According to the invention, through rapidly increasing the temperature to the aging temperature and shortening the heat preservation time, the defect elimination and the atom segregation of the aluminum profile are facilitated, and meanwhile, the coarseness of crystal grains in the aluminum profile can be avoided, so that the strength of the aluminum profile is improved and the toughness of the aluminum profile is ensured not to be reduced.
The invention makes the soluble phase of the aluminum section dissolved by heating and heat preservation, then cooling and heat preservation, and finally quenching to make a large amount of strengthening phase dissolved in the alpha solid solution to obtain supersaturated solid solution, so as to improve the hardness, strength and corrosion resistance of the aluminum section.
The invention further adjusts the microstructure and the mechanical property of the aluminum profile by changing the air cooling speed, improves the strength of the aluminum profile and ensures the toughness of the aluminum profile.
In a word, the invention can eliminate the internal stress caused by the uneven cooling speed when the aluminum profile is crystallized and solidified, improve the mechanical strength and hardness of the aluminum profile, and improve the metallographic structure, so that the aluminum profile has certain plasticity, cutting processing performance and welding performance.

s1, carrying out solid solution treatment on an aluminum profile, then loading the aluminum profile into an aging furnace for aging treatment, raising the furnace temperature of the aging furnace to 165-180 ℃ at a temperature raising speed of 30-50 ℃/h, and keeping the temperature for 1-2 hours;
s2, cutting off a power supply of the aging furnace, cooling the aluminum profile in the aging furnace to 110-120 ℃ along with the furnace, and preserving heat for 1-2 hours;
s3, when the heat preservation time is up, the aluminum profile is discharged, the power supply is turned off when the aluminum profile is discharged, then the furnace door is opened, and the aluminum profile is pulled out and cooled by strong wind;
s4, when the temperature of the aluminum profile is reduced to 50-70 ℃, the aluminum profile is continuously cooled to the normal temperature after the wind speed is reduced,
