Description of the preferred embodiments
A temporary fixing jig for a rotating electrical machine according to a main embodiment of the present invention and a method of assembling a rotating electrical machine using the temporary fixing jig will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a temporary fixing jig for a rotating electrical machine according to the present embodiment is a temporary fixing jig for a rotating electrical machine that temporarily fixes a rotor to a cylindrical frame to which a stator is attached, the temporary fixing jig including: a bracket 21, which is a plate-shaped support member, and which has a base end side detachably attached to one end side of the frame and a tip end side detachably connected to the rotor; a spacer 22 as a support member, the spacer 22 being screwed to the front end side of the bracket 21 so as to be capable of abutting against or separating from the rotor; and a temporary fixing bolt 23, wherein the temporary fixing bolt 23 is detachably screwed to the rotor by penetrating the front end side of the bracket 21 and the spacer 22, and the temporary fixing jig further includes a mounting bolt 24 (see fig. 4) for detachably mounting the base end side of the bracket 21 to one end side of the frame.
The bracket 21 is provided with a thick base portion 21A on the front end side (lower side in fig. 1A and 1B) of the rear surface (deep in the drawing in fig. 1A, right in fig. 1B), a bolt hole 21B into which the temporary fixing bolt 23 is inserted in the thickness direction (vertical direction in the drawing in fig. 1A, left-right direction in fig. 1B) is formed in the base portion 21A, and a female screw portion 21d axially directed in the thickness direction is formed between the intermediate portion between the seat surface 21aa of the base portion 21A and the thickness direction (vertical direction in the drawing in fig. 1A, left-right direction in fig. 1B) so as to have a larger diameter than the bolt hole 21B on the same axis as the bolt hole 21B, while a bolt hole 21c into which the mounting bolt is inserted in the thickness direction is formed on the base end side (upper side in fig. 1B).
The spacer 22 is configured such that a cylindrical male screw portion 22d having a thread on its outer peripheral surface is erected so that its axial center is positioned on the axial center of a hexagonal base portion 22a, the male screw portion 22d is screwed to a female screw portion 21d of the bracket 21, and a bolt hole 22b communicating with the bolt hole 21b of the bracket 21 and into which the temporary fixing bolt 23 is inserted is formed so as to communicate with the axial centers of the base portion 22a and the male screw portion 22 d.
The head portion 23a of the temporary fixing bolt 23 has a diameter larger than the diameter of the bolt hole 21b of the bracket 21, and the shaft portion 23b is longer than the total length of the bolt holes 21b, 22b of the bracket 21 and the spacer 22.
A method of assembling a motor of a hoisting machine of an elevator, which is a rotating electric machine using the temporary holding jig 20 of the present embodiment, will be described with reference to fig. 4 to 6.
First, in a factory, the base end sides of a plurality of (three in the present embodiment) brackets 21, which are screwed together with the male thread portions 22d and the female thread portions 21d of the spacer 22, are respectively arranged at predetermined intervals (equal intervals in the present embodiment) along the circumferential direction on one end side (the near side in fig. 4A, and the left end side in fig. 4B) of a cylindrical frame 111 to which a ring-shaped stator 112 is coaxially attached on the inner circumferential surface, the base end sides of the brackets 21 are respectively attached to the frame 111 by inserting the attachment bolts 24 into the bolt holes 21c, penetrating the bolt holes and screwing the bolt holes to one end side of the frame 111.
Next, the ring-shaped rotor 113 is arranged inside the stator 112, the screwing positions of the male screw portions 22d of the spacers 22 with respect to the female screw portions 21d of the bracket 21 are adjusted so that the base portions 22a of the spacers 22 are brought into contact with the temporary fixing base portions 113a of the rotor 113, respectively, the temporary fixing bolts 23 are inserted into the bolt holes 21b of the bracket 21 and are inserted through the bolt holes 22b of the spacers 22, respectively, and the temporary fixing bolts 23 are screwed to the temporary fixing base portions 113a of the rotor 113, respectively.
Thereby, the rotor 113 is temporarily fixed to the frame 111 by the temporary fixing jig 20 coaxially with the stator 112.
Next, after the rotor 113 is temporarily fixed to the frame 111, the conveyor is transported to the site, the rotary shaft 114 of the traction sheave is inserted into the rotor 113 to attach the rotary shaft 114 to the rotor 113, the temporary fixing bolts 23 are detached, and the threaded positions of the male screw portions 22d of the spacers 22 with respect to the female screw portions 21d of the brackets 21 are adjusted so that the base portions 22a of the spacers 22 are separated from the temporary fixing base portions 113a of the rotor 113, respectively, so that the base portions 22a of the spacers 22 are brought into contact with the base portions 21a of the brackets 21, respectively (see fig. 5).
Thereby, the rotor 113 is formally fixed to the rotary shaft 114 coaxially with the stator 112.
Next, a disc-shaped cover 115 covering the inside and the outside of the frame 111 with a space therebetween is coaxially disposed on one end side of the frame 111, and the cover 115 is attached to the bracket 21 and the frame 111 with an attachment bolt 116 (see fig. 6), whereby the motor 110 of the hoisting machine of the elevator is assembled and attached on site.
That is, conventionally, the rotor is temporarily fixed to the frame by a large-sized and heavy temporary fixing jig having a ring shape, and the cover can be attached to the frame by removing the temporary fixing jig, but in the present embodiment, the rotor 113 is temporarily fixed to the frame 111 by a plurality of (three in the present embodiment) plate-shaped small-sized and light-weight brackets 21 and spacers 22 by the temporary fixing bolts 23, and the temporary fixing is released by detaching the temporary fixing bolts 23 and separating the spacers 22 from the rotor 113, and the cover 115 can be attached in a state where the brackets 21 are attached to the frame 111.
Therefore, although the work of attachment, detachment, and the like has conventionally required much labor, in the present embodiment, the work of attachment, detachment, and the like can be performed very easily.
Therefore, according to the provisional fastening jig 20 of the present embodiment and the method of assembling the motor 110 of the hoisting machine of the elevator using the provisional fastening jig 20, the workability can be greatly improved.
Further, since the spacer 22 can be moved toward or away from the temporary fixing base portion 113a of the rotor 113 while being held by the bracket 21 by adjusting the screwing position of the spacer 22 to the bracket 21, a gap can be easily formed between the spacer 22 and the temporary fixing base portion 113a of the rotor 113, and the spacer 22 can be prevented from being accidentally dropped when the temporary fixing bolt 23 is removed, and the spacer 22 can be prevented from colliding with another member and damaging the other member.
Other embodiments
In the above embodiment, the description has been given of the case of the motor applied to the hoisting machine of the elevator, but the present invention is not limited to this, and can be applied similarly to the case of the above embodiment as long as the motor is a rotating electrical machine in which the rotor is temporarily fixed to the cylindrical frame to which the stator is attached.
Industrial applicability
The temporary fixing jig for a rotating electrical machine and the method of assembling a rotating electrical machine using the temporary fixing jig according to the present invention can greatly improve workability of mounting, dismounting, and the like, and therefore can be used extremely advantageously in industry.
