a weighing disc is arranged above the rotating disc and detachably connected with the rotating disc, and the weighing disc is divided into a plurality of weighing units by a plurality of partition plates; the other side of the scale seat corresponding to the digital display control panel is provided with a supporting structure with a lifting function, the upper end of the supporting structure is connected with a cross beam, the end part of the cross beam is provided with an image acquisition and recognition device capable of horizontally stretching, the farthest distance of the image acquisition and recognition device is positioned right above a weighing unit of the weighing plate, and the image acquisition and recognition device is positioned above the center of the weighing plate when retracting to contact with the cross beam;
the digital display control panel is also provided with a broadcaster and two warning lamps, wherein the warning lamps are arranged on two sides of the broadcaster and respectively comprise a red lamp and a green lamp; a display is arranged below the broadcaster, and a plurality of control buttons are arranged below the display;
respectively placing a plurality of foods to be eaten on different weighing units, and installing weighing discs on a rotating disc;
step (3), adjusting the height and the horizontal position of the image acquisition and identification device to enable the image acquisition and identification device to be positioned above the weighing units, starting the motor, driving the rotating disc to drive the weighing disc to rotate by the motor, sequentially acquiring and identifying the image information of the food to be used on each weighing unit by the image identification device, and transmitting the image information of the food to the data processing unit; meanwhile, the weighing unit transmits weight information of corresponding food to the data processing unit, the data processing unit processes and analyzes the carbohydrate value contained in the food, and the carbohydrate value of each food is accumulated to obtain the total carbohydrate value of the food used at this time; then transmitting the calculated carbohydrate total value data to a data storage unit for recording, and displaying the numerical value on the digital display control panel; if the total carbohydrate value of the food to be eaten does not exceed the standard value, the green light is turned on, and if the total carbohydrate value of the food to be eaten exceeds the standard value, the red light is turned on, and meanwhile, a voice prompt is broadcasted;
