Abstract

一种超声探头(3)、在超声探头(3)中处理超声回波信号的方法及其超声成像设备。超声探头(3)包括:多个阵元(310),M个模拟波束合成电路(320),模数转换器(340)和数字波束合成电路(350)。每个模拟波束合成电路(320)将N路回波信号中的至少两路回波信号合成为一个回波信号,由模数转换器(340)将获得的M路模拟回波信号转换成M路数字回波信号,进而由数字波束合成电路(350)将M路数字回波信号针对被检测生物组织中的目标位置点合成为一个回波信号。可见模数转换(340)、数字波束合成电路(350)只需处理M路信号。在不影响超声图像性能的前提下,降低了接收通道数,降低了模数转换器(340)、数字波束合成电路(350)的信号处理量,从而降低了超声探头(3)的功耗。
