In the application, under the condition of position recruitment live broadcast, a server side obtains a plurality of candidate users in position hunting states, respectively obtains position hunting preference information of each candidate user, obtains position information of a current position explained in the position recruitment live broadcast, screens target users interested in the current position from the candidate users according to the position information of the current position and the position hunting preference information of each candidate user, and sends user information of the target users to a recruitment terminal used by a recruiter of the current position. And the recruiting end receives the user information of the target user sent by the server end. And displaying the user information of the target user on a live broadcast interface of the recruitment end.
According to the method and the device, when the users in the job hunting state are recommended to the recruiter, the target users screened by the recruiter from the multiple users are users (thousands of people) interested in the current position recruited by the recruiter, so that the possibility that the target users recommended to the recruiter are further known and associated by the recruiter can be improved, and the recommendation effectiveness is improved. And help the user to pointedly spread the intention of searching for the job, bring more positions with potential intention of applying for the job to the user.

Fig. 6 is a block diagram of an electronic device 800 shown in the present application. For example, the electronic device 800 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, an exercise device, a personal digital assistant, and the like.
Referring to fig. 6, electronic device 800 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 802, a memory 804, a power component 806, a multimedia component 808, an audio component 810, an input/output (I/O) interface 812, a sensor component 814, and a communication component 816.
The processing component 802 generally controls overall operation of the electronic device 800, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing components 802 may include one or more processors 820 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 802 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 802 and other components. For example, the processing component 802 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 808 and the processing component 802.
The memory 804 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at the device 800. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device 800, contact data, phonebook data, messages, images, videos, and so forth. The memory 804 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or non-volatile memory devices, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
The power supply component 806 provides power to the various components of the electronic device 800. The power components 806 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the electronic device 800.
The multimedia component 808 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the electronic device 800 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 808 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. The front-facing camera and/or the rear-facing camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 800 is in an operating mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device 800 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816. In some embodiments, audio component 810 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be keyboards, click wheels, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
Sensor assembly 814 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for electronic device 800. For example, the sensor assembly 814 can detect the open/closed state of the device 800, the relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the electronic device 800, the sensor assembly 814 can also detect a change in position of the electronic device 800 or a component of the electronic device 800, the presence or absence of user contact with the electronic device 800, orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the electronic device 800, and a change in temperature of the electronic device 800. Sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 816 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the electronic device 800 and other devices. The electronic device 800 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, a carrier network (such as 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G), or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 receives broadcast signals or broadcast operation information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors, or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 804 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 820 of the electronic device 800 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of an electronic device 1900 shown in the present application. For example, the electronic device 1900 may be provided as a server.
Referring to fig. 7, electronic device 1900 includes a processing component 1922 further including one or more processors and memory resources, represented by memory 1932, for storing instructions, e.g., applications, executable by processing component 1922. The application programs stored in memory 1932 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processing component 1922 is configured to execute instructions to perform the above-described method.
The electronic device 1900 may also include a power component 1926 configured to perform power management of the electronic device 1900, a wired or wireless network interface 1950 configured to connect the electronic device 1900 to a network, and an input/output (I/O) interface 1958. The electronic device 1900 may operate based on an operating system stored in memory 1932, such as Windows Server, mac OS XTM, unixTM, linuxTM, freeBSDTM, or the like.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Claims (34)

1. An information processing method, applied to a server, the method comprising:
under the condition of carrying out direct job recruitment, obtaining a plurality of candidate users in job hunting states, wherein the candidate users comprise users participating in direct job recruitment or browsing the current job;
acquiring job-seeking preference information of each candidate user respectively;
acquiring position information of a current position explained in the live recruitment broadcasting;
screening target users interested in the current position from the candidate users according to the position information and job application preference information of each candidate user;
and sending the user information of the target user to a recruitment end used by the recruiter of the current position.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the user information of the target user to a recruiter used by a recruiter for the current position comprises:
and sending the resume of the target user to the recruiter, wherein the resume at least comprises a word format document, a portable document format PDF (Portable document Format) document or a video file.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining a plurality of candidate users in a job hunting state comprises:
acquiring a user participating in the recruitment live broadcast, and taking the user as a candidate user in a job hunting state;

and acquiring the user browsing the current position, and taking the user as a candidate user in a job hunting state.

6. The method of claim 5, wherein the obtaining of the control behavior data of the candidate user on the historical recruitment live broadcast in the historical process comprises:
acquiring historical recruitment live broadcast in which the candidate user participates; the historical recruitment live broadcast comprises the recruitment live broadcast of the candidate user which is reserved, watched, played back, participated in chat, participated in comment and participated in delivery position in the historical process;
for each historical recruitment live broadcast, at least acquiring the viewing times of the candidate user for viewing the historical recruitment live broadcast, the viewing duration of the candidate user for viewing the historical recruitment live broadcast and the participation times of the candidate user for participating in interaction in the historical recruitment live broadcast;
obtaining a historical interest score of the candidate user for the historical recruitment live broadcast according to the watching times, the watching duration and the participation times;
acquiring historical position information of the historical positions recruited in the historical direct recruiting broadcast;
and in a first corresponding relation between the historical position information and interest scores corresponding to the candidate users, increasing the interest scores corresponding to the historical position information according to the historical interest scores.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the obtaining job hunting preference information of the candidate user according to the maneuver behavior data comprises:
selecting at least one interest score from the first corresponding relation according to the sequence of the interest scores from high to low;
searching historical position information corresponding to the at least one interest score in the first corresponding relation;
and acquiring job searching preference information of the candidate user according to the searched historical job information.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the filtering out target users interested in the current position among the plurality of candidate users according to the position information and job hunting preference information of each candidate user comprises:
for each candidate user, acquiring the matching degree between the candidate user and the current position according to the position information and the job application preference information of the candidate user;
and selecting at least one candidate user from the candidate users in the sequence of the matching degree from high to low as the target user.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the position information includes a position tag for the current position; the job hunting preference information of the candidate user comprises a job hunting preference label of the candidate user;
the obtaining of the matching degree between the candidate user and the current position according to the position information and the job application preference information of the candidate user includes:
counting the number of overlapped labels in the job labels and the job hunting preference labels;
and acquiring the matching degree between the candidate users and the current position according to the number.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein obtaining the degree of match between the candidate user and the current position according to the number comprises:
searching a quantity interval in which the quantity is positioned in a second corresponding relation between the quantity interval and the matching degree;
searching the matching degree corresponding to the number interval in the second corresponding relation;
wherein the larger the number interval in the second correspondence is, the larger the matching degree is, and the smaller the matching degree is, the smaller the number interval is.
11. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving feedback information which is sent by the recruiting end according to the user information of the target user and is interesting to the target user by the recruiter;
generating an instant communication link between the recruitment terminal and a user terminal used by the target user according to the feedback information;
and sending a creation notice of the created instant communication link to the recruiting end so that the recruiting end generates an instant communication window associated with the instant communication link according to the creation notice and displays the instant communication window.
12. An information processing method is applied to a recruiting end, and the method comprises the following steps:
under the condition of job recruitment live broadcast, receiving user information of a target user interested in a current job explained in the job recruitment live broadcast, which is sent by a server; the target user is screened out from a plurality of candidate users in job hunting states according to job hunting preference information of the candidate users and job position information of the current job position;
displaying the user information of the target user on a live broadcast interface of the recruitment end;
the candidate users include users who are participating in the direct job of recruitment or browsing the current position.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the receiving the user information of the target user interested in the current position explained in the live broadcast, which is sent by the server, comprises:
and receiving the resume of the target user sent by the server, wherein the resume at least comprises a word format document, a portable document format PDF (portable document format) document or a video file.

The method of claim 12, wherein the job information comprises at least one of: the job title of the job, the working position of the job, the salary treatment of the job, the name of the recruiter of the job, the welfare treatment of the job, the job requisition of the job and the comment information of the job.
15. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
obtaining feedback information of the recruiter interested in the target user according to the user information of the target user;
sending the feedback information to the server;
receiving a creating notice of a created instant communication link returned by the server according to the feedback information, wherein the instant communication link is an instant communication link between the recruitment terminal and the user terminal used by the target user, which is generated by the server according to the feedback information;
generating an instant messaging window associated with the instant messaging link according to the creation notification;
and displaying the instant messaging window.

the fifth acquiring unit includes:
a statistics subunit, configured to count the number of overlapped ones of the job labels and the job hunting preference labels;
and the sixth acquiring subunit is configured to acquire, according to the number, a matching degree between the candidate user and the current position.

The apparatus according to claim 24, wherein the sixth obtaining subunit is specifically configured to: searching a quantity interval in which the quantity is positioned in a second corresponding relation between the quantity interval and the matching degree; searching the matching degree corresponding to the quantity interval in the second corresponding relation;
wherein the larger the number interval in the second correspondence is, the larger the matching degree is, and the smaller the matching degree is, the smaller the number interval is.
26. The apparatus of claim 16, further comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving feedback information which is sent by the recruiting end according to the user information of the target user and is interesting to the target user by the recruiter;
