Description

Prefabricated concrete structure steel bar sleeve grouting material
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a grouting material for a reinforcement sleeve of an assembled concrete structure.
Background
The assembly type building completes construction of a building structure through field assembly of precast concrete members, and therefore, the assembly type building has the characteristics of high construction speed, high labor efficiency, good building quality and small climate restriction. The development history of the concrete prefabricated member can trace back to the 50 th century of the 20 th century, and the concrete prefabricated member has a long-term development of more than half a century, so that the vigorous development of the building industrialization in developed countries such as Japan and Western Europe is promoted, the application and popularization of the concrete prefabricated member in the 80 th and 90 th century of the last century in China are greatly promoted, and the development of the concrete type building product in China is always delayed due to the production technology level and the management capability at that time. In recent years, with the development and development of new materials and new technologies such as high-performance grouting materials and novel sleeves, the rising of the assembly type building industry becomes an industry consensus, and becomes one of the important directions for the development of the national building industry.
Although the prefabricated building structure has many advantages in the construction process, the prefabricated building joint sleeve connection grouting system is a great importance in the quality safety of the prefabricated building and is also a most concerned problem for construction units. The sleeve and the reinforcing steel bar are connected into a whole through the grouting material, the quality of the sleeve and the reinforcing steel bar directly influences the overall quality of the fabricated building, and therefore the bond stress between the grouting material and the reinforcing steel bar and the frictional resistance between the grouting material and the inner wall of the sleeve are critical.
Under the existing conditions, the grouting material of the reinforcement sleeve of the prefabricated concrete structure mainly takes vertical expansion as main expansion, so that the friction resistance between the grouting material and the sleeve wall is limited, how to restrict longitudinal expansion, increasing the expansion stress between transverse expansion and the inner wall of the sleeve, and increasing the expansion stress to form the best performance of the reinforcement grouting connector, which is one of the problems to be solved by the grouting system of the reinforcement sleeve of the prefabricated concrete structure. The high fluidity, high strength and stable suspension of fine aggregate in the slurry are the performance requirements which must be met by the concrete structure reinforcing steel bar sleeve grouting material.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the contradiction between the large fluidity and the high strength of the grouting material for the reinforced sleeve of the fabricated concrete structure, realize that the expansion stress between the transverse expansion and the inner wall of the sleeve can be adjusted and controlled by the expansion components under the condition of restraining the vertical expansion, and achieve the optimization of the mechanical property of the reinforced grouting connection joint.
