Description

Control method of clothes treatment equipment
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of household appliances, and particularly relates to a control method of clothes treatment equipment.
Background
The washing machine generally refers to a washing apparatus for removing dirt from laundry using electrical and mechanical actions, in which a laundry treatment device refers to a washing machine in which laundry, washing water, and washing powder are put into a horizontally installed inner tub, and the inner tub is rotated using a driving force of a motor, and washing is performed using a frictional action between the inner tub and the laundry. The clothes treating apparatus is characterized in that the clothes are not damaged, the clothes are not entangled with each other, and the rubbing washing effect can be achieved.
In the existing clothes processing equipment, when a washing machine executes a washing program and an inner drum rotates, clothes can be clamped in a gap between an inner drum input opening and a washing machine door, especially the clothes with small volume, so that the clothes cannot be sufficiently washed, and the washing effect of the washing machine is poor.
In order to avoid the above situation, an inner cylinder door can be installed at the inner cylinder feeding opening, wherein the inner cylinder door is usually turned over to open and close, so that the inner cylinder door is inconvenient to open and close when the inner cylinder stops rotating.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a control method of clothes treatment equipment, so as to solve the technical problem that an inner cylinder door is inconvenient to open and close when an inner cylinder stops rotating.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the present invention provides a control method of a laundry treating apparatus, which detects whether a position of an operating part for locking a drum door on the drum door is convenient for opening and closing the drum door after the drum stops rotating, and if not, performs a positioning procedure for making the position of the operating part on the drum door convenient for opening and closing the drum door.
Further, after the positioning program is started, the drum is driven to rotate, whether the position of the operation part on the drum door is convenient for opening and closing the drum door is detected in the rotating process of the drum, and if yes, the drum is controlled to stop rotating.
Further, after the drum is rotated for a certain time, it is started to detect whether the position of the operation part on the drum door is convenient for opening and closing the drum door.
Further, whether the position of the operation part on the drum door is convenient for opening and closing the drum door is detected by detecting whether the operation part is arranged on the horizontal line of the drum door.
Further, the motor for driving the drum to rotate has a procedure in which the motor rotor stops rotating after the supply current reaches a set current; the drum is controlled to stop rotating by supplying a current up to a set current to the motor.
Further, after the roller stops rotating, the roller is locked;
preferably, the drum is locked via the locking groove and the locking tongue; after the roller stops rotating, the lock tongue extends out, and the roller is driven to rotate reversely until the lock tongue is sunk into the inside of the lock groove.
Further, after the drum is locked, the supply of current to the motor for driving the drum to rotate is stopped.
Further, the control process includes the steps of:
step one, after the roller stops rotating, detecting whether the position of an operation part for locking the roller door on the roller door is convenient for opening and closing the roller door, if so, keeping the equipment in the current state, and if not, executing step two;
step two, driving the roller to rotate, detecting whether the position of the operation part on the roller door is convenient for opening and closing the roller door or not in the rotating process of the roller, if so, executing step three, and if not, continuing to rotate the roller until the position of the operation part on the roller door is convenient for opening and closing the roller door;
step three, controlling the roller to stop rotating, and then executing step four;
step four, locking the roller, and then executing step five;
and step five, stopping supplying current to a motor for driving the roller to rotate.
Further, the laundry treating apparatus is a drum washing machine, and the drum is an inner drum of the drum washing machine.
The invention also provides a control method of the clothes processing equipment, after triggering the roller to stop rotating signal, detecting whether the position of the operation part for locking the roller door on the roller door is convenient for opening and closing the roller door, if so, controlling the roller to stop rotating.
Further, after triggering the drum rotation stop signal for a certain time, it is started to detect whether the position of the operation part on the drum door is convenient for opening and closing the drum door.
After adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the method of the invention facilitates the opening and closing of the roller door when the roller stops rotating, and the opening and closing of the roller door conforms to the mechanical angle of human body, thereby being beneficial to the health of users and improving the user experience.
2. The invention supplies a certain current to the motor driving the drum to stop rotating, so that the drum stops rotating in a short time, thereby shortening the time error from the detection of the position of the operation part on the drum door to the opening and closing of the drum door, and improving the reliability of the control of the equipment.
3. The invention ensures that the roller is stably in a static state after stopping rotating by locking the roller and stopping supplying current to the motor for driving the roller to rotate after the roller stops rotating.
