本申请实施例提供了一种数据传输方法、设备及系统、存储介质,涉及物联网通信领域,该方法包括:确定第一参数、第二参数、第一间隔门限和第二间隔门限;根据第一参数和第一间隔门限确定下行控制信道的传输中是否有间隔;根据确定结果通过下行控制信道发送下行控制信息;根据第二参数和第二间隔门限确定下行数据信道的传输中是否有间隔;根据确定结果通过下行数据信道发送传输块;第一参数和第二参数不同且第一间隔门限和第二间隔门限相同;或,第一参数和第二参数相同且第一间隔门限和第二间隔门限不同;或,第一参数和第二参数不同且第一间隔门限和第二间隔门限不同。可以更好地避免针对一个终端设备持续时间较长的连续下行数据传输。
