The dust cover is characterized by comprising a cover body, a dust screen arranged in the cover body and a telescopic pressure bar assembly used for detachably installing the dust screen into the cover body, wherein the cover body comprises a body part and a bent part bent and extended from the body part to enclose an internal space, rectangular areas surrounded by the bent parts of four sides of the cover body cover the protective screen, the area of the rectangular areas is smaller than that of the dust screen, the pressure bar assembly is a connecting rod mechanism, and the pressure bar assembly is installed on the cover body from the rectangular areas surrounded by the bent parts of the cover body.
2. The dust boot of claim 1, wherein said strut assembly comprises a fixed rod connected to said boot, a guide rod pivotally connected to said fixed rod, and a driven rod hinged to said fixed rod and pivotable about said hinge upon actuation of said guide rod.
3. The dust cover of claim 1, wherein said cover body is provided with a plurality of concentric annular vents, and said dust screen covers said vents.

The dust boot of claim 2, wherein the fixing rod has a cross-shaped structure including a central portion at the center and cross-shaped fixing portions radially extending from the central portion to the periphery, the fixing rod being connected to the boot body through the fixing portions, the guide rod being rotatably connected to the central portion.

The dust cover according to claim 4, wherein the fixing portion is provided with a rivet nut at each end portion thereof remote from the central portion, the cover body is provided with a through hole corresponding to the rivet nut, and the fixing rod is fixed to the cover body by a screw passing through the through hole to press the dust cover.
6. The dust cover of claim 5, further comprising a magnet with a stud attached to the clinch nut, the magnet for attaching the dust cover to the heat sink fan.
7. The dust cover according to claim 4, wherein a knob is provided on the central portion and is interlocked with the guide rod, and the knob drives the guide rod to rotate in a circumferential direction around the central portion as a rotation axis.

The dust cover of claim 7, wherein the guide rod is of a cross-shaped structure and comprises guide arms radiating from the center to the periphery, the driven rod is provided with slide rails matched with the guide arms, and the guide rod pushes the driven rod to extend around the hinge to the periphery of the dust cover body through the slide rails and press the dust screen tightly.

The dust cap of claim 8, wherein the driven levers include a first driven lever and a second driven lever connected to both sides of the fixed lever, respectively, one ends of the first driven lever and the second driven lever are connected to adjacent ones of the fixing portions, respectively, the other ends of the first driven lever and the second driven lever are connected by hinges, respectively, and relative movement is achieved between the first driven lever and the second driven lever by hinges.
10. The dust cap of claim 9, wherein the strut assembly includes a first state in which the driven rod is retracted inwardly and a second state in which the driven rod is extended outwardly, and the guide arms include a first guide arm that coincides with the fixing portion in the second state and a second guide arm that extends from the first guide arm in a bent manner, and the second guide arm pushes the driven rod through the slide rail.

The dust cap of claim 10, wherein the first guide arm is provided with a locking hole, the fixing rod is provided with a threaded hole corresponding to the locking hole, and the locking of the strut assembly is achieved by a locking screw passing through the locking hole when the strut assembly is in the second state.
12. A dust cap according to claim 2, wherein the bent portion of the cap body is provided with a sealing strip which is tightly attached to the inner surface of the cap body.
13. A heat dissipating device comprising a heat dissipating fan and the dust cover according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
14. The heat dissipating device of claim 13, wherein the dust cover comprises a magnet, and the frame of the heat dissipating fan is provided with a metal or magnetic member that attracts the magnet.
