The efficient cleaning device for the filter pressing cloth for producing zinc sulfate is characterized by comprising a cleaning box (1), wherein a water filtering box (6) is welded on the bottom surface of the cleaning box (1), a motor (7) is fixedly arranged at the center of the bottom surface of the cleaning box (1) in an inner ring position of the water filtering box (6), the output end of the motor (7) penetrates through the cleaning box (1) and is rotatably connected with a shaft rod (8), a supporting cylinder (3) is welded on the surface of the shaft rod (8) through a supporting rod (19), a positioning strip (25) is arranged on the outer surface of the supporting cylinder (3), a furling lug (30) is welded on the surface of one side of the positioning strip (25), one end of the furling lug (30) penetrates through and extends to the inner ring of the supporting cylinder (3), a supporting ring (17) is arranged on the inner ring of the supporting cylinder (3), a fixing rod (27) is welded on the surface of one side of the supporting ring (17), one end of the, wash case (1) internal wall and seted up T type groove (24), and through card strip (29) fixedly connected with brush strip (2) in T type groove (24), brush strip (2) are provided with brush face (28) towards the one end of support cylinder (3), the one end welding of brush strip (2) has hangers (20), and hangers (20) articulate with the port of wasing case (1), water filter case (6) lower part surface is connected with hose (10) through a water outlet port (21), and the one end intercommunication of hose (10) has aqueduct (16), the one end intercommunication of aqueduct (16) has spray dish (18), and spray dish (18) suspension directly over wasing case (1), the surface mounting of aqueduct (16) has water pump (15).

The efficient cleaning device for the filter press cloth for zinc sulfate production according to claim 1, characterized in that the water filter tank (6) is of an annular structure as a whole, the top surface of the water filter tank (6) is connected with two bent pipes (4), one ends of the two bent pipes (4) are communicated with the lower surface of the cleaning tank (1), a filter screen (9) of the annular structure is welded inside the water filter tank (6), and a plurality of cleaning ports (23) are formed in the upper surface of the water filter tank (6).

The efficient cleaning device for the filter pressing cloth for producing zinc sulfate according to claim 1, characterized in that a guide plate (11) is welded to the side face of the water filtering box (6), a sliding cavity (12) is formed in the guide plate (11), two faces of the guide plate (11) penetrate through the sliding cavity (12) and are provided with a strip groove (22), one end, far away from a spraying disc (18), of the water guide pipe (16) is connected with the strip groove (22) in a penetrating mode, a sliding block (13) is welded to the surface of the water guide pipe (16), the sliding cavity (12) of the sliding block (13) and the guide plate (11) is connected in a sliding mode, and a handle (14) is welded to the surface of the water guide pipe (16).

The efficient cleaning device for the filter press cloth for zinc sulfate production according to claim 1, wherein a control panel (5) is arranged on the side surface of the water filtering tank (6), and the output end of the control panel (5) is electrically connected with a motor (7) and a water pump (15) respectively.
