For example, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a data synchronization framework from a mobile terminal to a first vehicle, wherein the mobile terminal communicates with a remote data server through a wireless communication base station during data synchronization based on a remote wireless communication network; and the remote data server completes data synchronization with the first vehicle through the wireless communication base station. When the data synchronization based on the short-range communication technology is carried out, the mobile terminal directly completes the data synchronization with the first vehicle.
It should be noted that, when there are a plurality of mobile terminals synchronizing vehicle setting parameter data to a first vehicle at the same time, if there is data synchronization based on the long-range wireless communication network and the short-range communication technology at the same time, the data synchronization based on the short-range communication technology is used as a standard; if the data synchronization is based on the remote wireless communication network, firstly synchronizing the vehicle setting parameter data; if the data synchronization is based on the short-range communication technology, the vehicle setting parameter data is synchronized firstly.
It should be further noted that the mobile terminal of the user may also bind a vehicle other than the first vehicle, and use the vehicle as a second vehicle, where the binding operation is completed through the remote data server, and when the user unlocks the second vehicle, similarly, in order to avoid manual personalized adjustment after the user gets on the vehicle, it is necessary to synchronize the vehicle setting parameter data from the mobile terminal to the second vehicle by using an implementation manner similar to that in steps 401 to 402, so as to automatically perform personalized adjustment corresponding to the vehicle setting parameter, and this way realizes that the vehicle setting parameter data can be synchronized to different vehicles, thereby improving user experience. Therefore, in an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, for example, the following steps may be further included:
step A: binding the mobile terminal and the second vehicle by using a remote data server;
and B: determining a second vehicle identification of the second vehicle in response to an operation to unlock the second vehicle;
and C: synchronizing vehicle setup parameter data in the target communication data format to the second vehicle based on the second vehicle identification.
Through various implementation manners provided by the embodiment, the mobile terminal responds to an operation of unlocking the first vehicle, and first determines a first vehicle identifier of the first vehicle; vehicle setup parameter data in the target communication data format is then synchronized to the first vehicle based on the first vehicle identification. Therefore, when the user unlocks the first vehicle, the personalized vehicle setting parameter data synchronized to the mobile terminal before can be automatically, quickly and conveniently synchronized to the first vehicle based on the binding relationship between the mobile terminal of the user and the first vehicle, so that the corresponding personalized adjustment of the vehicle setting parameter can be automatically carried out, the manual personalized adjustment after the user gets on the vehicle is not needed, and the user experience is improved.
Exemplary devices
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for synchronizing vehicle setting parameter data in the embodiment of the present application is shown. In this embodiment, the device is applied to a vehicle data acquisition device, and may specifically include:
an obtaining unit 601, configured to obtain vehicle setting parameter data obtained by setting a first vehicle by a user, and obtain an identity of a mobile terminal of the user, where the mobile terminal is bound to the first vehicle;
a conversion unit 602 configured to convert a data format of the vehicle setting parameter data into a target communication data format;
a first synchronization unit 603, configured to synchronize the vehicle setting parameter data in the target communication data format to the mobile terminal based on the identity.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the target communication data format includes a long-range wireless communication network data format or a short-range communication data format, and the short-range communication data format includes a bluetooth communication data format or a Zigbee communication data format.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, when the target communication data format includes a long-range wireless communication network data format, the first synchronization unit 603 is specifically configured to:
and sending the vehicle setting parameter data in the remote wireless communication network data format and the identity to a remote data server, so that the remote data server synchronizes the vehicle setting parameter data in the remote wireless communication network data format to the mobile terminal based on the identity, and stores the vehicle setting parameter data in the remote wireless communication network data format.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, when the target communication data format includes a short-range communication data format, the first synchronization unit 603 is specifically configured to:
synchronizing vehicle setting parameter data in the short-range communication data format to the mobile terminal using a short-range communication technique based on the identity.
Through various implementation manners provided by the embodiment, the vehicle data acquisition device firstly acquires vehicle setting parameter data obtained by setting a first vehicle by a user and an identity of a mobile terminal of the user, wherein the mobile terminal is bound with the first vehicle; then, converting the data format of the vehicle setting parameter data into a target communication data format; and finally, synchronizing the vehicle setting parameter data in the target communication data format to the mobile terminal based on the identity. Therefore, when the mobile terminal of the user binds the first vehicle, the vehicle data acquisition equipment synchronizes the personalized vehicle setting parameter data set by the user to the mobile terminal of the user through the binding relation between the mobile terminal of the user and the first vehicle, so that the personalized vehicle setting parameter data can be automatically, quickly and conveniently synchronized back to the first vehicle based on the mobile terminal of the user, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 7, a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for synchronizing vehicle setting parameter data in the embodiment of the present application is shown. In this embodiment, when applied to the mobile terminal described in the foregoing method embodiment, the apparatus may specifically include:
a first determination unit 701 configured to determine a first vehicle identification of the first vehicle in response to an operation to unlock the first vehicle;
a second synchronization unit 702 for synchronizing vehicle setting parameter data in the target communication data format to the first vehicle based on the first vehicle identification.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, when the target communication data format includes a remote wireless communication network data format, the second synchronization unit 702 is specifically configured to:
sending a vehicle setting parameter data synchronization request and the first vehicle identifier to the remote data server, so that the remote data server obtains the vehicle setting parameter data in the remote wireless communication network data format based on the vehicle setting parameter data synchronization request and the first vehicle identifier and synchronizes the vehicle setting parameter data to the first vehicle; or;
and sending the vehicle setting parameter data in the remote wireless communication network data format and the first vehicle identifier to the remote data server, so that the remote data server synchronizes the vehicle setting parameter data in the remote wireless communication network data format to the first vehicle based on the first vehicle identifier.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, when the target communication data format includes a short-range communication data format, the second synchronization unit 702 is specifically configured to:
synchronizing vehicle setup parameter data in the short-range communication data format to the first vehicle using a short-range communication technique based on the first vehicle identification.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the method further includes:
a binding unit for binding the mobile terminal and the second vehicle using a remote data server;
a second determination unit configured to determine a second vehicle identification of the second vehicle in response to an operation to unlock the second vehicle;
a third synchronization unit for synchronizing the vehicle setting parameter data in the target communication data format to the second vehicle based on the second vehicle identification.
Through various implementation manners provided by the embodiment, the mobile terminal responds to an operation of unlocking the first vehicle, and first determines a first vehicle identifier of the first vehicle; vehicle setup parameter data in the target communication data format is then synchronized to the first vehicle based on the first vehicle identification. Therefore, when the user unlocks the first vehicle, the personalized vehicle setting parameter data synchronized to the mobile terminal before can be automatically, quickly and conveniently synchronized to the first vehicle based on the binding relationship between the mobile terminal of the user and the first vehicle, so that the corresponding personalized adjustment of the vehicle setting parameter can be automatically carried out, the manual personalized adjustment after the user gets on the vehicle is not needed, and the user experience is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A method for synchronizing vehicle setting parameter data is applied to vehicle data acquisition equipment and comprises the following steps:
acquiring vehicle setting parameter data obtained by setting a first vehicle by a user, and acquiring an identity of a mobile terminal of the user, wherein the mobile terminal is bound with the first vehicle;
converting the data format of the vehicle setting parameter data into a target communication data format;
and synchronizing the vehicle setting parameter data in the target communication data format to the mobile terminal based on the identity.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the target communication data format comprises a long range wireless communication network data format or a short range communication data format, and wherein the short range communication data format comprises a Bluetooth communication data format or a Zigbee communication data format.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the target communication data format comprises a long-range wireless communication network data format, the synchronizing of the vehicle setting parameter data of the target communication data format to the mobile terminal based on the identity is specifically:
and sending the vehicle setting parameter data in the remote wireless communication network data format and the identity to a remote data server, so that the remote data server synchronizes the vehicle setting parameter data in the remote wireless communication network data format to the mobile terminal based on the identity, and stores the vehicle setting parameter data in the remote wireless communication network data format.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the synchronizing of the vehicle setting parameter data of the target communication data format to the mobile terminal based on the identity when the target communication data format comprises a short-range communication data format is in particular:
synchronizing vehicle setting parameter data in the short-range communication data format to the mobile terminal using a short-range communication technique based on the identity.
5. A method for synchronizing vehicle setting parameter data, which is applied to a mobile terminal according to any one of claims 1 to 4, and comprises the following steps:
determining a first vehicle identification of the first vehicle in response to an operation to unlock the first vehicle;
synchronizing vehicle setup parameter data in the target communication data format to the first vehicle based on the first vehicle identification.

The method of claim 5, wherein when the target communication data format comprises a long-range wireless communication network data format, the synchronizing vehicle setting parameter data of the target communication data format to the first vehicle based on the first vehicle identification is in particular:
sending a vehicle setting parameter data synchronization request and the first vehicle identifier to the remote data server, so that the remote data server obtains the vehicle setting parameter data in the remote wireless communication network data format based on the vehicle setting parameter data synchronization request and the first vehicle identifier and synchronizes the vehicle setting parameter data to the first vehicle; or;
and sending the vehicle setting parameter data in the remote wireless communication network data format and the first vehicle identifier to the remote data server, so that the remote data server synchronizes the vehicle setting parameter data in the remote wireless communication network data format to the first vehicle based on the first vehicle identifier.

The method according to claim 5, wherein the synchronizing of the vehicle setting parameter data of the target communication data format to the first vehicle based on the first vehicle identification when the target communication data format comprises a short-range communication data format is in particular:
synchronizing vehicle setup parameter data in the short-range communication data format to the first vehicle using a short-range communication technique based on the first vehicle identification.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
binding the mobile terminal and the second vehicle by using a remote data server;
determining a second vehicle identification of the second vehicle in response to an operation to unlock the second vehicle;
synchronizing vehicle setup parameter data in the target communication data format to the second vehicle based on the second vehicle identification.
