The present invention relates to a cosmetic container. According to an aspect of the present invention, there may be provided a cosmetic container, including: a housing including an opening portion at one side; a cover that can selectively block the opening; an application part for providing cosmetic on one side and being provided to be capable of ascending and descending in the housing; and a plurality of levers for moving the cosmetic toward the outside of the opening by rotating the cover in one direction and opening the opening while raising the applying portion, or for moving the cosmetic toward the inside of the opening by rotating the cover in the other direction and closing the opening while lowering the applying portion.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container.

Background

Recently, there is an increasing demand for a stick cosmetic such as a sun block or a lipstick. Generally, a stick-shaped cosmetic is constituted to include: a main body for containing cosmetics in a solid form; and a cover coupled to be separable from the main body. In order to use the stick-shaped cosmetic, a user needs to rotate the body to expose the cosmetic to the outside and use it after separating the cap from the body.

However, in the conventional stick-shaped cosmetics, in order to separate the cap from the main body and expose the cosmetics to the outside, a user needs to use both hands, which is inconvenient.

In addition, there is a need for cosmetic use with one hand when performing recreational sports activities or caring for children. However, the conventional stick-shaped cosmetics have a structure that is difficult to use with one hand, and thus have a problem in that the possibility of dropping the cosmetics is high when attempting to use with one hand.

Technical problem

Embodiments of the present invention have been made to solve the above-described problems, and it is desirable to provide a cosmetic container that can be operated by a user with one hand.

Further, it is desirable to provide a cosmetic container in which the cosmetic is exposed while the cap is opened by one operation, and which is improved in convenience of use.

In addition, it is desirable to provide a cosmetic container having high portability.

Technical proposal

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there may be provided a cosmetic container including: a housing including an opening portion at one side; a cover that can selectively block the opening; an application part for providing cosmetic on one side and being provided to be capable of ascending and descending in the housing; and a plurality of levers for moving the cosmetic toward the outside of the opening by rotating the cover in one direction and opening the opening while raising the applying portion, or for moving the cosmetic toward the inside of the opening by rotating the cover in the other direction and closing the opening while lowering the applying portion.

In addition, there may be provided a cosmetic container, wherein the cover is provided rotatably centering on a first rotation axis as a center of the housing, and the plurality of bars include: a first lever provided with one side connected to the first rotation shaft and rotatable integrally with the cover; and a second lever having one side rotatably connected to the other side of the first lever and the other side connected to the applying part.

In addition, a cosmetic container may be provided, wherein the second rod is provided to have a length longer than that of the first rod.

In addition, the first lever may be provided to be rotatable 180 degrees about the first rotation axis, and the second lever may be provided to be forced from the first lever at one side thereof and connected to the applying portion at the other side thereof to transmit force to the applying portion so as to raise and lower the applying portion.

In addition, there may be provided a cosmetic container, wherein the first lever has an angle of 45 degrees with respect to a z-axis when the cover is in a position to close the opening.

In addition, there may be provided a cosmetic container, further comprising a guide portion provided inside the case to guide the ascending and descending of the application so that the application portion can move linearly.

In addition, a cosmetic container may be provided, wherein a rod moving space is provided at least a portion of a lower side and a side of the guide part for moving a plurality of the rods.

In addition, it is possible to provide a cosmetic container in which a guide auxiliary portion extended toward a lower side is provided at the other side of the application portion to prevent the application portion from being separated from the guide portion when the application portion is lifted.

In addition, a cosmetic container may be provided in which the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the cap is provided to coincide with a part of the shape of the inner peripheral surface of the housing.

In addition, there may be provided a cosmetic container, wherein an action dial is included at a front surface of the case, the action dial being connected with the cap or one of the plurality of bars, thereby transmitting a rotational force generated by an external force applied by a user to the cap or one of the plurality of bars.

In addition, a cosmetic container may be provided, wherein a movement guide hole is provided at an outer side of the housing for moving the action dial.

In addition, a cosmetic container may be provided in which a fixing portion extending in one direction along a part of an outer peripheral surface of the housing is provided at a rear surface of the housing.

In addition, a cosmetic container may be provided in which magnets providing attractive force to each other are provided at an upper side of the applying part and a lower side of the cosmetic so that the cosmetic is selectively attached to the applying part.

Effects of the invention

The cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention has an effect that a user can operate with one hand.

In addition, the cosmetic can be exposed while the cover is opened by one action, so that the convenience of use can be improved.

In addition, a cosmetic container with high portability can be provided.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the present invention, when it is determined that the gist of the present invention can be confused with the specific description of the related known structure or function, the detailed description thereof is omitted.

Fig. 1 is a front view illustrating a front face of a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a view illustrating a state in which cosmetics of the cosmetic container of fig. 1 are exposed, fig. 3 is a rear view illustrating a rear face of the cosmetic container of fig. 1, fig. 4 is a side view illustrating a side face of the cosmetic container of fig. 1, and fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view illustrating a front face of the cosmetic container taken along A-A' line of fig. 4.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the cosmetic container 1 of the present invention may provide the following structure: the cosmetic C is exposed to the outside while the user opens the cap 200 with one hand, or is accommodated inside the case 100 while the user closes the cap 200 with one hand.

Specifically, the cosmetic container 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a housing 100 including an opening 110 at one side; a cover 200 that can selectively cover the opening 110; an application part 300 for supplying the cosmetic C to one side and being provided to be capable of ascending and descending in the housing 100; and a plurality of levers 410 and 420 for moving the cosmetic C toward the outside of the opening 110 by rotating the cap 200 in one direction and opening the opening 110 and for moving the applying portion 300 upward, or for moving the cosmetic C toward the inside of the opening 110 by rotating the cap 200 in the other direction and closing the opening 110 and for moving the applying portion 300 downward.

Hereinafter, for convenience of explanation, the z-axis direction will be referred to as the up-down direction and the x-axis direction will be referred to as the left-right direction with reference to fig. 1.

The housing 100 may have an arbitrary three-dimensional shape for a user to hold with one hand and to conveniently rotate the cover 200 or the first lever 410 using fingers. For example, the case 100 may have a predetermined thickness (based on the y-axis direction), and may be formed in a circular shape except for the side where the opening 110 is formed when viewed from the xz plane. The length of the long axis of the housing 100 may be 60mm-80mm and the thickness of the housing 100 may be 15mm-50mm. However, the shape of the housing 100 is not limited thereto, and may be provided in various shapes such as a cylindrical shape, a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and the like.

In addition, the case 100 may provide a space for accommodating the cosmetic C inside, and an opening 110 through which the cosmetic C can enter and exit is formed at one side.

The opening 110 may be formed to have an angle of 45 degrees (with reference to the xz plane) about the first rotation axis R1.

The size and shape of the opening 110 may be formed to correspond to the size of the xy section of the cosmetic material C to be accessible from the housing 100 when the cosmetic material C rises and falls. The cosmetic C may be a solid cosmetic that can be fixed to the application portion 300 described later. For example, the cosmetic C may be a solid cosmetic such as a sun block, a lipstick, or the like.

An action dial 120 may be provided at the front of the case 100, and the action dial 120 is connected with the cover 200 or the first lever 410 so as to transmit a rotational force generated by an external force applied by a user to the cover 200 or the first lever 410.

In the present embodiment, a case is described in which at least a part of the operation dial 120 penetrates a part of the housing 100 and is connected to the first lever 410. In this case, when the user rotates the operation dial 120, the first lever 410 connected to the operation dial 120 is rotated, and the cover 200 is rotated to open or close the opening 110.

The operation dial 120 may be rotatable relative to the housing 100, and may be formed to protrude outward of the housing 100. In this case, the user rotates the protruding operation dial 120, so that the cover 200 can be easily opened or closed.

A fixing portion 130 may be provided at the rear of the housing 100 to facilitate one-hand grip by a user.

The fixing portion 130 may be a protrusion extending in one direction along a portion of the outer circumferential surface of the case 100. In this case, the user may insert the fixing portion 130 between the middle finger and the ring finger and rotate the operation dial 120 formed at the front of the housing 100 by using the thumb. By providing the fixing portion 130 as described above, the risk of dropping the cosmetic container 1 when the user operates the cosmetic container 1 with one hand can be reduced.

The cover 200 may selectively block the opening 110 formed in the housing 100 and rotate about the first rotation axis R1 provided in the housing 100. The first rotation axis R1 may be understood as a central axis of the housing 100.

The shape of the outer peripheral surface 202 of the cover 200 may conform to the shape of a portion of the inner peripheral surface 102 of the housing 100. In this case, the inner peripheral surface 102 of the housing 100 can function to guide the rotation of the cover 200, and therefore the cover 200 can move along the inner peripheral surface 102 of the housing 100 while rotating about the first rotation axis R1.

For example, the outer peripheral surface 202 of the xz-axis cross section of the cover 200 may be a sector shape having a predetermined angle, and a portion of the inner peripheral surface of the casing 100 where the opening 110 is removed may be a circular shape.

One side of the cover 200 is connected to a first lever 410 to be described later, and is rotatable integrally with the first lever 410, which will be described later in detail.

In the present embodiment, the case where the cover 200 is rotated inside the housing 100 has been described, but the idea of the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the cover 200 may move along the outer circumferential surface of the case 100. In this case, holes may be provided at the outer circumferential surface of the housing 100 for moving the first and second levers 410 and 420.

In addition, the cover 200 may have a certain thickness, and the cover 200 may have a dome shape. For example, the inner peripheral surface of the cap 200 may be formed in a fan shape (based on zx cross section), in which case a large inner space of the case 100 in which the cosmetic material C can be disposed can be ensured.

In the present embodiment, the cover 200 is shown as being formed about 180 degrees with reference to the xz plane, but the size of the cover 200 is not limited as long as it can close the opening 110.

Further, although not shown, a tool may be provided on the outside of the cover 200 and the inside of the case 100 to prevent the cover 200 from being opened by itself when the cover 200 is located at the closed position (refer to fig. 6 (a) described later). For example, when the cover 200 is in the closed position, a magnet that acts as an attractive force may be provided on the side of the cover 200 and the housing 100 opposite to each other. However, without being limited thereto, a protrusion and a groove that can be engaged with each other may be provided at a side where the cover 200 and the housing 100 are opposite to each other when the cover 200 is located at the closed position.

The applying part 300 may be provided with the cosmetic C at one side and may be provided to be raised and lowered in the housing 100 by a force applied by a second lever 420, which will be described later. The ascent and descent of the application portion 300 can be understood as a movement in the z-axis direction in which the opening 110 is formed.

The applying part 300 may have an arbitrary three-dimensional shape in order to fix the cosmetic C. The application portion 300 can be guided by a wire portion 500 described later to rise and fall in a straight direction (z-axis).

On the opposite side of the applying part 300 where the cosmetics C are provided, a guide auxiliary part 310 extending toward the lower side may be provided. At this time, the guide auxiliary portion 310 can prevent the application portion 300 from being separated from the guide portion 500 when the application portion 300 is lifted.

The guide auxiliary portion 310 may extend downward from the outer circumferential surface of the application portion 300, and may be formed on all or a part of the lower outer circumferential surface of the application portion 300.

Means for selectively fixing the cosmetic C may be provided at the upper side of the applying part 300. For example, magnets (not shown) having different polarities from each other may be provided at the upper side of the applying part 300 and the lower side of the cosmetic material C. In this case, the user can remove the magnet attached to the lower side of the used cosmetic C and attach a new cosmetic C to the application part 300 to use the cosmetic C, thereby replacing the cosmetic C.

The first and second levers 410 and 420 may have a long bar shape, and move relative to each other to raise or lower the applying part 300 while rotating the cover 200.

The second lever 420 may be formed longer than the first lever 410. For example, the second lever 420 may be formed to have a length 1mm-2mm longer than the first lever 410. However, not limited thereto, the difference in length between the second lever 420 and the first lever 410 may be different according to the sizes of the case 100 and the cover 200. As described above, by forming the second lever 420 longer than the first lever 410, the applicator 300 can be raised and lowered by the rotation of the first lever 410 and the cover 200.

One side of the first lever 410 may be connected to a first rotation axis R1 as a center of the housing 100, and the other side of the first lever 410 may be connected to the second lever 420 and the cover 200. The first lever 410, the second lever 420, and the cover 200 are connected to the third rotation shaft R3 to be movable.

One side of the second lever 420 may be connected to the other side of the first lever 410 and the cover 200, and the other side of the second lever 420 may be connected to the second rotation axis R2, which is the center of the applying part 300.

The first lever 410 may be provided to be rotatable 180 degrees centering on the first rotation axis R1.

When the cover 200 is positioned to close the opening 110 (fig. 6 (a), which will be described later), the first lever 410 may have an angle of 45 degrees with respect to the z-axis. In this case, when the cover 200 moves from the position where the opening 110 is closed to the open position (when the first lever 410 is rotated by 90 degrees), the application portion 300 is lowered and then raised, so that the cover 200 can be moved to the original position before opening.

The second lever 420 receives a force from the first lever 410 at one side and is connected to the applying part 300 at the other side, so that a force can be transferred to the applying part 300 to raise and lower the applying part 300.

The guide 500 may be provided to raise and lower the applying portion 300 in one direction (z-axis direction).

The guide part 500 has a shape surrounding the applying part 300 and the cosmetics C, and a rod moving space S may be formed on a path along which the first and second rods 410 and 420 move. For example, when the applying part 300 and the cosmetic material C are formed in a cylindrical shape, the guide part 500 may be formed in a cylindrical shape surrounding the applying part 300 and the cosmetic material C. At this time, a rod moving space S may be formed at a portion of the lower side and the side of the guide 500 for the first and second rods 410 and 420 to move.

However, the shape of the guide 500 is not limited to this, and a long groove (not shown) may be formed in a part of the case 100 in the z-axis direction, and a protrusion (not shown) that can be inserted into the groove may be formed in a part of the application portion 300, so that the application portion 300 may be raised and lowered in a straight line.

Fig. 6 is a sectional view showing a state in which the cosmetic container 1 of fig. 1 is operated according to a user's operation.

Specifically, fig. 6 (a) is a view showing a cross section of the cosmetic container 1 of fig. 1, and fig. 6 (e) is a view showing a cross section of the cosmetic container 1 of fig. 2. The cosmetic container 1 of fig. 6 (a) is understood to be a state in which the cosmetic material C is stored, and the cosmetic container 1 of fig. 6 (e) is understood to be a state in which the cosmetic material C is used.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the following is a procedure for explaining the operation of the cosmetic container 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

In a state where the cap 200 blocks the opening 110 and the cosmetic C is blocked from the outside (refer to fig. 6 (a)), the user rotates the operation dial 120 in one direction (counterclockwise), whereby the first lever 410 and the cap 200 can be rotated in one direction (counterclockwise). At this time, the first lever 410 and the second lever 420 are connected to each other at the third rotation axis R3, so that the second lever 420 can be lowered by a predetermined length by the rotation of the first lever 410.

In a state where the cosmetic C is blocked from the outside (refer to fig. 6 (a)), the opening 110 may be opened 1/2 when the cap 200 and the first lever 410 are rotated 45 degrees by an external force applied by a user (fig. 6 (b)). At this time, the applying part 300 may be positioned at the lowermost end during the entire movement. When the cap 200 moves from fig. 6 (a) to fig. 6 (b), the applying part 300 can be lowered by a predetermined length, and thus interference between the cap 200 and the cosmetic C can be prevented.

Then, when the cap 200 and the first lever 410 are rotated 90 degrees by an external force applied by a user in a state where the cosmetic C is blocked from the outside (refer to fig. 6 (a)), the opening 110 may be completely opened, and the applying part 300 may be lifted up to be positioned at the same position as the applying part 300 in fig. 6 (a). Wherein the first lever 410 applies a force to the second lever 420 as it rotates, and the second lever 420 applies a force to the applying part 300, so that the applying part 300 can be lifted.

Then, when the cap 200 and the first lever 410 are rotated 112.5 degrees by an external force applied by a user in a state where the cosmetic C is blocked from the outside (refer to fig. 6 (a)), at least a portion of the cosmetic C may be exposed to the outside (fig. 6 (d)). The first lever 410 may be connected to the second lever 420 on the third rotation axis R3 to apply a force to the second lever 420, and the second lever 420 may be guided by the guide 500 to be lifted up and the application part 300 may be lifted up.

Then, in a state where the cosmetic C is blocked from the outside (refer to fig. 6 (a)), the cosmetic C can be maximally raised when the cap 200 and the first lever 410 are rotated 135 degrees by an external force applied by the user (fig. 6 (e)). At this time, the guide auxiliary portion 310 is extended downward from the applying portion 300, so that the applying portion 300 can be prevented from being separated from the guide portion 500.

When the first lever 410 and the second lever 420 move from the state of fig. 6 (a) to the state of fig. 6 (c), a lever movement space S is provided at least at a portion of the lower side of the guide 500, so that the first lever 410 and the second lever 420 can be moved without interference with the guide 500. When the first lever 410 and the second lever 420 move from the state of fig. 6 (c) to the state of fig. 6 (e), the lever movement space S is provided in at least a part of the side surface of the guide 500, so that the first lever 410 and the second lever 420 can be moved without interference with the guide 500.

When the cosmetic container 1 is moved from fig. 6 (a) to fig. 6 (e), the cosmetic C can be changed from the storage state to the use state. In contrast, when the cosmetic container 1 moves from fig. 6 (e) to fig. 6 (a), the cosmetic C can be changed from the use state to the storage state (state where the cosmetic C is blocked from the outside).

The following describes the operation and effects of the cosmetic container 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention constructed as described above.

The cosmetic container 1 of the present invention may provide the following structure: the cosmetic C is exposed to the outside while the user opens the cap 200 with one hand, or is accommodated inside the case 100 while the user closes the cap 200 with one hand.

The second lever 420 may be formed longer than the first lever 410. As described above, by forming the second lever 420 longer than the first lever 410, the rising and falling of the application part 300 can be achieved by the rotation of the first lever 410.

A fixing portion 130 may be provided at the rear of the housing 100 to facilitate one-hand grip by a user. In this case, the user may insert the fixing portion 130 between the middle finger and the ring finger and rotate the operation dial 120 formed at the front of the housing 100 by using the thumb. By providing the fixing portion 130 as described above, the risk of dropping the cosmetic container 1 when the user operates the cosmetic container 1 with one hand can be reduced.

A cosmetic container 1' according to other embodiments of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 7. However, since the embodiment of fig. 7 differs from the above-described embodiment in the position where the operation dial is disposed, the description will be mainly made on the point of difference, and the description and reference numerals of the above-described embodiment are used for the same parts.

The action dial 120 'of the cosmetic container 1' according to other embodiments of the present invention may be disposed on the third rotation axis R3 where the first and second levers 410 and 420 meet as described above.

In this case, a movement guide hole 115 may be provided at the outer circumference of the case 100 to move the movement dial 120' in connection with the first lever 410.

When the operation dial 120 'is positioned at the first position K1, the cover 200 can close the opening 110 (the position corresponding to fig. 6 (a)), and when the operation dial 120' is positioned at the second position K2, the cover 200 can open the opening 110, and the cosmetic material C can be exposed to the outside of the case 100 (the position corresponding to fig. 6 (e)).

However, the concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the position where the operation dial 120 'is disposed is not limited as long as the operation dial 120' is connected to at least one of the cover 200 and the first lever 410 to rotate the cover 200 and the first lever 410.

Item 6 may provide the cosmetic container of item 1 to item 5, further comprising a guide portion provided inside the housing to guide rising and falling of the application portion so that the application portion can move linearly.

Item 7 may provide the cosmetic container of items 1 to 6, wherein a rod moving space is provided at least a portion of a lower side and a side of the guide portion for moving a plurality of the rods.

The cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention has been described above by way of specific embodiments, however, it is only to be construed as an example, and the present invention is not limited thereby but has the broadest scope based on the basic concepts disclosed in the present specification. Those skilled in the art can combine, substitute and implement the disclosed embodiments as patterns of non-proposed shapes, without however departing from the scope of the invention. In addition, it should be apparent that a person skilled in the art can easily make changes or modifications based on the embodiments disclosed in the present specification, and that such changes or modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims

1. A cosmetic container, comprising:

A housing including an opening portion at one side;

a cover that can selectively block the opening;

An application part for providing cosmetic on one side and being provided to be capable of ascending and descending in the housing;

A plurality of levers for moving the cosmetic toward the outside of the opening by rotating the cap in one direction and opening the opening while raising the applying portion, or for moving the cosmetic toward the inside of the opening by rotating the cap in the other direction and closing the opening while lowering the applying portion; and

A guide part provided inside the housing for guiding the upward and downward movement of the application part to enable the application part to move linearly,

Wherein the cover is provided rotatably centering on a first rotation axis as a center of the housing,

The plurality of rods includes:

A first lever provided with one side connected to the first rotation shaft and rotatable integrally with the cover; and

A second rod, one side of which is rotatably connected to the other side of the first rod, the other side of which is connected to the smearing part,

Provided that the length of the second rod is longer than the length of the first rod.

2. The cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein,

The first lever is provided to be rotatable 180 degrees centering on the first rotation axis,

One side of the second rod is stressed from the first rod, and the other side of the second rod is connected with the coating part to transmit force to the coating part so as to enable the coating part to ascend and descend.

3. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the first lever has an angle of 45 degrees with respect to a z-axis when the cover is in a position to close the opening.

4. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein a rod moving space is provided at least a portion of a lower side and a side of the guide portion for moving a plurality of the rods.

5. The cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein a guide auxiliary portion extending toward a lower side is provided at the other side of the application portion to prevent the application portion from being detached from the guide portion when the application portion is lifted.

6. The cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the shape of the outer peripheral surface of the cap is provided to coincide with a part of the shape of the inner peripheral surface of the housing.

7. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein an action dial is included at a front of the housing, the action dial being coupled with one of the cap or the first lever so as to transmit a rotational force generated by an external force applied by a user to one of the cap or the first lever.

8. The cosmetic container of claim 7, wherein a movement guide hole is provided at an outer side of the housing for moving the action dial.

9. The cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein a fixing portion extending in one direction along a part of an outer peripheral surface of the housing is provided at a rear surface of the housing.

10. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein magnets providing attractive force to each other are provided at an upper side of the application part and a lower side of the cosmetic material so that the cosmetic material is selectively attached to the application part.
