具体实施方式
图1是示出了根据本发明的制造涡轮机复合部件10(例如,图4中可见的风扇叶片)的方法的步骤的框图。
该部件包括纤维结构,该纤维结构一方面包括在图3中可见的三维纤维预成型件12,另一方面包括覆盖预成型件的至少一部分的至少一个表面网状物14。将纤维结构嵌入在热固性树脂基聚合物基体中以获得刚性部件。
如上文所述,预成型件12是通过使用织机对纱线进行三维编织而制成的,并且在织机的出口处具有图2中可见的大致平坦的形状。该风扇叶片预成型件12包括旨在延伸到叶片的叶状部中的部分12a和旨在延伸到叶片根部中的部分12b。
表面网状物14包括诸如碳纤维的纤维,并且可以是:
-在图5a中可见的织物14a,该织物14a是通过编织例如沿相垂直的方向定向的带14a1获得的,
-如图5b所示的单向(UD)层14b,该单向层是通过将单向纤维14b1缝合在一起而获得的,
-织物14c,该织物14c包括叠置并缝合在一起的两个单向(UD)层14b,两个层14b的纤维14b1沿不同方向(例如相垂直的方向)定向,
-等等。
预成型件12的表面状态(图2和图3)非常不规则,并且表面网状物14大体设置在部分12a的两侧上,旨在分别位于叶状部的压力侧和吸力侧,以改善该表面状态(图4)。每个网状物14可以延伸到预成型件12的部分12b。
图1中的方法包括以下步骤:
(I)将表面网状物14成型,
(II)将预成型件12成型,以及
(III)将热固性树脂注入到由网状物14和预成型件12形成的纤维结构中。
有利地,表面网状物14的成型(I)是通过将网状物定位在模具16的型腔16a中(图4)并使网状物变形以与该型腔的形状适配而进行的。这允许网状物14在预成型件12实际成形(II)之前成形。预成型件还通过如下方式成形,所述方式即:将预成型件定位在模具16的型腔16a中、直接定位在网状物14上并使预成型件变形以匹配型腔的形状。
然后通过将对置模具放置在上述模具上来封闭模具16,对纤维结构进行干燥,并将热固性树脂注入模具中以浸渍纤维结构。
已知,在预成型件12成型(II)期间将预成型件12润湿(ii)。为了便于处理网状物14,特别是避免网状物劣化,本发明提出在网状物成型(I)之前和/或期间也将网状物润湿(i)。
图6和图7示出了该方法的实施例的两个变型。
图6的方法(也在图8至图26中示出)使用编织的带织物14a(图5a)。
图6的方法包括第一步骤i,该第一步骤包括在网状物14a成型(发生在步骤I中)之前润湿网状物14a。
图8示出了该第一步骤i,在该第一步骤中,操作员可以在网状物14上,特别是在待制造的复合部件的两个网状物14中的每一个上喷洒例如水。使用适当的工具18进行水的喷洒。
在该步骤i之前,网状物14可以被预切割,从而可以经历切割步骤D以将网状物设置在预定的侧面

另外,网状物14在润湿之前可以固定在支撑件20(例如工作台的上表面)上。该固定可以简单地通过使用例如放置在每个网状物14的两个相对侧上的条状粘合剂22来实现。
下一步骤i’包括在使网状物14成形之前对网状物14进行干燥。干燥使网状物具有额外的刚度,从而使网状物不易变形。为此目的,如图9所示,网状物14覆盖有处理织物24,该处理织物24将有助于将网状物从支撑件20转移至模具16。织物24有利地由可渗透材料制成,使得空气和湿气可以穿过织物吸入。然后用真空袋26覆盖网状物14和织物24,该真空袋26使网状物经受部分真空。整体被放入烘箱中,因此处于部分真空状态,例如处于110℃或更低的温度下,并且保持足够的时间以获得干燥的网状物14。
在步骤i’之后可以是例如借助于模板28切割网状物14的新步骤D,该模板被直接放置在网状物上并且可能通过条状粘合剂22固定在网状物上(图10)。网状物的切割可以同时导致在此位于网状物下方的处理织物24的切割。该切割D以及先前的切割可以使用任何合适的工具(例如,一把剪刀、滚花轮30、刀片等)来执行。
然后,在图11至图13中所示的下一步骤包括将网状物14从支撑件20转移至模具16。在该转移之前,可将水喷洒到模具中(图6中的步骤E)。处理织物24使得网状物14能够被更容易地抓住而不会损坏网状物,并且有助于网状物在模具16的型腔中的定位。一旦网状物被定位,就将织物24移除。如图14至图16所示,对定位在对置模具32的型腔中的第二网状物14执行相同的操作。
下一步骤I包括优选地通过使用工具18再次润湿网状物以使网状物更柔软,从而使网状物14在模具16的型腔中成形(图17)。该成形是手动进行的(图18),并且可能需要额外的操作(例如使用一把剪刀34)来切割网状物的边缘(图19),以防止网状物出现凸起36(图20)和以确保网状物完全覆盖模具16的型腔底部(图21)。对两个网状物14并因此对模具16和对置模具24执行相同的步骤I。
下一步骤II包括通过例如也用水润湿预成型件12(步骤ii)而在模具16中、直接在先前安装的网状物14上使预成型件12成形(图22)。该成形是手动进行的(图23),并确保将预成型件楔入型腔中并优选得与型腔的形状完全适配(图24)。
然后添加对置模具32并将对置模具32固定到模具上(图25和图26),这允许将第二网状物14施加到预成型件12的仍然裸露的面上。然后将如此组装的工具放置在烘箱中,以在进行树脂注入操作(步骤III)之前被干燥(例如,通过将组装的工具加热至小于或等于120℃的温度)。
图7中的方法(也在图27至图40中示出)使用带有缝合层的织物14c(图5c)。
该织物14c比在先前实施例中使用的织物14a具有更好的保持力(tenue),并且可以被直接切割(无需事先润湿和干燥)。例如,网状物14的切割D由切割器类型的刀片38和尺子40在支撑件20上完成(图27)。工件的两个网状物14因此被切割(图28)。
在将网状物14转移到模具16中之前,可以可选地将水或增粘剂喷洒到模具16中(图7中的步骤E)。例如,使用装有增粘剂的容器42在压力下喷洒增粘剂(图29和图30)。增粘剂是粘性物质,在这种情况下例如是水基的。
然后,图30至图33所示的下一步骤包括使第一网状物14在模具16的型腔中成形(步骤I),可选地用工具18将第一网状物润湿(步骤i)以使网状物更柔软。如果先前对模具16的润湿足以在网状物成形期间润湿和软化网状物,则该润湿可以是可选的。该成形是手动进行的(图30和图31),并且可能需要额外的操作(例如使用一把剪刀34)来切割网状物的边缘(图32),以确保网状物完全覆盖模具16的型腔底部(图33)。如图34至图37所示,在对置模具32中对第二网状物14执行类似的操作。
下一步骤II包括例如通过也用水或增粘剂润湿预成型件12(步骤ii)而在模具16中直接在预先安装的网状物14上使预成型件12成形。该成形是手动进行的并且确保将预成型件楔入型腔中并与型腔的形状完全适配(图38和图39)。
然后,添加对置模具32并将对置模具32固定到上述模具上(图40),这允许将第二网状物14施加到预成型件12的仍然裸露的一侧。然后将如此组装的工具放置在烘箱中,以在进行树脂注入操作(步骤III)之前被干燥(例如,通过将组装的工具加热至低于或等于120℃的温度)。

Claims (10)

1.用于制造诸如风扇叶片的涡轮机复合部件(10)的方法,该部件包括纤维结构,所述纤维结构包括涂覆有至少一个表面网状物(14)的三维纤维预成型件(12),并且所述纤维结构嵌入聚合物基体中,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-将所述表面网状物成型(I)以使所述表面网状物成形,
-将所述预成型件(12)润湿(ii)并成型(II)以使所述预成型件成形,以及
-封闭所述模具(16),对所述纤维结构进行干燥并将热固性树脂注入所述模具中,以形成所述基体,
其特征在于,在所述表面网状物在所述模具(16)的型腔(16a)中进行成型(I)之前和/或期间将所述表面网状物(14)润湿(i),所述成型在所述模具的型腔中直接在所述表面网状物上进行。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述表面网状物成型(I)之前将所述表面网状物(14)润湿并用烘箱干燥。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述表面网状物干燥之前,所述表面网状物(14)涂覆有处理织物(24),并且整体用真空袋(26)覆盖并且在干燥期间经受部分真空。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述处理织物(24)用于将干燥的所述表面网状物(14)定位在所述模具(16)的型腔(16a)中。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的方法,其中,在所述表面网状物润湿(I)之前,通过粘合剂(22)将所述表面网状物(14)固定在支撑件(20)上。
6.根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的方法,其中,在所述表面网状物成型(I)期间所述表面网状物(14)被再次润湿。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述表面网状物润湿(i)之前、和/或在所述表面网状物润湿之后、和/或在所述表面网状物成型(I)期间,切割(D)所述表面网状物(14)。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其中,用水和/或增粘剂润湿所述预成型件(12)和所述表面网状物(14),可选地在所述表面网状物成型(I)之前用水和/或增粘剂润湿所述模具(16)的型腔(16a)。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述模具(16)通过附接对置模具(32)而被封闭,所述对置模具也包括型腔(16a),在所述对置模具的型腔中形成另外的表面网状物(14)。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述表面网状物(14)由编织带(14a1)或由叠置并缝合在一起的两个双向层(14b)形成。
