In the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning brush 4 is arranged, wherein the brush part of the cleaning brush 4 is always in close contact with the inner wall of the reaction kettle, and the brush part of the cleaning brush 4 can brush the inner wall of the reaction kettle at any time by driving the stirring shaft 1, so that the problem that solid substances such as products generated in the reaction and the like are attached to the inner wall of the reaction kettle to cause intractable stains is avoided.
The compound desulfurizer prepared by the production equipment of the high temperature and high pressure resistant compound desulfurizer for downhole natural gas provided in embodiment 3 comprises, by mass, 50% of triazine, 4% of ethanolamine, 8% of a-sulfo fatty acid methyl ester, 1.0% of polyaspartic acid, and 0.3% of methylbenzotriazole sodium, and the balance of water.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The high-temperature and high-pressure resistant composite desulfurizer for the underground natural gas is characterized in that the hydrogen sulfide remover comprises, by mass, 38-75% of triazine, 2-6% of ethanolamine, 2-15% of a-sulfo fatty acid methyl ester, 0.008-1.5% of polyaspartic acid and 0.007-0.6% of triazole, and the balance of water.
2. The high-temperature and high-pressure resistant composite desulfurizing agent for the downhole natural gas according to claim 1, wherein the triazole is methylbenzotriazole or methylbenzotriazole sodium.
3. The high-temperature and high-pressure resistant composite desulfurizing agent for the downhole natural gas according to claim 1, wherein the triazine is s-triazine, s-triazine and a mixture of s-triazine, s-triazine and s-triazine in any proportion.
4. The production equipment of the high-temperature and high-pressure resistant composite desulfurizer for producing the underground natural gas comprises a stirring shaft (1) and a motor (2), and is characterized by further comprising a balance assembly (3), a cleaning brush (4) and a connecting assembly (5), wherein a rotating shaft of the motor (2) is fixedly connected with the stirring shaft (1) through the connecting assembly (5), the connecting assembly (5) comprises a first connecting sleeve (501), a first connecting base plate (502), a second connecting base plate (503) (503) and a fixed shaft (504), the lower end of the rotating shaft of the motor (2) is fixedly connected with the first connecting base plate (502), the first connecting base plate (502) is perpendicular to the lower end face of the rotating shaft of the motor (2), and the second connecting base plate (503) (503) is perpendicular to the upper end face of the stirring shaft (1); a fixed shaft (504) is fixedly connected to the pair of first connecting seat plates (502), two ends of the fixed shaft (504) are respectively and fixedly connected to one first connecting seat plate (502), the second connecting seat plates (503) (503) are rotatably sleeved on the fixed shaft (504), and the second connecting seat plates (503) (503) are positioned between the pair of first connecting seat plates (502); a first through hole (505) is formed in the rotating shaft of the motor (2), a second through hole (506) is formed in the stirring shaft (1), a third through hole (507) corresponding to the first through hole (505) is formed in the first connecting sleeve (501), a fourth through hole (508) corresponding to the second through hole (506) is formed in the first connecting sleeve (501), and the rotating shaft of the motor (2) is fixedly connected with the stirring shaft (1) through the first connecting sleeve (501) and a bolt;
the balance assembly (3) comprises a fixed sleeve (301), an adjusting rod (302), an adjusting spring (303), a ball sleeve (304), a ball (305) and a second connecting sleeve (306), the second connecting sleeve (306) is arranged on the stirring shaft (1) through a bolt and the fixed sleeve (301), the second connecting sleeve (306) is fixedly connected with a pair of connecting plates, one end of the fixed sleeve (301) is fixedly connected with the connecting plates, and the fixed sleeve (301) is fixedly connected with the second connecting sleeve (306) through the connecting plates and the bolt; the fixing sleeve (301) is horizontally arranged, the adjusting rod (302) is sleeved inside the fixing sleeve (301) and can horizontally and freely slide along the fixing sleeve (301), one end of the adjusting rod (302) is located inside the fixing sleeve (301), the other end of the adjusting rod (302) is located outside the fixing sleeve (301), one end of the adjusting rod (302) located outside the fixing sleeve (301) is fixedly connected with a ball sleeve (304), and one end, away from the adjusting rod (302), of the ball sleeve (304) is embedded with a ball (305); the outer wall of the fixed sleeve (301) close to the adjusting rod (302) is provided with threads, the threaded area of the fixed sleeve (301) is in threaded connection with a nut, the fixed sleeve (301) and the adjusting rod (302) are further sleeved with an adjusting spring (303), one end of the adjusting spring (303) abuts against the nut, and the other end of the adjusting spring (303) abuts against the ball sleeve (304); the adjusting spring (303) is a compression adjusting spring (303); a fifth through hole (307) is formed in the adjusting rod (302), a sixth through hole (308) is formed in the area, close to the second connecting sleeve (306), of the fixing sleeve (301), a screw rod (309) is arranged in a matching mode between the fifth through hole (307) and the sixth through hole (308), the screw rod (309) penetrates through the fifth through hole (307) and the sixth through hole (308), a fastening nut (310) is further arranged in a matching mode on the screw rod (309), a limiting sleeve (311) is further fixedly connected to the fastening nut (310), and the limiting sleeve (311) is tightly contacted with the outer side face of the adjusting rod (302);
a pair of cleaning brushes (4) are further arranged on the pair of ball sleeves (304) positioned on the same side of the stirring shaft (1), a pair of connecting plates are fixedly connected to the lower side sleeves of the ball sleeves (304) positioned at higher positions, the pair of connecting plates fixedly connected to the lower sides of the ball sleeves (304) positioned at higher positions are vertically downward, a pair of connecting plates are fixedly connected to the upper sides of the ball sleeves (304) positioned at lower positions, the pair of connecting plates fixedly connected to the upper sides of the ball sleeves (304) positioned at lower positions are vertically upward, two ends of each cleaning brush (4) are respectively and fixedly connected with one connecting plate, each cleaning brush (4) is fixedly connected with the corresponding ball sleeve (304) through the connecting plates and bolts, the brush part of each cleaning brush (4) is flush with the outermost edge of each ball (305), and each cleaning brush (4) is parallel to the stirring shaft (1), the balance assemblies (3) are positioned at the same height, and the two pairs of balance assemblies (3) are spaced by 180 degrees.
5. The production equipment of the high temperature and high pressure resistant composite desulfurizing agent for downhole natural gas according to claim 4, wherein a pair of the cleaning brushes (4) is axisymmetric with respect to the center line of the stirring shaft (1).

The production equipment of the high-temperature and high-pressure resistant composite desulfurizing agent for the downhole natural gas according to claim 4, wherein the bolt penetrates through the first through hole (505) and the third through hole (507) and is in threaded connection with a nut to realize the fixed connection of the first connecting sleeve (501) and the rotating shaft of the motor (2).
