With the continuous development of aero-engines, the lubricating and ventilating system with a fixed flow path cannot meet the requirements of bearing cavity sealing and lubricating oil supply, the operating state of the lubricating and ventilating system needs to be adjusted according to the operating state of the aero-engine, and air pressure is generated along with the operation of a control valve. The air pressure follow-up control valve adopts the air-entraining control of the engine, and impurities in an air source flow into a valve gap to easily cause valve clamping stagnation, so that the working state of a lubricating system is abnormal, and the normal operation of the engine is influenced, therefore, the control valve also needs to have certain dustproof capacity. At present, a dustproof pneumatic servo control valve is not available in an aero-engine lubricating system, and a simple, effective and reliable device for realizing the servo control function of the lubricating system is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention

The left side of the mounting block 110 has a control chamber inlet for connection to the control chamber structure 220 and an exhaust port on the upper side for connection to the exhaust line 210.
The control valve housing 120 is fixedly connected to the mounting base 110, and the control valve housing 120 has a control air inlet at the rear for mounting the dust removing assembly 180.
A cavity is formed between the mounting seat 110 and the control valve housing 120, a valve guide 150 is installed in the cavity, and the cavity is divided into two cavities by the valve guide 150, namely a conical valve cavity and a control valve cavity.
A conical valve body 130 for closing off the inlet of the control chamber is arranged in the conical valve chamber, the conical valve body 130 being arranged on a valve guide 150 by means of a conical valve spring 140. A control valve body 160 for closing off the control chamber is provided in the control valve chamber, and the control valve body 160 is provided on the valve guide 150 by a control valve spring 170.
The dust removal component 180 is installed at the inlet of the control air source of the control valve housing 120, the dust removal component 180 comprises a dust remover nut 181, a dust remover outer cover 182, a dust remover 183 and a dust remover pipeline 184, the dust remover nut 181 is connected with the inlet of the control air source, the dust remover pipeline 184 is connected with the control air source pipeline 230, the dust remover 183 is installed between the dust remover pipeline 184 and the dust remover nut 181, the dust remover pipeline 184 is connected with the dust remover nut 181 through the dust remover outer cover 182, and the control air source entering the control valve 100 is filtered through the dust removal component 180.
In the preferred embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the duster 183 is substantially in the shape of an open triangle which is inverted in the duster guide duct 184 (mostly in the duster guide duct 184), i.e. the triangular pyramid part faces the intake air flow, and the side wall of the duster 183 has duster inlet holes 187 at an obtuse angle to the axis of the duster guide duct 184, and the duster inlet 187 at the obtuse angle prevents easy entry of foreign matters.
In the above preferred embodiment, a gap is formed between the side wall of the dust catcher 183 and the dust catcher duct 184, and the gap forms the dust containing flow path 185, so that when foreign matters enter, the foreign matters need to enter the dust catcher entrance hole 187 along the dust containing flow path 185.
Further, a dust holding cavity 186 is formed between the dust collector duct 184 and the dust collector nut 182, the dust holding cavity 186 is located outside the dust collector 183 and is communicated with the dust holding flow channel 185, and the dust holding cavity 186 can store dust in the gas.
When the pneumatic servo control valve works, the dust remover pipeline 184 needs to be connected with the control air source conduit 230. The mounting seat 110 is installed on the control chamber installation structure 220, and the installation angle is not greater than 90 degrees, the control chamber inlet of the mounting seat 110 is connected with the control chamber installation structure 220, and the exhaust port of the mounting seat 110 is connected with the exhaust pipe 210.
The control air source from the control air source conduit 230 moves the control valve body 160 to control the position of the conical valve body 130 to control the valve status via bleed air, and the opening and closing of the conical valve body 130 to control the lubrication system status.
Therefore, in the present application, the opening pressure control of the control valve body may be realized by adjusting the spring rate of the control valve spring, the opening pressure control of the conical valve body may be realized by adjusting the spring rate of the conical valve spring, and the spring rate of the control valve spring is greater than the spring rate of the conical valve spring.
In a preferred mode of the above embodiment, the valve guide 150 is provided with a conical valve air vent 153 at one side of the conical valve body 130, which is used for balancing the internal and external pressures of the conical valve rod cavity 162 of the conical valve body 130 during the actuation process; the valve guide 150 is provided with a control valve bleed hole 152 at one side of the control valve body 160 for balancing the pressure inside and outside the control valve stem chamber 161 during actuation of the control valve body 160.
Further, a circumferentially disposed air pressure balancing hole 151 is formed in the radially extending middle portion of the valve guide 150 for balancing the pressure in the chambers in which the conical valve body 130 and the control valve body 160 are located.
In one embodiment of the present application, the valve guide 150 is axially positioned within the control valve housing 120 using a retainer ring 190.
The mounting angle of the pneumatic servo control valve 100 of the dustproof aero-engine lubricating system provided by the invention is required to be 0-90 degrees.
The pneumatic servo control valve of the dustproof aero-engine lubricating oil system has the following advantages:
1) the method and the device can freely extract the pressure in the engine flow passage according to the requirement to control the running state of the lubricating system;
