Abstract
The invention designs an annular air knife for cleaning the inner wall of a material container barrel, which is used for realizing the functions of removing dust and drying the inner wall of an industrial barrel. The air knife consists of an air nozzle, an annular air knife and a connecting five-way valve, wherein the connecting five-way valve is used for connecting the air nozzle and the annular air knife and providing compressed air for the air nozzle and the annular air knife, the air nozzle is used for removing dust at the bottom of a barrel and drying the dust, and the annular air knife is used for removing dust at the inner side of the barrel and drying the dust. The dust and the moisture attached to the inner wall of the barrel can be gradually blown out from the hole by moving while blowing. The novel air knife has the characteristics of large air output, uniform wind power and adjustable air output direction, and has great practical significance for cleaning the inner wall of the industrial barrel.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to water removal, dust removal and cleaning of planes or cylinders of industrial products, in particular to an annular air knife for cleaning the inner wall of a material container barrel, which removes dust and water in the interior of an industrial barrel.
Background
The air knife comprises a strip-shaped air knife and an annular air knife, and is a product which is specially designed for blowing out strong high-speed airflow to blow off dust, blow dry water stains and cool.
In the face of the problems of blowing dust and drying water stain on the inner wall of the barrel, the traditional modes such as a dryer are generally adopted at present. Traditional blowing application products have a number of drawbacks, such as: the blown air flow is not uniform; the consumption of compressed air is very high; although the impact force is strong, the noise level is too high, and the health of field operators is seriously influenced; blowing products using electric energy as power often need frequent maintenance, and have short service life and the like; air knives designed according to the coanda effect ideally solve several of the technical problems described above.
The patent air knife (patent application number: 201410857746.4) designs a linear air knife which comprises two bodies, a plurality of air pipes and at least one first bracket, and the direction is changed by bending the air pipes, so that the problem that the angle is adjusted by repeatedly disassembling and assembling the air knife is solved; an adjustable annular air knife device (patent application number: 201510984737.6) provides an air knife with adjustable air volume of the air knife and small air consumption, has good adaptability, but has a more complex structure; a circular air knife (patent application number: 201711105507.3) is designed to be circular, the direction of the air knife is the periphery and points to the circle center, and a circular welding strip in an air ring is processed in an annular air outlet mode, so that the uniform stress is ensured; a circular air knife (patent application number: 201810781163.6) is designed for processing a circular welding strip, and the circular welding strip penetrates through the middle of the circular air knife and is larger in air receiving area than an air ring, and the received wind power is more uniform.
According to the query of the existing patent, all the air knives are linear or annular, and the direction of the air curtain is that the air curtain blows to the circle center from the outside, so that the air curtain cannot be applied to dust removal and blow drying of the inner wall of the barrel; the invention discloses an annular air knife for cleaning the inner wall of a material container barrel, which is specially designed for dust removal and blow drying of the inner wall of the barrel.

the air nozzle is positioned at the top and comprises an inner ring, an outer ring, a straight air hole and an inclined air hole.
The annular air knife is positioned below the air nozzle and comprises an upper air blade, a gas collection cavity, a lower air blade, a size adjusting nail, a direction adjusting nail, an air outlet cavity and a guide sheet.
And the five-way is connected and positioned at the lowest part, and the five-way is connected with the air nozzle and the annular air knife and provides compressed air.
As a preferred scheme of the invention, the gas nozzle adopts the design of an inner ring and an outer ring, and can eject high-speed gas flow from the two rings.
As a preferred scheme of the invention, the ring surfaces of the inner ring and the outer ring of the gas nozzle are designed into inclined surfaces, and the inclined surface of the inner ring is slightly higher than that of the outer ring.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the inner ring and the outer ring of the gas nozzle are both provided with square inclined air holes, and the inclination angle of the inner ring inclined air holes is larger than that of the outer ring inclined air holes.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a straight air hole is designed right above the inner ring.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the annular air knife consists of an upper air knife blade and a lower air knife blade, and high-speed air flow is sprayed out from between the two air knife blades.

An annular air knife for cleaning the inner wall of a material container barrel as shown in fig. 1 is composed of an air nozzle 010, an annular air knife 020 and a connecting five-way 030, wherein the connecting five-way 030 is provided with an air inlet and four air outlets at a bifurcation, three air outlets are uniformly distributed on the same plane and are connected with the air inlet of the annular air knife 020, and the rest 1 air outlet is vertically upward and is connected with the air inlet of the air nozzle 010.
As shown in fig. 2, the showerhead 010 comprises an inner ring 011 and an outer ring 012, and inclined vents 014 are opened on the inclined surfaces of the inner ring 011 and the outer ring 012, wherein the inclined vents 014 on the inner ring 011 have a slightly larger inclination angle than the inclined vents 014 on the outer ring, and particularly, a plurality of straight vents are opened right above the inner ring 011; the inner ring 011 and the outer ring 012 are connected with the air inlet below the gas nozzle 010 in the inner cavity, and the gas enters from the air inlet and then is distributed to the inner ring 011 and the outer ring 012, and finally is ejected from the straight air hole 013 and the inclined air hole 014.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the annular air knife 020 comprises an upwind blade 021, a gas collecting cavity 022, a downwind blade 023, a size adjusting nail 024, a direction adjusting nail 025, an air outlet cavity 026 and a guide plate 027, compressed air enters from an air inlet, passes through the gas collecting cavity 022 and then suddenly enters the narrow air outlet cavity 026 to form high-speed jet air flow to be jetted from between the upwind blade 021 and the downwind blade 023, and due to the coanda effect, air which is about 30 times as much as the air is guided to the air outlet to form a thin high-strength impact air curtain with atmospheric flow, so that the function of dust removal and blow drying is realized; the gap between the upper air blade 021 and the lower air blade 023 can be changed by adjusting the size adjusting nail 024, so that the size of the air curtain is changed; the direction adjusting nail 025 can change the direction of the guide plate 027 to adjust the impact angle of the air curtain.
Example one
When the interior of the barrel needs to be cleaned, the air knife extends into the inverted barrel, the top of the air knife is stopped when approaching the bottom of the barrel, compressed air is introduced for 10 seconds, the air nozzle 010 removes and dries the bottom of the barrel, the air knife is slowly recovered at a certain speed after 10 seconds, and the impact air curtain of the annular air knife 020 inclines downwards, so that moisture dust adhered to the bottom of the barrel is continuously sent downwards under the high-strength and atmospheric air curtain and finally sent out of the opening of the barrel; at the moment, the compressed air can be closed, the next barrel is waited for, the air knife is sent to the bottom of the barrel, the compressed air is opened, and the process is repeated; if the moisture and dust attached to the inner wall of the barrel are difficult to clean, the proper air quantity and blowing angle can be selected through the size adjusting nail 024 and the direction adjusting nail 025 so as to achieve the satisfactory effect.

Claims (5)
1. An annular air knife for cleaning the inner wall of a material container barrel comprises an air nozzle (010), an annular air knife (020) and a connecting five-way (030).
2. An annular air knife for cleaning the inner wall of a material container barrel according to claim 1, characterized in that the direction of the air flow sheet ejected by the annular air knife (020) is outward from the center of the circle and is inclined downwards.
3. An annular air knife for cleaning the inner wall of a material container barrel according to claim 1, characterized in that the air jet direction of the air jet head (010) is vertically upward.
4. The annular air knife for cleaning the inner wall of the material container barrel according to the claim 2 is characterized in that the size and the direction of the air flow sheet sprayed by the annular air knife (020) can be adjusted.
5. An annular air knife for cleaning the inner wall of a material container barrel according to claim 3, characterized in that the inner and outer rings of the air nozzle (010) are designed with oblique air holes.
