The embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to specific embodiments, and other advantages and effects of the present invention will be easily understood by those skilled in the art from the disclosure of the present specification. The invention is capable of other and different embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways, and its several details are capable of modification in various respects, all without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. It is to be noted that the features in the following embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the drawings provided in the following embodiments are only for illustrating the basic idea of the present invention, and the components related to the present invention are only shown in the drawings rather than drawn according to the number, shape and size of the components in actual implementation, and the type, quantity and proportion of the components in actual implementation may be changed freely, and the layout of the components may be more complicated.
Example one
The embodiment provides a vehicle wake-up method, which comprises the following steps:
starting a timing wake-up mode after the vehicle enters a dormant state;
when the time reaches the preset vehicle awakening time, judging whether the preset unlocking condition is met or not; if yes, unlocking the vehicle end to enable the vehicle end to enter a working state, compiling a control instruction for the item to be awakened, and transmitting the control instruction; if not, the owner of the vehicle is continuously monitored.
The following describes the wake-up method of the vehicle provided in the present embodiment in detail with reference to the drawings. The vehicle awakening method is applied to a vehicle end. When the vehicle owner is sensed to approach the vehicle in the morning, the vehicle end is unlocked for the first time in the morning and then performs a series of operations, such as the wake-up of fog glass, the wake-up of in-vehicle lights, the wake-up of cold/hot air conditioners, the wake-up of fragrances, the wake-up of dehumidifying, the reminder of memorandum and/or the push of morning news, etc.
Referring to fig. 1A and 1B, a flow chart of a vehicle wake-up method in one embodiment and another embodiment is shown. As shown in fig. 1, the vehicle wake-up method specifically includes the following steps:
s11, detecting whether the vehicle enters a dormant state, if so, executing S12; if not, whether the vehicle enters the dormant state or not is continuously detected. In the present embodiment, if both the time conditions are satisfied, it is indicated that the vehicle has entered the sleep state, depending on the key-off duration (e.g., key-off duration of 1 hour) and the key-off time (e.g., a certain time between 18:00-22:00 pm).
S12, starting the timed wake-up mode. In this embodiment, the timed wake-up mode is to initiate a timed operation, monitoring a predetermined vehicle wake-up time, for example, 6:00 a day in the morning.
And S13, when the time reaches the preset vehicle awakening time, indicating the vehicle end to be in communication connection with the mobile terminal of the vehicle owner, and acquiring the real-time geographic position of the vehicle owner after the vehicle end is connected with the mobile terminal.
For example, when the time is 6:00 in the morning, the vehicle end establishes communication connection with the mobile terminal of the vehicle owner, receives the real-time geographic position of the vehicle owner sent by the mobile terminal, for example, 6:30 in the morning, and receives the position information of the vehicle owner, the real-time geographic position of the vehicle owner is the home; for example, the real-time geographic location of the owner received from 7:15 in the morning is constantly changing.
Referring to fig. 1B, S13, when the waiting time reaches the predetermined vehicle wake-up time, the vehicle end is instructed to start the monitoring device to obtain the video data.
For example, when the time comes to 6:00 a.m., a camera is started to acquire video data. The video data comprises portrait data and object image data.
S14, judging whether the current condition is satisfied with the preset unlocking condition; if yes, go to S15; if not, whether the preset unlocking condition is met or not is continuously judged. In this embodiment, the preset unlocking condition includes that the wake-up distance range is smaller than or equal to the wake-up distance threshold or the distance range in which the vehicle owner can be identified.
Specifically, the S14 includes:
calculating the distance between the vehicle owner and the vehicle end in real time according to the real-time geographic position of the vehicle owner and the current geographic position of the vehicle end;
judging whether the distance between the two is less than or equal to the awakening distance, if so, indicating that the vehicle owner enters the unlockable range, and turning to S15; if not, the owner does not enter the unlockable range, and the process returns to the step S14.
Specifically, the S14 includes:
analyzing the video data, if portrait data appears in the video data, comparing the portrait data with pre-stored portrait data of the vehicle owner, if the similarity reaches 90%, indicating that the vehicle owner appears in the video data, and the vehicle owner enters an unlocking range, and going to S15; if the similarity does not reach 90%, it indicates that the owner does not appear in the video, and it indicates that the owner does not enter the unlockable range, and the process returns to S14.
And S15, unlocking the vehicle terminal to enable the vehicle terminal to enter a working state, compiling a control instruction for the item to be awakened, and transmitting the control instruction. In this embodiment, the items to be woken up include awaking of fog glass, awaking of an interior light, awaking of a cold/hot air conditioner, awaking of a fragrance, awaking of a dehumidifying function, reminding of a memo, and/or pushing of morning news, etc. The control instruction refers to an instruction for starting an item to be awakened. For example, starting the atomizing glass, starting the interior lights, starting the cold/hot air conditioner, starting the fragrance, starting the dehumidification, starting the memo stored at the vehicle end, and the like.
The present embodiment also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the wake-up method of the vehicle.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps of the embodiment of the method for waking up the vehicle can be completed by hardware related to a computer program. The aforementioned computer program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
The vehicle awakening method of the embodiment automatically unlocks when the owner of the vehicle approaches the vehicle, so that the action and the state of the vehicle are emotional, just like people just awaken from the morning. Therefore, the vehicle awakening method can enable the vehicle to automatically awaken, and user experience is improved.
Example two
The present embodiment provides a wake-up system for a vehicle, including:

In this embodiment, the preset unlocking condition includes that the wake-up distance range is smaller than or equal to the wake-up distance threshold or the distance range in which the vehicle owner can be identified.
Specifically, the processing module 24 calculates the distance between the vehicle owner and the vehicle end in real time according to the real-time geographic position of the vehicle owner and the current geographic position of the vehicle end; judging whether the distance between the two is less than or equal to the awakening distance, if so, indicating that the vehicle owner enters the unlockable range, unlocking the vehicle end to enable the vehicle end to enter a working state, compiling a control instruction for the item to be awakened, and calling the transmission module 25 to transmit the control instruction; if not, the owner does not enter the unlocking range.
Specifically, the processing module 24 analyzes the video data, if portrait data appears in the video data, the portrait data is compared with pre-stored portrait data of a vehicle owner, if the similarity reaches 90%, it indicates that the vehicle owner appears in the video data, the vehicle owner has entered an unlockable range, and unlocks the vehicle end to enter a working state, a control instruction for an item to be waken up is formulated, and the transmission module 25 is called to transmit the control instruction; if the similarity does not reach 90%, it indicates that the owner does not appear in the video, and it indicates that the owner does not enter the unlockable range, and the process returns to S14. In this embodiment, the control command refers to a command for starting an item to be woken up. For example, starting the atomizing glass, starting the interior lights, starting the cold/hot air conditioner, starting the fragrance, starting the dehumidification, starting the memo stored at the vehicle end, and the like.
