Description

Wet surface cleaning device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of household cleaning appliances, and more particularly to a liquid distribution system for a wet surface cleaning apparatus.
Background
In the prior art, wet surface cleaning devices are divided into wet and dry cleaning devices, the dry cleaning device cleans the surface such as the floor and the wall surface only by means of the vacuum suction force provided by the vacuum motor, and the wet cleaning device needs to clean by means of cleaning agent or clean water, and transfers the sewage, the debris and the like on the surface to be cleaned into a sewage tank by the friction between a rolling brush rotating at a high speed and the floor. The surface cleaning device is provided with a clear water distribution system which distributes clear water in the clear water tank to the rolling brush or the ground. In a traditional product, a heating body is usually arranged on a cleaning head, a water pipe is led out from a clean water tank, and clean water entering a boiler is sprayed outwards in the form of cold water or steam by adjusting the power of the boiler. Only one of the two pipes enters the boiler pipeline and one of the two spraying outlets, so that spraying to the rolling brush and spraying to the ground/steam cannot be simultaneously realized, the working mode of the product is single, and the cleaning effect is poor.
Some latest handheld wet dust collector products can spray water to a rolling brush to clean the ground through a wet rolling brush, but the structure usually needs to arrange a three-way valve on a cleaning head to selectively spray water to the rolling brush or steam to the ground, and the product has the defects that the three-way valve is large in volume, so that the space on the cleaning head is insufficient, the circuit design is more complex, the cleaning head is very heavy, and the product design is not compact enough; in addition, the three-way valve cannot realize the simultaneous spraying of steam and clean water, so that the application occasions of the product are limited.

Two pumps with different flow rates can be used to realize the difference between the flow rates of the first flow pump 21 and the second flow pump 22, for example, the first flow pump 21 is a pump with a large flow rate, and when the fluid in the first fluid delivery pipe 23 passes through the heating body 27, the fluid is not heated enough to steam, and can only be heated or not heated, so that the cold water or the hot water comes out of the first nozzle 25. And the flow rate of the fluid in the second fluid delivery pipe 24 is small, and when passing through the heating body 27, it can be heated to a steam state, so that the second nozzle 26 injects high-temperature steam. The power adjustment of the heating tube can be combined, or the contact areas of the first fluid conveying pipe and the second fluid conveying pipe, which are in contact with the heating body, are different, so that the two paths of fluids are heated by one heating body, and the functions of providing cold water, hot water and steam to the first nozzle and the second nozzle respectively are realized.
To improve the efficiency of liquid utilization, the first nozzle 25 and the second nozzle 26 are located at the front of the housing and far away from the suction channel 11, so as to prevent the fluid sprayed from the first fluid delivery pipe and the second fluid delivery pipe from being carried away by the suction channel without being fully utilized.
The docking station 500 has a charging terminal and a sensor for detecting whether the wet surface cleaning apparatus is properly seated on the docking station, which can be charged when the wet surface cleaning apparatus is docked. The upper portion of the nursing seat 500 is formed with a recess depressed downward, and the wet surface cleaning device can be seated in the recess in an upright state and charged.
The cleaning host 300 is provided with a touch display screen which can display a plurality of operation keys and various information such as the current water level, the working mode, the electric quantity, the water flow size and the like of the equipment, and a user can select the working mode and operate the equipment to work through the display screen. The control device of the wet surface cleaning device is electrically connected to the vacuum motor, the roller brush motor, the heating element, and the like. The wet surface cleaning device further comprises a heating body switch electrically connected with the heating body, the heating body switch can be independently arranged, and can also be used for a user to select through setting a cold water mode, a hot water mode and a steam mode, when the user starts up and uses the equipment, the cold water mode is started by default, and the hot water mode or the steam mode can be started after the user manually selects the equipment.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
