubber tube;
(2) putting 3 parts of eucommia ulmoides soapstock into a Buchner funnel, opening a vacuum pump, and filtering redundant grease in the eucommia ulmoides soapstock; setting the vacuum degree of a vacuum pump to be about 0.8 MPa;
(3) 97 parts of soap base, putting the soap base into a beaker, and heating the soap base by using a digital display constant temperature water bath kettle to melt the soap base; heating in water bath until the soap base is melted at about 65 deg.C;
(4) putting the weighed and filtered eucommia bark soapstock into the dissolved soap base, and continuously heating to dissolve and uniformly mix the eucommia bark soapstock; the heating temperature is about 65 ℃;
(5) pouring the uniformly mixed soap liquid obtained in the step (4) into a mould, and cooling and shaping the soap liquid;
(6) and (5) taking the eucommia bark soapstock soap which is cooled and shaped in the step (5) out of the mould, and curing the eucommia bark soapstock soap in a cool and dry place for 30 days to obtain the finished product acne removing soap.
The acne removing effect is not obvious after the test is carried out.
Comparative example 3
Taking laboratory experiments as an example, the preparation method of the acne-removing soap prepared by taking byproducts in eucommia oil refining as raw materials comprises the following steps:
(1) putting filter paper in a Buchner funnel, putting the funnel on a filter flask with a sealing ring, and connecting the filter flask with a vacuum pump by using a rubber tube;
(2) putting 50 parts of eucommia ulmoides soapstock into a Buchner funnel, opening a vacuum pump, and filtering redundant grease in the eucommia ulmoides soapstock; setting the vacuum degree of the vacuum pump to be about 0.8MPa,
(3) 50 parts of soap base is put into a beaker and heated by a digital display constant temperature water bath kettle to be melted; heating in water bath until the soap base is melted at about 65 deg.C;
(4) putting the weighed and filtered eucommia bark soapstock into the dissolved soap base, and continuously heating to dissolve and uniformly mix the eucommia bark soapstock; the heating temperature is about 65 ℃;
(5) pouring the uniformly mixed soap liquid obtained in the step (4) into a mould, and cooling and shaping the soap liquid;
(6) and (5) taking the eucommia bark soapstock soap which is cooled and shaped in the step (5) out of the mould, and curing the eucommia bark soapstock soap in a cool and dry place for 30 days to obtain the finished product acne removing soap.
The acne removing effect is obvious when the soap is used by a tester, but the soap is too soft and is inconvenient to use.
By people with long acne, the eucommia bark soap stock soap with different proportions has poor acne removing effect when the proportion of the eucommia bark soap stock is less than 5 parts, has good acne removing effect when the proportion of the eucommia bark soap stock is more than 30 parts, but is soft and easy to deform.
From the above comparison, it can be concluded that: the acne-removing soap prepared by the method has the characteristics of good acne-removing effect in a certain proportion range, easiness in forming and no condition that the higher the content of eucommia bark soapstock is, the better the acne-removing soap is.
Example 4
