As an alternative embodiment, the query operation interface includes: the order information of the order indicated by the inquiry event and a first operation control used for operating the order are inquired.
As an alternative embodiment, the second display module includes: the receiving submodule is used for receiving a first selection operation, wherein the first selection operation is used for selecting at least one first operation control from the operation controls; and the display sub-module is used for displaying the processing result and displaying a second operation control, wherein the second operation control comprises: a query mode conversion control and a query mode maintaining control.

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing network call data is characterized by comprising the following steps:
calling a target object in response to the received calling operation so as to carry out network conversation with the target object;
displaying a query operation interface corresponding to a query event in the process of carrying out network call with the target object, wherein the query operation interface comprises a control allowing selection;
and receiving a first selection operation generated on the query operation interface, and displaying a processing result, wherein the processing result is a result of processing the query event according to the selected control.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein during the network call with the target object, before displaying a query operation interface corresponding to a query event, the method further comprises:
acquiring an application interface for calling the target object;
determining the order as the query event under the condition that the application interface contains the order, and entering a step of displaying a query operation interface corresponding to the query event;
and under the condition that the application interface does not contain orders, displaying an event selection interface, receiving a second selection operation, and after the query event is determined according to the second selection operation, entering a step of displaying a query operation interface corresponding to the query event, wherein the event selection interface comprises a plurality of pieces of order information allowed to be selected.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the query operator interface comprises: the order information of the order indicated by the inquiry event and a first operation control used for operating the order.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein receiving a first selection operation generated in the query operation interface and displaying a processing result comprises:
receiving the first selection operation, wherein the first selection operation is used for selecting at least one first operation control from the operation controls;
displaying the processing result and displaying a second operation control, wherein the second operation control comprises: a query mode conversion control and a query mode maintaining control.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein during the network call with the target object, before displaying a query operation interface corresponding to a query event, the method further comprises:
and playing first voice prompt information, wherein the first voice prompt information is used for prompting the inquiry main body to switch the network call mode of the terminal into the hands-free mode.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after displaying a query operation interface corresponding to a query event during the network call with the target object, the method further comprises:
and playing second voice prompt information, wherein the second voice prompt information is used for prompting the inquiry main body to operate on the inquiry operation interface.
7. The method of claim 4, wherein in displaying the processing result and displaying the second operation control, the method further comprises:
and playing third voice prompt information, wherein the third voice prompt information is used for prompting the inquiry main body to end the network conversation with the target object under the condition of finishing the inquiry.
8. An apparatus for processing network call data, comprising:
the response module is used for responding to the received calling operation to call a target object so as to communicate with the target object;
the first display module is used for displaying a query operation interface corresponding to a query event in the process of carrying out network call with the target object, wherein the query operation interface comprises a control allowing selection;
and the second display module is used for receiving the first selection operation generated on the query operation interface and displaying a processing result, wherein the processing result is a result of processing the query event according to the selected control.
9. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium includes a stored program, and when the program runs, the storage medium is controlled by a device to execute the method for processing network call data according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A processor, characterized in that the processor is configured to execute a program, wherein the program executes the method for processing the network call data according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
