Abstract

本申请实施例提供一种显示5G状态标识的方法和终端，涉及芯片技术领域，能够解决双连接场景中，用户不能准确获知终端是在双连接下还是在单独的5G网络下，以及终端用户可能会对业务体验有过高预期的问题。其方法为：当终端驻留在支持非独立组网NSA的长期演进技术LTE小区，终端在状态栏显示第一客户识别模块SIM卡的第四代移动通信技术4G状态标识，并在检测有新空口NR覆盖时在状态栏附加显示第一SIM卡的5G状态标识。本申请实施例用于在LTE‑NR双连接EN‑DC下显示4G状态标识和5G状态标识。
