5. The multi-user collaborative editing method of the web-based real-time modeling railway BIM system according to claim 4, wherein the server displays the edited component model to other users after the characteristics edited by one user are completed.

The multi-user collaborative editing method of the web-based real-time modeling railway BIM system according to claim 1, wherein the server gives different users editing rights to edit different features of the same component model at the same time based on requests of different users to edit different features.

The multi-user collaborative editing method of the web-based real-time modeling railway BIM system according to claim 1, wherein a manual locking command icon and a manual unlocking command icon are provided on an operation interface of the user side to prevent other users from editing and modifying arbitrarily after one feature is edited.
8. The multi-user collaborative editing method of the web-based real-time modeling railway BIM system according to claim 1, wherein the component models of the project are stored on the server, and the component models are transmitted through a network and displayed at a user terminal; the terminal of the user side is a computer, a mobile phone or a tablet computer.
9. A multi-user collaborative editing apparatus of a web-based real-time modeling railway BIM system, the apparatus comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores computer instructions, the processor is configured to execute the computer instructions stored in the memory, and when the computer instructions are executed by the processor, the apparatus implements the steps of any one of claims 1-8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
