The content of total carotenoids in the seabuckthorn oil is 1-3 per thousand, the carotenoids have very important physiological functions on human health, wherein the beta carotene is a very strong antioxidant, can efficiently quench singlet oxygen and eliminate adverse effects of free radicals in vivo, and has a protective effect on an immune reaction system. Meanwhile, the beta carotene can directly enter into epidermal cells through the skin and be converted into vitamin E to nourish the skin so as to avoid keratinization of epithelial tissue cells or rough skin. The content of the tocopherol in the seabuckthorn oil is up to 2-4 per thousand, and the tocopherol protects unsaturated fatty acid in cell membranes from being oxidized under the conditions of light, heat and radiation, so that metamorphosis, wrinkle and lipofuscin accumulation are prevented, and microcirculation can be improved.
By utilizing the properties of the seabuckthorn oil, the skin-care health-care fabric has obvious practical value, and the comprehensive care of the skin of a human body can be realized by wearing the clothes.
However, the seabuckthorn oil directly extracted from seabuckthorn fruits is insoluble in water, has poor photosensitivity, is easily oxidized by air in the storage process, has high requirement on storage environment and low reaction activity, has poor affinity with fibers when being directly used on textiles, and is easily ineffective in the wearing and washing processes.
Therefore, it is highly desirable to provide a seabuckthorn oil microcapsule finishing agent with sustained release performance, which improves the reactivity of the finishing agent with textile fibers to solve the above problems.

The fabric finished in this example had a vitamin E content of about 0.093% per thousand on the cloth surface.
Test example 1
The test example provides a method for determining the content of seabuckthorn oil, and the relative content is determined by the change of the content of vitamin E in the seabuckthorn oil. The vitamin E has the maximum absorption wavelength at the wavelength of 285nm, and the content of the vitamin E is determined by utilizing the linear relation between the absorbance and the vitamin E within a certain mass concentration of 285nm +/-1.
The specific test method for the content of the vitamin E comprises the following steps:
firstly, accurately weighing 250mg of vitamin E, placing the vitamin E in a volumetric flask of 100ml, and adding absolute ethyl alcohol to dilute the vitamin E to a scale; then gradually diluting the solution to prepare solutions with different concentrations (0.01mg/ml, 0.02mg/ml and 0.08-0.10 mg/ml), and measuring the absorbance of the solution at the position of 285nm +/-1 of the maximum absorption wavelength by using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer to make a vitamin E concentration-absorbance standard curve, which is shown in figure 1;
then, extracting the sea buckthorn oil in the fabric: accurately weighing 3.0000 +/-0.0002 g of the fabric sample in the embodiment, coating the fabric sample by using filter paper, then putting the fabric sample into a Soxhlet extractor, extracting the fabric sample by using absolute ethyl alcohol (the temperature is 80-90 ℃), taking out the extract after 12 hours, cooling the extract (a small amount of absolute ethyl alcohol is volatilized in the extraction process), pouring the extract into a volumetric flask, fixing the volume by using the absolute ethyl alcohol, measuring the absorbance A under the maximum absorption wavelength (285 +/-1 nm) by using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, calculating the concentration of vitamin E in the extract according to a concentration-absorbance standard curve, and then obtaining the percentage content of the vitamin in the fabric, wherein the calculation formula is shown as follows:
Ve(%)=Y×250ml×100%/1000W
note: ve is the percentage content of vitamin E in the fabric, Y is the concentration of vitamin in the extract liquor, and the unit is mg/ml; 250ml is the volume of the extraction liquid; w is the fabric mass in g.
Test example 2
In this example, the fabric was subjected to a washability test to observe the retention of vitamin E content in the cloth after multiple washings.
The test method comprises the following steps:
the fabric is finished by adopting the following finishing agents with different formulas: the finishing agent comprises 80g/L of seabuckthorn oil microcapsule dispersion liquid and 20-150 g/L of adhesive or cross-linking agent (the specific dosage is shown in table 1);
padding and baking the fabric by adopting the same finishing process as in example 1;
the padding-baked fabrics were washed for a total of 10 times.
The vitamin E content before and after the fabric was washed was measured according to the method in test example 1, and the retention of vitamin E was calculated to observe the change in the content of seabuckthorn oil, and the experimental data are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 Retention of vitamins in cloth surface after washing 10 times
Dosage of | 20g/L | 30g/L | 50g/L | 80g/L | 100g/L | 150g/L |
Acrylic adhesive | 83.87% | 94.45% | 97.91% | 97.52% | 94.29% | 93.438% |
Polyurethane crosslinking agent | 78.45% | 81.67% | 82.62% | 82.46% | 83.21% | 82.78% |
According to the table 1, the fabric using the finishing agent of the invention has the cloth surface vitamin retention rate of 97.91%, and the finishing agent of the invention has good binding property with the fabric and can be retained on the fabric for a long time.
Specifically, at the lower dosage stage, the washfastness of the finish on the cloth increases with increasing dosage of the cross-linking agent. When the binder dosage was increased to 50g/L, the wash resistance did not increase any more. When the dosage is continuously increased to more than 80g/L, the test data is reduced, and the test error is probably caused by incomplete extraction due to excessive dosage of the adhesive.
Test example 2
Observing the influence of different baking temperatures on the vitamin E content of the fabric, adopting different baking temperatures (100 ℃, 120 ℃, 130 ℃, 140 ℃, 150 ℃, 160 ℃ and 180 ℃), and in addition, using the fabric dried at room temperature as a reference to observe the influence of the baking temperatures on the vitamin E content. The vitamin E content was measured according to the method in test example 1 to obtain the vitamin E content of the cloth surface, and then the results of the cloth sample test of baking and drying and room temperature air drying were compared to calculate the retention rate, as shown in Table 2. The finish used in this test example was the same as in example 1.
TABLE 2 relationship between baking temperature and vitamin E content in cloth
Baking temperature | 100℃ | 120℃ | 140℃ | 150℃ | 160℃ | 180℃ |
Vitamin E content | 99.34% | 99.21% | 98.97% | 91.35% | 79.26% | 75.38% |
According to the table 2, when the setting temperature is lower than 140 ℃, the difference between the content of the vitamins on the cloth surface and the content of the vitamins in the sea buckthorn oil in the air-drying process at room temperature is small, and the finishing process can accelerate the air-drying of the fabrics and reduce the damage to the sea buckthorn oil.
In conclusion, the finishing agent comprises the seabuckthorn oil microcapsule dispersing agent, seabuckthorn oil is used as a core material, polyvinyl alcohol is used as a wall material, and the microcapsule-shaped seabuckthorn oil has lasting slow release performance, can improve the reactivity of the microcapsule-shaped seabuckthorn oil with textile fibers, and is beneficial to protecting the seabuckthorn oil from being damaged and combined on fabrics easily. The invention finishes the fabric by padding-baking, and the finished fabric has certain durability and washability. The sea buckthorn oil has good effects of resisting oxidation, resisting aging and enhancing immunity, so that the fabric has the effects of health care and skin care.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
