Abstract

本发明公开了一种光伏组件自动上串机上料装置,地基的顶端侧壁固定连接有上串机本体,地基的顶端侧壁固定连接有存放箱,地基的顶端侧壁固定连接有支撑柱,支撑柱的侧壁贯穿连接有环形支撑架,环形支撑架的底端侧壁与支撑柱的侧壁固定连接。本发明通过推杆电机和伸缩杆等,推杆电机带动伸缩杆向下移动,伸缩杆带动连接杆向下移动,连接杆带动底板向下移动,底板上的吸盘吸附光伏组件,与此同时,底板会向下拉动弹性橡胶空腔,使弹性橡胶空腔内的空间瞬间变大,压强变小,使外部的空气和灰尘通过通孔被吸入到弹性橡胶空腔内。

技术领域
本发明属于光伏组件生产领域,尤其涉及一种光伏组件自动上串机上料装置。
背景技术
光伏组件即太阳电池组件,由于单片太阳电池输出电压较低,加之未封装的电池由于环境的影响电极容易脱落,因此必须将一定数量的单片电池采用串、并联的方式密封成光伏组件,以避免电池电极和互连线受到腐蚀,光伏组件按太阳电池的材料分为晶体硅太阳电池组件和薄膜太阳电池组件。
现如今的光伏组件自动上串机上料装置使用的是固定架上安装吸盘的方式来进行上料,可是这种方式没有考虑上方灰尘落入到光伏组件的情况,灰尘落入到光伏组件,会影响光伏组件的功能以及工作效果。
发明内容
针对上料时存在灰尘落入到光伏组件上的问题,本发明提供了一种光伏组件自动上串机上料装置。
本发明是这样实现的,一种光伏组件自动上串机上料装置,包括地基,所述地基的顶端侧壁固定连接有上串机本体,所述地基的顶端侧壁固定连接有存放箱,所述地基的顶端侧壁固定连接有支撑柱,所述支撑柱的侧壁贯穿连接有环形支撑架,所述环形支撑架的底端侧壁与支撑柱的侧壁固定连接,所述环形支撑架的顶端侧壁固定连接有旋转电机,所述旋转电机的输出端固定连接有转轴,所述转轴的内侧壁与支撑柱的侧壁转动连接,所述转轴的外侧壁固定连接有连杆,所述连杆的顶端侧壁固定连接有支撑板,所述支撑板的顶端侧壁固定连接有推杆电机,所述推杆电机的输出端固定连接有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的底端侧壁固定连接有连接柱,所述连接柱的侧壁贯穿连杆的侧壁,所述连接柱的底端侧壁固定连接有底板,底板的顶端侧壁开设有滑槽,所述滑槽的侧壁滑动连接有动杆,所述动杆远离滑槽的一端与连杆的底端侧壁转动连接,所述底板的顶端侧壁固定连接有弹性橡胶空腔,所述弹性橡胶空腔的顶端侧壁开设有通孔。
进一步,所述滑槽的底端侧壁嵌设有铁块。
进一步,所述动杆与滑槽的侧壁接触处套设有橡胶垫。
进一步,所述伸缩杆包括外杆,所述外杆的底端侧壁滑动连接有内杆,所述内杆的底端侧壁与连接柱的顶端侧壁固定连接,所述外杆的顶端侧壁与推杆电机的输出端固定连接。
进一步,所述弹性橡胶空腔的内侧壁套设有光滑薄膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过推杆电机和伸缩杆等,推杆电机带动伸缩杆向下移动,伸缩杆带动连接杆向下移动,连接杆带动底板向下移动,底板上的吸盘吸附光伏组件,与此同时,底板会向下拉动弹性橡胶空腔,使弹性橡胶空腔内的空间瞬间变大,压强变小,使外部的空气和灰尘通过通孔被吸入到弹性橡胶空腔内;
2、通过底板与动杆等,动杆在底板的向下拉动下,使动杆在滑槽内滑动,动杆与滑槽上的摩擦产生静电,将静电通过导线导入到滑槽的底端侧壁嵌设的铁块内,使铁块具有静电,可以使灰尘吸附在底板的顶端侧壁上,保证灰尘不会乱飘。

本发明是这样实现的,参照图1-3,一种光伏组件自动上串机上料装置,包括地基1,地基1的顶端侧壁固定连接有上串机本体2,地基1的顶端侧壁固定连接有存放箱3,地基1的顶端侧壁固定连接有支撑柱4,支撑柱4的侧壁贯穿连接有环形支撑架5,环形支撑架5的底端侧壁与支撑柱4的侧壁固定连接,环形支撑架5的顶端侧壁固定连接有旋转电机6,旋转电机6的输出端固定连接有转轴,转轴的内侧壁与支撑柱4的侧壁转动连接,转轴的外侧壁固定连接有连杆7,连杆7的顶端侧壁固定连接有支撑板10,支撑板10的顶端侧壁固定连接有推杆电机9,推杆电机9的输出端固定连接有伸缩杆11,伸缩杆11包括外杆,外杆的底端侧壁滑动连接有内杆,内杆的底端侧壁与连接柱8的顶端侧壁固定连接,外杆的顶端侧壁与推杆电机9的输出端固定连接,伸缩杆11的底端侧壁固定连接有连接柱8,连接柱8的侧壁贯穿连杆7的侧壁,连接柱8的底端侧壁固定连接有底板15,底板15的顶端侧壁开设有滑槽16,滑槽16的底端侧壁嵌设有铁块,便于将滑槽16与动杆14摩擦产生的静电集中,使静电产生的吸引力变大,滑槽16的侧壁滑动连接有动杆14,动杆14与滑槽16的侧壁接触处套设有橡胶垫,动杆14与滑槽16的摩擦损伤,动杆14远离滑槽16的一端与连杆7的底端侧壁转动连接,底板15的顶端侧壁固定连接有弹性橡胶空腔12,弹性橡胶空腔12的内侧壁套设有光滑薄膜,降低灰尘粘附在弹性橡胶空腔12的内侧壁,弹性橡胶空腔12的顶端侧壁开设有通孔13。
本发明中,通过控制器控制推杆电机9启动,推杆电机9带动伸缩杆11向下移动,伸缩杆11带动连接柱8向下移动,连接柱8带动底板15向下移动,底板15上的吸盘吸附光伏组件,与此同时,底板15会向下拉动弹性橡胶空腔12,使弹性橡胶空腔12内的空间瞬间变大,压强变小,使外部的空气和灰尘通过通孔13被吸入到弹性橡胶空腔12内,动杆14在底板15的向下拉动下,使动杆14在滑槽16内滑动,动杆14与滑槽16上的摩擦产生静电,将静电通过导线导入到滑槽16的底端侧壁嵌设的铁块内,使铁块具有静电,可以使灰尘吸附在底板15的顶端侧壁上,保证灰尘不会乱飘,利用控制器控制旋转电机6,转动连杆7,连杆7通过连接柱8将底板15带到上串机本体2的上端,再利用推杆电机9推动伸缩杆11向下移动,伸缩杆11向下推动连接柱8,连接柱8向下推动底板15,底板15将吸盘吸附的光伏组件放入到上串机本体2内,然后再将底板15向上拉动,底板15会推动动杆14在滑槽16内滑动,动杆14与滑槽16的摩擦依然会产生静电,会向上挤压弹性橡胶空腔12,使弹性橡胶空腔12的内部压强变大,会使灰尘向外挤压,利用静电吸尘,防止弹性橡胶空腔12内的灰尘被挤出去。

所述滑槽的底端侧壁嵌设有铁块;
所述动杆与滑槽的侧壁接触处套设有橡胶垫;
所述伸缩杆包括外杆,所述外杆的底端侧壁滑动连接有内杆,所述内杆的底端侧壁与连接柱的顶端侧壁固定连接,所述外杆的顶端侧壁与推杆电机的输出端固定连接;
