Aiming at the protection requirement of shunting operation, the company has realized a scheme of a distributed shunting protection device, has designed a special responder for shunting and defense (hereinafter referred to as a shunting and defense responder), and has the outstanding advantages of low total cost, simple installation and construction and the like. The anti-theft transponder obtains the access state information through the lighting state of the annunciator, and is matched with the passive transponder to form an anti-theft transponder group which can be installed on a line to realize shunting operation.
The lamp position state information is obtained by collecting induced currents in each signal lamp loop (secondary coil), wherein the induced currents are generated by a mutual inductor wound in the lighting loop. When the motor train unit passes through the defense transponder, the defense transponder is activated by the vehicle-mounted antenna (provides a working power supply for the defense transponder), message data corresponding to the lamp position state information is selected and sent to the vehicle-mounted equipment, and vehicle control is achieved through the vehicle-mounted ATP.
On the premise of realizing the defense function, the defense transponder has low requirement on the material of the connecting cable, short length of the laid cable and simple construction and installation, can effectively save cost and is more suitable for upgrading and transforming the built motor train section. The acquisition monitoring unit is supplied with power through a primary 220V power supply of the signal lighting unit, and communicates with centralized monitoring in a mechanical room by means of a power carrier technology, the power carrier communicates through a 220V power line carrier, and a communication cable does not need to be additionally laid. In order to ensure that the influence on other equipment on a line in a power supply is not influenced, the monitoring unit adopts a low-power-consumption design, and the current of the line is monitored in real time and reported to a user; and design semaphore lamp-out protection circuit: when the light-out fault occurs to the annunciator, the power supply input of the monitoring unit is cut off, so that the monitoring unit is automatically separated from the annunciator system, the power of the system circuit is not consumed, and the alarm function of the annunciator system is effectively prevented from being influenced by overlarge power; the 220V power supply entering the monitoring unit is converted by a power supply and supplies power to a rear-stage circuit comprising a control circuit, and the control circuit realizes the power carrier communication function and the isolation monitoring acquisition function.
The general design of the shunting protection device of the invention is shown in figure 1. The acquisition monitoring unit (hereinafter referred to as monitoring unit) adopts a modular design, and the external physical connection cables comprise three types, as shown in fig. 1: and a power supply cable connected with a 220V annunciator, a collection cable connected with a mutual inductor and a monitoring cable connected with a defense and regulation transponder respectively and correspondingly complete power supply, light-out protection and monitoring functions. The modular design function is mainly embodied in that the monitoring function of the monitoring unit and the defense regulating main function of the defense regulating transponder are completely independent, and the monitoring unit module or module faults can not affect the work of the defense regulating transponder when being installed or disassembled.

As shown in the integrated lightning protection circuit part in fig. 3, the integrated lightning protection is placed at the port of the power cable, and can be directly connected with the signal power supply, including the inter-line lightning protection design and the line-ground lightning protection design, so that the power cable can be effectively protected. Therefore, the monitoring unit does not need to additionally increase a lightning protection module, so that the cost can be effectively reduced, the equipment volume can be reduced, and the installation and maintenance are convenient.
Because the outdoor environment is abominable complicated, the monitoring unit designs according to IP55 standard requirement, places in waterproof seal box, and it all adopts waterproof navigation to insert the device with external connecting cable, is convenient for dismouting maintenance under the prerequisite of guaranteeing dustproof waterproof.
The monitoring unit is powered by a primary 220V power supply of the signal lighting unit and communicates with centralized monitoring in the mechanical room by means of a power carrier technology. In order to ensure the normal operation of other devices on the power line, the monitoring unit itself adopts a low power consumption design, and collects the current of itself in real time to report to the user, as shown in the current monitoring circuit in fig. 3. The circuit is characterized in that a monitoring unit acquires the current value of the filament transformer, and the current value is converted into a control signal through a rectifying and voltage stabilizing module to control the on-off of the photoelectric switch. When the lighting loop of the annunciator is normal, the switch control signal is generated by the collected current, the photoelectric switch is closed, and the monitoring unit is electrified to work; when the fault of putting out the light appears in the semaphore, the acquisition current disappears and the corresponding switch control signal disappears, and the photoelectric switch is switched off at the moment, so that the monitoring unit is automatically separated from the semaphore system, and the power of the system line is not consumed any more. After the signal machine light-out protection circuit is adopted, the abnormal alarm function of the signal machine system caused by the power consumption of the monitoring unit can be prevented.
The isolation monitoring acquisition circuit of the monitoring unit acquires the state information of the defense-regulating transponder in real time in an isolation acquisition mode, and the work of the defense-regulating transponder is not influenced. The monitoring unit can monitor the transponder by adopting two modes of active communication or passive receiving, as shown in fig. 2. When active communication is adopted, the monitoring unit sends information to the input end of the isolating switch of the defense transponder in real time and collects the output end of the isolating switch, wherein the on-off of the isolating switch is controlled by the internal signal state of the defense transponder. When passive receiving is adopted, the monitoring unit receives information of the output end of the isolating switch of the defense transponder in real time, and the on-off of the isolating switch is controlled by the signal state in the defense transponder. Because the monitoring unit is physically isolated from the defense transponder, even if the monitoring unit is detached or fails, the main functions of the defense transponder cannot be influenced by the above two monitoring modes.
The scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that:
