Abstract
The invention provides a novel rigid and flexible catheter and a manufacturing method thereof, the novel rigid and flexible catheter comprises a catheter body and a plastic coating layer, the catheter body comprises a liquid guiding head part, a first bending part and a second bending part, the first bending part and the second bending part are both formed by spirally cutting the catheter body, the cutting distance of the catheter body and the cutting distance of the second bending part are both formed by spirally cutting with variable intervals according to requirements, the liquid guiding head part comprises a liquid guiding head body, a liquid guiding head groove and liquid inlet and outlet ports, the free end of the top of the liquid guiding head body is provided with the liquid guiding head groove, the liquid guiding head groove is in an outward expanding fan shape between the inner diameter and the outer diameter, the angle is 25 degrees, the liquid inlet and outlet ports are liquid inlet and outlet end parts at one end of the catheter body, and the liquid inlet and outlet ports are positioned in the liquid guiding head groove, and the use of a user for the catheter is, the catheter has rigidity and flexibility, and the pushing, rotating and bending of the catheter are easy to complete.
