1. An intelligent control method for user rights, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a call request generated when a first user enters a first preset area;
determining a second user corresponding to the call request according to the call request;
acquiring the position information of the second user;
determining intelligent communication equipment for calling the second user according to the position information;
sending the call request to the intelligent communication equipment so that the intelligent communication equipment carries out call reminding on the second user;
after receiving the confirmation connection information for replying to the call reminder sent by the intelligent communication equipment, conducting a communication link between the first user and the second user through the intelligent communication equipment;
transmitting the communication information of the first user to the second user through the communication link;
when the received voice information sent by the second user according to the communication information and used for feeding back the communication information meets preset conditions, adjusting the authority of the first user from the first preset area to a second preset area, wherein the first preset area is connected with the second preset area;
the receiving the call request generated by the first user entering the first preset area comprises the following steps:
monitoring one or more of image signals, audio signals and touch signals generated by the first user entering the first preset area;
the determining, according to the call request, a second user corresponding to the call request includes:
determining to process the second user corresponding to the call request according to one or more of the image signal, the audio signal and the touch signal;
the obtaining the location information of the second user includes:
searching the second user according to face detection and/or posture detection, and acquiring the position information of the second user;
the determining, according to the location information, the intelligent communication device for calling the second user includes:
acquiring the position information and the current motion state of the second user;
when the second user is in a moving state, acquiring the moving direction of the second user;
according to the position information and the moving state, determining the intelligent communication equipment in the moving direction as intelligent communication equipment for calling the second user;
wherein,,
when searching for the second user is initiated through any intelligent communication device, if the second user is searched, determining whether the intelligent communication device which is closer to the second user exists in the distance range between the second user and the intelligent communication device, and if so, acquiring new position information of the second user through the intelligent communication device which is closer to the second user;
if the intelligent communication equipment does not find the second user, forwarding the call request to the portable communication equipment of the second user through the intelligent communication equipment preset in the second preset area;
when receiving the confirmation connection information which is sent to the intelligent communication equipment by the portable communication equipment and is used for replying to the call reminding, the communication link between the first user and the second user is conducted through the intelligent communication equipment and the portable communication equipment;

the intelligent communication equipment is a control panel;
when the second user is located within the second preset area, the call request is directly transmitted to the second user by the control panel, and when the second user is located outside the second preset area, the call request is forwarded to the carry-on communication equipment of the second user by the control panel;
reminding the second user according to a reminding mode preset by the portable communication equipment and used for responding to the call request, so that the second user distinguishes whether the portable communication equipment sends a normal call reminding or a calling request reminding based on regional access authority control;
generating refusal connection information or confirmation connection information for replying to the call request according to the connection or hanging-up operation of the call request reminder generated by the second user on the portable communication device, and transmitting the refusal connection information or the confirmation connection information to the intelligent communication device;
the second user carrying the portable communication equipment sends a user query request to the intelligent communication equipment, acquires other users in the coverage area of the intelligent communication equipment, and designates one user as a new second user in the other users, so that the other users in the coverage area of the intelligent communication equipment serve as the new second user, receive and answer the call request, and then conduct a communication link between the first user and the new second user;
receiving equipment state information sent to the control panel by the authority control equipment;

the equipment state information comprises door opening information and door closing information of a networking door lock;
and respectively sending the door opening information and the door closing information to a control panel nearest to the current position of the second user.

determining the distance between the intelligent communication equipment and the second user according to the position information;
and taking the intelligent communication equipment with the distance within a preset distance range as intelligent communication equipment for calling the second user.

An intelligent communications device, characterized in that it is a control panel comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which computer program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the intelligent control method of user rights according to any of claims 1 to 3.
