Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Fig. 1-6 illustrate some embodiments according to the invention.
According to the sequence of the plate paving, because the first plate paved in advance is used as the mounting and fixing foundation of the second plate paved currently, for the convenience of understanding, the first plate paved in advance is called as a fixed plate, and the second plate is called as a movable plate.
The plate member locking connection structure of the present invention is used for butt-joint installation of a movable plate member 200 with respect to a fixed plate member 100.
As shown in fig. 1, a movable plate 200 is obliquely inserted with respect to a fixed plate 100, and the fixed plate 100 is formed of another movable plate which is fixed in position after being laid in a previous process. The primary tongue 204 of the deck member 200 is now inserted diagonally in alignment with the primary groove 104 until the two abut.
As shown in fig. 2, after the main tenon 204 of a movable plate 200 is inserted into the main groove 104 of the fixed plate 200, under the pressing action, the entire movable plate 200 can deflect and continue to enter the main groove in a guided manner with respect to the fixed plate, that is, the movable plate 200 can slightly rotate and enter the main groove by taking the position of the first left blocking surface 103 contacting with the main tenon 204 as a rotation fulcrum, as a rotation restriction with the lower blocking arc surface 105 as a rotation restriction. The operation is smooth in the process, and the smooth resistance is small until the obvious resistance is met.
As shown in fig. 3, when a movable plate 200 applies downward pressing force, the secondary tenon 109 of the fixed plate 200 enters the secondary groove 207 of the movable plate 100, and two indicating sounds such as "click" are heard successively in the process, and when the two indicating sounds are heard, the movable plate is rotated to a proper position, and no pressure is required to be applied continuously.
Compared with the existing locking floor, the plate locking and connecting structure takes two sound indication tones as marks when the locking and connecting structure is in butt joint, so that the problem that the splicing is not in place or the splicing is too tight and cannot be objectively measured and judged is solved, the floor paving work experience of decorating personnel is obviously improved, and the paving work quality is improved. In addition, the hand feeling of the paving workers in the butt joint in place is also obvious.
The two tones are associated with the following unique configuration of the secondary tenon 109 and secondary recess 207:
with reference to fig. 4 and 5, the sub-tenon 109 is provided with a spring slit 108, the spring slit 108 divides the sub-tenon 109 into a first elastic tongue 109a and a second elastic tongue 109b, a first barrier structure 107/206 is provided between a groove surface on one side of the sub-groove 207 and the tongue surface of the first elastic tongue 109, and a second barrier structure 113/211 is provided between a groove surface on the other side of the sub-groove 207 and the second elastic tongue 109b, wherein the first elastic tongue 109a and the second elastic tongue 109b of the sub-tenon 109 cross-block and extrude into the sub-groove 207 in a front-to-back manner in the process that the main tenon enters the main groove, and emit a two-tone cross-block indication sound.
The board member latch connection structure will be described in detail with reference to examples.
As shown in fig. 4, in the board locking connection structure of the present invention, a main groove 104 and a sub-tenon 109 are formed on the fixing board.
The main recess 104 is a laterally open tongue-and-groove, the boundary shape of which is constrained as follows:
the groove top surface is formed by a first upper stop surface 101, which first upper stop surface 101 is a transversely extending surface, the outer edge of which is in engagement with a longitudinally extending first left stop surface 103, for example by a rounded chamfer transition. The groove bottom surface is composed of a lower retaining arc surface 105.
The solid portion of the plate defined by the first left abutment surface 103 and the first upper abutment surface 101 is also referred to as the upper press top 102.
The sub-tenon 109 is formed by a plate body portion located at the lower right of the main groove 104, and the sub-tenon 109 is formed by a body portion projecting obliquely upward and located substantially outside the area surrounded by the circular arc extending locus S1 of the lower catch circular arc face 105, and further allows the first protrusion 107 described below to cross the boundary.
The sub tenon 109 is provided with a spring slit 108 which extends substantially in the extending direction of the sub tenon 109, and the spring slit 108 divides the sub tenon 109 into upper and lower parts, i.e., an upper first elastic tongue 109a and a lower second elastic tongue 109 b.
In the present invention, the first elastic tongue portion 109a is a high-elastic tongue portion which is excellent in elasticity and is easily deformed, and the second elastic tongue portion 109b is a low-elastic tongue portion which is poor in elasticity and is hardly deformed. The elasticity of the two is determined by the thickness of the plate materials separated by the elastic seam. For example, the first resilient tongue 109a may have a sheet thickness of 1mm to 3mm, and the second resilient tongue 109b may have a sheet thickness of more than 2 times, for example 3 to 4 times, the sheet thickness of the first resilient tongue 109 a.
The upper tongue surface (the side facing the main groove 104) of the first elastic tongue portion 109a forms a first protrusion 107, and a distinct groove 106 is formed between the first protrusion 107 and the lower catch arc surface 105, and the groove 106 is formed recessed with respect to the arc extension locus S1.
The lower tongue surface of the second elastic tongue 109b is a toothed surface 113.
The toothed surface 113 is formed by a step-shaped positioning surface, which includes a second left blocking surface 110 and a longitudinally extending third left blocking surface 112 located below and to the left of the second left blocking surface.
The second left blocking surface 110 and the third left blocking surface 112 are in transition connection through a second upper blocking surface 111. The second upper stopper surface 111 is an arc surface, and an arc extending locus S2 of the arc surface is concentric with the arc extending locus S1 of the lower stopper arc surface 105.
The third left blocking surface 112 of the step-shaped positioning surface mainly plays a positioning role, or the second upper blocking surface 111 and the third left blocking surface 112 mainly play a positioning role.
The shapes of the other groove surfaces of the main groove 104 and the other tongue surfaces of the secondary tenon 109 are not mandatory and may be designed as required.
As shown in fig. 5, in the plate member lock-catch connection structure of the present invention, a movable plate member is provided with a main tenon 204 and a sub-groove 207.
The main tenon 204 is a laterally extending tenon, and the boundary shape thereof is constrained as follows:
the tenon-up surface is formed by a first lower stop surface 201, and the first lower stop surface 201 is a transversely extending surface, and the inner edge of the first lower stop surface is connected with a longitudinally extending first right stop surface 203, for example, the first lower stop surface is in transition connection with a circular arc chamfer. The lower tenon surface is formed by an upper block arc surface 205.
The plate member gap area defined by the first lower stop surface 201 and the first right stop surface 203 forms an upper indent 202.
The sub-groove 207 is formed by a plate body portion on the lower right side of the main tenon 204, and the sub-groove 207 is formed obliquely upward into the plate body and is located substantially outside the area surrounded by the circular arc extending locus S3 of the upper catch circular arc surface 205, and further allows the upper groove surface described below to be out of bounds.
The starting point of the upper groove surface of the secondary groove 207 is provided with a second protrusion 206, and the second protrusion 206 protrudes from the arc extending track S3 of the upper arc surface 205 and is located at the boundary between the lower arc surface 205 and the upper groove surface of the secondary groove.
The lower groove surface of the sub-groove 207 is a tooth surface (inner tooth surface) 211.
The toothed surface 211 is formed by a step-shaped positioning surface, and includes a second right blocking surface 208 and a third right blocking surface 210 extending longitudinally and located at the left lower side of the second right blocking surface 208, wherein the second right blocking surface 208 and the third right blocking surface 210 are in engagement transition through a second lower blocking surface 209.
The second lower stopper surface 209 is an arc surface, and an arc extending locus S4 of the arc surface is concentrically arranged with the arc extending locus S3 of the upper stopper arc surface 205.
The shapes of the other tenon surfaces of the main tenon 204 and the other groove surfaces of the secondary groove 207 are not compulsorily restricted and can be designed as required.
Wherein, the cooperation relation of activity plate and fixed plate is as follows:
the main tenon 204 is inserted into the main groove 104, the first lower stop surface 201 of the main tenon is matched with the first upper stop surface 101 of the main groove, the lower stop arc surface 105 of the main tenon is matched with the upper stop arc surface 205, the arc extending tracks S1/S3 of the lower stop arc surface and the upper stop arc surface are concentric, and finally, a certain insertion gap S (shown in figure 3) is reserved in the main groove 104 (for example, 0.8-1.2 mm).
Meanwhile, the auxiliary tenon is inserted into the auxiliary groove. Firstly, the first elastic tongue part on the auxiliary tenon enters the auxiliary groove, in the process, the second bulge 206 at the starting part of the upper groove surface of the auxiliary groove blocks the first bulge 107 of the first elastic tongue part 109a, obvious resistance and an indicating sound after the obstacle is got rid of, such as 'clicking' sound, are generated in the obstacle crossing process, then the second elastic tongue part 109b on the auxiliary tenon enters the auxiliary groove, in the process, the toothed surface on the auxiliary groove blocks the second elastic tongue part from entering, another obvious resistance and another indicating sound after the obstacle is got rid of, such as 'clicking' sound, are generated in the obstacle crossing process, and finally, the toothed surface of the auxiliary tenon, namely the stepped positioning surface, is in close fit with the stepped positioning surface of the auxiliary groove.
Through research, we find that: the first obstacle crossing indication sound is generated by the two tooth-shaped surfaces colliding with each other when the second elastic tongue portion 109b of the auxiliary tenon 109 gets over the obstacle and is squeezed into the auxiliary groove 207. The second obstacle crossing indication sound is emitted by a pair of positioning surfaces 112/210 on two toothed surfaces, and the pair of positioning surfaces 112/210 can be quickly attached to generate an obstacle crossing indication sound used as an abutting indication sound during the process that the second elastic tongue portion 109b of the auxiliary tenon 109 is obstacle crossing and squeezed into the auxiliary groove 207.
It should be noted that the first obstacle crossing tone is generated with the additional condition that the first elastic tongue 109a of the secondary tenon 109 is pushed into the secondary recess 207 before the second elastic tongue 109b gets over the obstacle, while before that, the toothed surface 113 and the toothed surface 211 are away from each other and do not contact each other, and after that, the two toothed surfaces collide with each other to generate the obstacle crossing tone. That is, the first-time obstacle crossing indication tone can be selectively configured according to design requirements.
The plate locking and connecting structure can be applied to locking and buckling floors through test verification, and obvious butt joint in-place indication sound is generated when the floors are paved.
The plate locking and connecting structure adopting the structure also has other technical advantages/effects:
1. in prior art locking floors where the main tenon is deflected into the main groove (see chinese patent documents cn2801951Y, cn26271119Y), the position of the main tenon is still movable and unlocked. Compared with the prior art, the invention realizes the positioning and anti-loosening effects of the main tenon by utilizing the locking matching of the auxiliary tenon and the auxiliary groove, and the positioning of the main tenon is realized by the restraint positioning of a plurality of positioning surfaces, at the moment, the end part of the main tenon and the main groove still keep a gap S (see figure 3), and the problem of over-tightness or over-loosening does not exist.
2. The joint of the floor is pressed by the lower retaining arc surface, and the pressure bearing capacity is strong.
3. The movable plate is simultaneously positioned and restrained relative to the fixed plate through a transverse extending surface (a first upper blocking surface 101/201) and two longitudinal extending surfaces (a first left blocking surface 103 and a third right blocking surface 210), and the second plate becomes an integral component after being paved, so that the movement allowance is eliminated, and the connection is firm.
4. The installation stress of the connecting structure is shared by a plurality of stress surfaces (a first upper blocking surface 101, a second upper blocking surface 111, a first left blocking surface 103, a third left blocking surface 112 and a lower blocking arc surface 105) so that the stress is balanced.
In the present invention, the first elastic tongue 109a and the second elastic tongue 109b of the board locking connection structure enter the main groove first and then, wherein the first elastic tongue 109a enters the main groove first.
In the above embodiment, the first protrusion 107 of the first elastic tongue portion 109a has a shape of a ridge. In another embodiment shown in fig. 6, the first protrusion 107 of the first resilient tongue 109a is shaped as a boss. In other embodiments, the first protrusion 107 of the first resilient tongue may have other shapes such as a semi-cylindrical shape.
In the invention, the obstacle crossing indication sound is different due to different plate materials, structure sizes, detailed designs and the like. Of course, the plate butt joint indicator can also be designed into a silent mode intentionally, and the obvious butt joint hand feeling of the plate in the paving process can still be used for indicating that the plate is in the butt joint position.
The plate locking and connecting structure is not limited to floor pavement, and can be used for butt joint of plate surfaces for other purposes, such as butt joint of wall plates, wall panels, top plates and partition plates.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
