A device according to claim 2, wherein the device comprises: the supporting mechanism (2) comprises supporting plates (21), sliding plates (22), rotating rods (23), handles (24), connecting plates (25), pressing plates (26), rubber pads (27), pressure springs (28) and tension springs (29), wherein the supporting plates (21) which are hollow inside and have inverted T-shaped structures in cross sections are connected to the inside of the sliding grooves (13) on the surfaces of the two mounting seats (12) in a sliding mode, the sliding plates (22) are connected to the inside of the two supporting plates (21) in a sliding mode, the pressure springs (28) are clamped between the two supporting plates (21) and the sliding plates (22), the rotating rods (23) are connected to the side surfaces of the two sliding plates (22) in a relative rotating mode, the connecting plates (25) are connected to the inside of the two rotating rods (23) in a sliding mode, and the tension springs (29) are clamped between the two connecting plates (25) and the rotating rods (23), the pressing plates (26) are welded to the bottoms of the two connecting plates (25), the rubber pads (27) are bonded to the bottoms of the two pressing plates (26), and the handles (24) are welded to the side walls of the two rotating rods (23).
