The existing bridge crane mainly comprises: a cart and a trolley; the crane is characterized in that cart guide rails are further arranged on two sides of the crane, the cart moves along the cart guide rails in the front-back direction of the crane, the cart is composed of a main beam and end beams, the main beam and the end beams are rigidly connected, the length direction of the main beam is perpendicular to the direction of cart tracks on two sides of the crane, the length direction of the end beams is parallel to the direction of cart tracks on two sides of the crane, trolley tracks are arranged on the cart, trolleys move along the trolley tracks in the left-right direction, the trolleys are connected with lifting mechanisms, and the lifting mechanisms lift cargoes in the vertical direction.
For producing a crane, one of the processing procedures is to weld an end beam of the crane, and for the process of welding the end beam of the crane, namely, to weld webs on two sides and reinforcing ribs in the middle of the web and the reinforcing ribs, the webs and the reinforcing ribs of the end beam need to be spot-welded and positioned first and then welded, and in the process, the position of a welding machine needs to be moved at any time according to needs, the welding quality depends on the welding technology of workers, different end faces of the end beam need to be welded in the process of processing the end beam, the existing end beam welding workbench needs to be manually moved by workers, and welding fixtures need to be replaced to position and fix the different end faces, so that the working mode seriously affects the production efficiency of enterprises, the labor intensity of the workers is high, and the working efficiency is low; therefore, how to overcome the above technical problems and disadvantages is a problem to be solved.

The invention aims to overcome the defects described in the background technology, and therefore the automatic welding equipment for the end beam of the crane is realized.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an automatic welding device for end beams of cranes comprises an end beam supporting mechanism, a moving vehicle and a welding robot, wherein the end beam supporting mechanism comprises a base, turnover positioner machines and end beam supporting plates, the turnover positioner machines are arranged at two ends of the base, and the end beam supporting plates are connected with the turnover positioner machines through connecting plates at two ends; the movable vehicle comprises a frame, a rail and a power mechanism, the frame is arranged on the rail through rail wheels, the rail is fixed on a rail support, and the power mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the frame; the welding robot is fixed on a frame of the moving vehicle through a robot boom and welds the end beam.
Further, welder is installed to welding robot's lower extreme, and welder is used for welding the end beam, the last anticollision sensor that installs of welder, anticollision sensor can in time shut down the protection when welder and end beam bump.
Further, be provided with control box and welding machine on the frame, the welding machine with fix the welder connection at welding robot lower extreme, the control box is connected with welding robot, power unit and upset positioner electricity respectively, the control box coordinates control welding robot, power unit and the electromechanical cooperation welder action of upset positioner jointly, welds the end beam.
Furthermore, a drag chain is arranged on the track support, an electric wire between the control box and the overturning positioner is arranged in the drag chain, the drag chain is arranged along the track support, one end of the drag chain is fixed on the frame, the other end of the drag chain is fixed in the middle of the track support, and when the moving vehicle moves along the track, the drag chain effectively protects the electric wire, so that the electric wire is prevented from being damaged by dragging and the safety is prevented from being influenced.
Furthermore, the power mechanism comprises a driving motor, a gear and a rack, the rack is fixed on the inner side wall of the track, the driving motor is fixed on the frame, the gear is mounted on an output shaft of the driving motor and meshed with the rack, and the driving motor controls the frame to move along the track and controls the welding gun to move along the axial direction of the end beam through meshing transmission of the gear and the rack.
Further, be provided with the upset motor in the upset machine of shifting, the end beam layer board passes through connecting plate fixed connection in the pivot of upset motor, and upset motor control end beam layer board drives the end beam and overturns, and other faces of end beam are welded to the cooperation welding robot, easily upset, labour saving and time saving, and the upset precision is high, can cooperate the welding robot to effectively improve welding quality.
Further, be provided with the end beam fixation clamp on the end beam layer board, fix end beam bottom plate and curb plate, connecting plate upper portion is fixed with the balancing weight, when the end beam layer board overturns, the moment of torsion of balanced upset motor shaft.
The automatic welding equipment for the end beam of the crane has the beneficial effects that:

3. according to the automatic welding equipment for the end beam of the crane, the anti-collision sensor is assembled on the welding gun of the welding robot, when the welding gun collides with a workpiece, the automatic welding equipment can be stopped for protection in time, the overturning motor drives the end beam to overturn, and the automatic welding equipment is matched with the welding robot to weld other surfaces of the end beam, so that the automatic welding equipment is easy to overturn, time-saving and labor-saving, and can effectively improve the welding efficiency.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the automatic welding equipment for crane end beam of the embodiment uses a welding robot to automatically weld the end beam, has the advantages of high welding speed and stable welding quality, uses an end beam supporting mechanism to bear the end beam, uses an overturning positioner to rotate the end beam, welds different end surfaces of the end beam, realizes the quick and stable overturning of the end beam, and obviously improves the welding quality of the end beam, and mainly comprises an end beam supporting mechanism, a moving vehicle and a welding robot 13, wherein the end beam supporting mechanism comprises a base 1, an overturning positioner 2 and an end beam supporting plate 5, the overturning positioner 2 is arranged at two ends of the base 1, an overturning motor 16 is arranged in the overturning positioner 2, the end beam supporting plate 5 is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft 4 of the overturning motor 16 through a connecting plate 3, an end beam fixing clamp 8 is arranged on the end beam supporting plate 5, the end beam 7 bottom plate and the side plate are fixed, the counterweight 6 is fixed on the upper portion of the connecting plate 5, when the end beam supporting plate 7 is turned, the torque of a rotating shaft 4 of a turning motor 16 is balanced, the turning motor 16 controls the end beam supporting plate 5 to drive the end beam to turn, and the other surfaces of the end beam 7 are welded by matching with a welding robot 13, so that the end beam is easy to turn, time-saving and labor-saving, high in turning precision and capable of effectively improving the welding quality by matching with the welding robot 13;
the movable trolley comprises a trolley frame 11, a track 10 and a power mechanism, wherein the trolley frame 11 is arranged on the track 10 through a rail wheel, the track 10 is fixed on a track support 9, the power mechanism comprises a driving motor, a gear 17 and a rack 18, the rack 18 is fixed on the inner side wall of the track 10, the driving motor is fixed on the trolley frame 11, the gear 17 is installed on an output shaft of the driving motor and is meshed with the rack 18, the driving motor controls the trolley frame 11 to move along the track 10 through the meshing transmission of the gear 17 and the rack 18, and the welding gun is controlled to move along the axial direction of an end beam; the welding robot 13 is fixed on the frame of the trolley through the robot boom, the end beam is welded, a control box and a welding machine are arranged on the frame, the welding machine is connected with a welding gun fixed at the lower end of the welding robot 13, the control box is respectively electrically connected with the welding robot 13, a power mechanism and a turning positioner 2, the control box jointly coordinates and controls the welding robot 13, the power mechanism and the turning positioner 2 to be matched with the welding gun 14 to act, the end beam 7 is welded, a drag chain is arranged on the track support 9, an electric wire between the control box and the turning positioner 2 is arranged in the drag chain, the drag chain is arranged along the track support, one end of the drag chain is fixed on the frame 11, the other end of the drag chain is fixed in the middle of the track support 9, the trolley moves along the track, the drag chain effectively protects the electric wire, the electric wire is prevented from being damaged by the drag chain, the safety, the welding gun 14 is used for welding the end beam 7, and the anti-collision sensor is mounted on the welding gun 14 and can be stopped for protection in time when the welding gun collides with the end beam.
When the automatic welding equipment for the end beam of the crane is used, the end beam assemblies of different types are placed at corresponding positions of the end beam supporting plate, the end beam fixing clamp is used for positioning and fixing, the controller and the welding machine program are adjusted to the end beam program of the corresponding type, the end beam can be automatically welded, the automatic welding equipment is very convenient, the welding efficiency of the end beam can be effectively improved, and the welding quality of the end beam is also obviously improved.
