技术领域

地下、空中或非空中的燃料罐或容器会受到由其填充过程和排空过程引起的温度和压力变化的影响。为了避免在填充过程和排空过程期间的爆炸危险,必须控制所述压力和温度变化。
为此目的使用的设备是用于保持蒸气和气体以排放压力和真空的热力阀,因为除了以积极的方式提供压力排放外,它还能够防止真空。这种阀安装在液体可燃物储罐中,其主要功能是产生压力排放和真空排放,通过保持蒸发损失来为储罐提供安全和保护。
通过安装用于排放压力和真空的热力阀,由于过载或过量的负压导致发生罐或容器破裂(捏合)的风险显著降低,因为在两个方向上(在每个方向上具有独立的压力)的空气流量都被释放。
另外,这种阀旨在保持挥发性蒸气和气体通过罐通风口排向大气,避免污染、损失、在通风口附近形成爆炸性混合物并且/或者防止罐通风口附近的任何人员发生职业疾病和偶然疾病。

负压的排放是通过在燃料罐内部产生真空而发生的,下部隔膜环(3b)在负压腔室(5)内向上移动,旨在使空气能够进入燃料罐并防止塌缩。因此,定位在正压腔室(4)处的上部隔膜环(3a)将保持关闭状态,从而允许燃料罐内的压力均衡。
