Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
The recording method of the embodiment of the invention can be applied to earphone equipment; one of the core concepts is that call information is acquired in the process of receiving a call or initiating a call; and if the MDN in the calling information is the preset MDN and the calling is confirmed to be answered, recording the conversation by the earphone equipment.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of an embodiment of a recording method of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 102, in the process of receiving a call or initiating a call, the earphone device obtains call information, wherein the call information comprises a calling mobile subscriber directory number (MDN).
And step 104, judging whether the calling MDN is a preset MDN.
And step 106, if the call MDN is the preset MDN and the call is answered, acquiring call voice data.
And step 108, storing the call voice data.
In one example, the earphone device and the terminal device can be wirelessly connected through bluetooth. The terminal equipment connected with the earphone equipment can initiate a call to at least one other equipment; calls originated by other devices may also be received by the terminal device connected to the headset device. The other devices may include other terminal devices than the terminal device connected to the headphone device, and may also include other headphone devices than the headphone device. In the process that the terminal equipment receives a call or initiates a call, the terminal equipment can send corresponding call information to the earphone equipment, and then the earphone equipment can acquire the call information of the terminal equipment; or the earphone equipment can actively acquire the calling information from the terminal equipment; the call information may include a call MDN, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In one example, calls may also be initiated to or received from other devices by the headset device. In the process that the earphone device receives a call or initiates the call, the earphone device can acquire call information.
The calling can be carried out through a third-party communication application program in the terminal equipment/the earphone equipment or through a telephone function carried by the terminal equipment/the earphone equipment; the call can be a voice call or a video call; the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this respect.
In the embodiment of the invention, a user using the earphone equipment can set the MDN required to be recorded as the preset MDN in advance according to requirements, such as the MDN of an important client, the MDN of a superior leader and the like. Of course, the earphone device may also determine the MDN that the user needs to record according to the recording habit of the user, and set the MDN that the user needs to record as the preset MDN. And the earphone equipment can learn a new preset MDN according to the preset MDN set by the user, and the like. Furthermore, after acquiring the call MDN, the headset device may determine whether the call MDN is a preset MDN; and if the call MDN is the preset MDN, judging whether the call is answered or not. If the call is answered, the earphone device can acquire call voice data in the call process. Then, the acquired call voice data can be stored; the way for the headset device to store the call voice data may include multiple ways, such as storing the call voice data locally, storing the call voice data to a server, and storing the call voice data in other devices, which may be devices other than the headset; the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this regard.
If it is determined that the call MDN is not the preset MDN, the call voice data may not be stored.
In summary, in the embodiments of the present invention, in the process of receiving a call or initiating a call, the earphone device may obtain call information of the terminal device; then judging whether the calling MDN is a preset MDN or not, if the calling mobile subscriber directory number MDN in the calling information is the preset MDN and the calling is answered, acquiring call voice data and storing the call voice data; and then can realize recording the conversation of terminal equipment and presetting the MDN through earphone equipment.
Hereinafter, how to determine whether the calling MDN is the preset MDN according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the flowcharts of steps shown in fig. 2 to 4.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of an alternative embodiment of the recording method of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 202, in the process of receiving a call or initiating a call, the earphone device obtains call information, wherein the call information comprises a calling mobile subscriber directory number (MDN).
And step 204, judging whether the call MDN has a preset identifier.
In an example of the present invention, when the headset device includes a headset, the headset is wirelessly connected to the terminal device, and the terminal device receives a call or initiates a call, the user may determine in advance a preset MDN to be recorded in the terminal device, and add a preset identifier to the preset MDN. The user can add a preset identifier to a preset MDN in an application program of the terminal device related to the earphone; and then, the application program in the terminal equipment synchronizes the preset MDN and the preset identification of the preset MDN to the earphone.
In an example of the present invention, when the headset device includes a headset receiving device, the headset receiving device is wirelessly connected to the terminal device, and the terminal device receives a call or initiates a call, the user may determine a preset MDN to be recorded in the terminal device in advance, and add a preset identifier to the preset MDN. The user can add a preset identifier to the preset MDN in an application program of the terminal equipment related to the earphone storage device; and then, the application program in the terminal equipment synchronizes the preset MDN and the preset identification of the preset MDN to the earphone accommodating device.
In one example of the present invention, when the headset device includes the headset receiving means and a call is received or initiated by the headset receiving means; or, when the earphone device includes an earphone and an earphone receiving device wirelessly connected to the earphone, and the earphone receiving device receives a call or initiates a call, the user may determine in advance a preset MDN to be recorded in the earphone receiving device, and add a preset identifier to the preset MDN.
In an example of the present invention, when the earphone device includes an earphone and an earphone storage device wirelessly connected to the earphone, the earphone is wirelessly connected to the terminal device, and the terminal device receives a call or initiates a call, a user may determine a preset MDN to be recorded in the terminal device in advance, and add a preset identifier to the preset MDN. The user can add a preset identifier to the preset MDN in an application program of the terminal equipment related to the earphone storage device; and then, the application program in the terminal equipment synchronizes the preset MDN and the preset identification of the preset MDN to the earphone accommodating device.
After the earphone device determines the preset MDN and the preset identification of the preset MDN, the preset MDN and the preset identification of the preset MDN can be synchronized to the server.
In an example of the present invention, the headset device/server may determine a preset MDN that needs to be recorded, and add a corresponding preset identifier to the preset MDN. For example, the MDNs in a certain group (e.g., a client group, a leader group, etc.) in the address book may be determined as preset MDNs, and preset identifiers may be added to the preset MDNs. The earphone device/server can also determine a preset MDN determined by a user and acquire associated information corresponding to the preset MDN determined by the user; the associated information may include various information such as grouping information, call duration, call frequency, recording frequency, total call time, and the like. Then, after the user updates the address list, the association information of the newly added MDN can be obtained; and then judging whether the newly added MDN is determined as the preset MDN or not based on the associated information of the preset MDN determined by the user and the associated information of the newly added MDN. When it is determined that the newly added MDN is determined as the preset MDN, a preset identifier may be added to the newly added MDN.
In an example, one way of determining whether to determine the newly added MDN as the preset MDN based on the association information of the preset MDN and the association information of the newly added MDN determined by the user may be: for a preset MDN, it may be determined whether the newly added MDN associated information matches the associated information of the preset MDN, and if the newly added MDN associated information matches the associated information of the preset MDN, the newly added MDN is determined as the preset MDN. The association information may include: grouping information, call duration, call frequency, audio recording frequency and the like. Wherein, whether the grouping information of the newly added MDN is the same as that of the preset MDN can be judged; judging whether the difference value between the call duration of the newly added MDN and the call duration of the preset MDN is smaller than a first preset value or not; judging whether the difference value between the conversation frequency of the newly added MDN and the conversation frequency of the preset MDN is smaller than a second preset value or not; judging whether the difference value between the recording frequency of the newly added MDN and the recording frequency of the preset MDN is smaller than a third preset value or not; judging whether the difference value between the total call time length of the newly added MDN and the total call time length of the preset MDN is smaller than a fourth preset value or not; and so on. When the grouping information of the newly added MDN is the same as that of the preset MDN; and/or the difference value between the newly added call time length of the MDN and the call time length of the preset MDN is smaller than a first preset value; and/or the difference value between the conversation frequency of the newly added MDN and the conversation frequency of the preset MDN is smaller than a second preset value; and/or the difference value between the recording frequency of the newly added MDN and the recording frequency of the preset MDN is smaller than a third preset value; and/or the difference value between the total call time length of the newly added MDN and the total call time length of the preset MDN is smaller than a fourth preset value; it may be determined that the association information of the newly added MDN matches the association information of the preset MDN. And if at least one preset MDN exists, wherein the associated information of the preset MDN is matched with the associated information of the newly added MDN, determining the newly added MDN as the preset MDN. The first preset value, the second preset value, the third preset value, and the fourth preset value may all be set as required, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
After the calling MDN is acquired, whether the calling MDN has a preset identifier or not can be judged; if the calling MDN has the preset identifier, it may be determined that the calling MDN is the preset MDN, and step 206 may be performed. If the calling MDN does not have the preset identification, the calling MDN can be determined not to be the preset MDN, and after the calling is determined to be answered, the call voice data does not need to be recorded.
And step 206, if the call MDN has the preset identifier and the call is answered, acquiring call voice data.
If the call MDN has the preset identification and the call is answered, the earphone device can acquire call voice data in the call process.
During the call, only one call user may speak, or a plurality of call users may speak. When only one talking user speaks, the talking voice data acquired by the earphone device may include the voice data of one talking user; when a plurality of talking users speak, the talking voice data acquired by the earphone device may include voice data of the plurality of talking users. When a local terminal conversation user (namely a user using the earphone device) speaks, the earphone device can acquire voice data of the local terminal conversation user; when the opposite-end conversation user speaks, the earphone device can receive voice data of the opposite-end conversation user. The voice data of the local terminal call user can be called as first voice data; the voice data of the opposite-end call user is referred to as second voice data.
The process of acquiring the second voice data by the headset may be as follows: when the earphone device is connected with the terminal device and the terminal device receives a call or initiates a call, other devices can send second voice data to the terminal device connected with the earphone device after acquiring the second voice data of an opposite-end communication user using the other devices; after receiving the second voice data, the terminal device connected with the earphone device can send the second voice data to the earphone device, and then the earphone device can acquire the second voice data. Wherein the second voice data may include voice data of at least one opposite-end call user.
Of course, when the earphone device receives a call or initiates a call, other devices may send second voice data to the earphone device after obtaining the second voice data of the opposite-end communication user using the other devices; and the earphone device can acquire the second voice data.
Of course, when both the local terminal call user and the opposite terminal call user speak during the call, the headset device may obtain the first voice data and the second voice data.
The first voice data and/or the second voice data may then be used as call voice data.
And step 208, storing the call voice data.
In an example of the present invention, after acquiring the call voice data, the headset device may actively store the call voice data. The earphone device can only store first voice data in the call voice data, can also only store second voice data in the call voice data, and can also store the first voice data and the second voice data in the call voice data; the method and the device can be specifically set according to requirements, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited in this respect. The earphone device can store the first voice data and the second voice data according to the sequence of acquiring the first voice data and the second voice data; that is, the earphone device may store the first voice data after acquiring the first voice data each time; and storing the second voice data after the second voice data is acquired. In the process of the communication between the terminal device and other terminal devices, when the conversation between the communication users is a multi-turn conversation, the earphone device can acquire first voice data and second voice data of the multi-turn conversation.
Certainly, after the first voice data of the local terminal communication user is collected, the earphone device can store the first voice data and send the first voice data to the terminal device of the opposite terminal communication user; to enable a call between the calling users.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart illustrating steps of another alternative embodiment of the recording method of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 302, in the process of receiving a call or initiating a call, the earphone device obtains call information, wherein the call information includes a calling mobile subscriber directory number MDN.
And step 304, judging whether the call MDN has a preset identifier.
Step 306, if the call MDN has a preset identifier and the call is answered, acquiring call voice data.
Step 308, if the calling MDN does not have the preset identifier, determining whether there is an MDN with the preset identifier whose associated information matches the associated information of the calling MDN.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the earphone device/server does not judge whether the newly added MDN is the preset MDN or not, and when the newly added MDN is not determined to be the preset MDN, a preset identifier is added to the newly added MDN; after determining that the calling MDN does not have the preset identifier, it may be determined whether there is an MDN having a preset identifier whose associated information matches the associated information of the calling MDN. For each MDN with the preset identification, whether the associated information of the MDN with the preset identification is matched with the associated information of the calling MDN can be judged; this is similar to the above-mentioned determination of whether the newly added MDN associated information matches the associated information of the preset MDN, and is not described herein again. If there is at least one MDN having a preset identity whose associated information matches that of the calling MDN, it may be determined that the calling MDN is the preset MDN, and step 310 may be performed. If the MDN with the preset identification and the associated information matched with the associated information of the calling MDN does not exist, the calling MDN is determined not to be the preset MDN, and after the calling is determined to be answered, the call voice data does not need to be recorded.
And 310, if the MDN with the preset identification exists and the call is answered, wherein the correlation information of the MDN is matched with the correlation information of the call MDN, and the call voice data is obtained.
And step 312, storing the call voice data.
Steps 310 to 312 are similar to steps 206 to 208 described above, and are not described again.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart illustrating steps of another alternative embodiment of the recording method of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 402, in the process of receiving a call or initiating a call, the earphone device obtains call information, wherein the call information comprises a calling mobile subscriber directory number (MDN).
And step 404, judging whether the local terminal call user records the call voice data in the previous call process of calling the MDN.
In the embodiment of the invention, if the user does not set the preset MDN, the earphone device/server also does not set the preset MDN, and the earphone device/server does not judge whether the newly added MDN is the preset MDN; after the call MDN is obtained, the headset device/server may determine whether the user of the local terminal has recorded the call voice data during the previous call with the call MDN. If the fact that the local terminal call user records call voice data in the previous call process with the call MDN is determined, the call MDN can be determined to be a preset MDN; step 406 may be performed; otherwise, it may be determined that the call MDN is not the preset MDN, and after it is determined that the call is answered, it is not necessary to record the call voice data.
And step 406, if the local end call user records the call voice data in the previous call process of calling the MDN and the call is answered, acquiring the call voice data.
And step 408, storing the call voice data.
Steps 406-408 are similar to steps 206-208 described above and will not be described again.
Of course, the embodiment of the present invention may also include other ways of determining whether the call MDN is the preset MDN; for example, after acquiring the call MDN, the headset device/server may further determine whether the call MDN is a preset grouped MDN. If the calling MDN is a preset grouped MDN, it may be determined that the MDN is a preset MDN; if the calling MDN is not the MDN of the preset packet, it may be determined that the calling MDN is not the preset MDN. The preset group may be set according to requirements, such as a client group, a leader group, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the earphone device may include an earphone, the earphone is wirelessly connected to a terminal device, and a device that receives a call or initiates a call may be the terminal device. Further, a manner for the headset device to determine whether the call MDN is the preset MDN may be: the earphone judges whether the calling MDN is a preset MDN or not; and the call voice data may be stored by the headset. In an optional embodiment of the invention, the call voice data may be stored locally on the headset; the method comprises the following specific steps:
referring to FIG. 5, a flowchart illustrating steps of another recording method embodiment of the present invention is shown.
Step 502, in the process that the terminal device receives a call or initiates a call, the earphone acquires call information from the terminal device, wherein the call information comprises a calling mobile subscriber directory number (MDN).

Step 506, if the call MDN is the preset MDN and the call is answered, the earphone collects first voice data of a local terminal call user; and/or receiving second voice data sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the second voice data is voice data of an opposite-end call user.
During the call, only one call user may speak, or a plurality of call users may speak. When only one talking user speaks, the talking voice data acquired by the headset may include voice data of one talking user. When a plurality of talking users speak, the talking voice data acquired by the earphone may include voice data of the plurality of talking users. When a call user (i.e., a home terminal call user) using a terminal device connected to an earphone makes a speech, the earphone can acquire voice data of the home terminal call user; when the opposite-end conversation user speaks, the earphone can receive voice data of the opposite-end conversation user. The voice data of the local terminal call user can be called as first voice data; the voice data of the opposite-end call user is referred to as second voice data. The process of acquiring the second voice data by the headset may be as follows: after acquiring second voice data of the opposite-end communication user, the other equipment can send the second voice data to terminal equipment connected with the earphone; after receiving the second voice data, the terminal device connected to the earphone can send the second voice data to the earphone, and the earphone can acquire the second voice data. Wherein the second voice data may include voice data of at least one calling user.
Of course, when the local terminal user and the opposite terminal user speak, the earphone may obtain the first voice data and the second voice data.
Step 508, the earphone stores the call voice data locally.
In the embodiment of the invention, a storage module can be arranged in the earphone, and the storage module can be used for storing data.
After the earphone acquires the call voice data, the call voice data can be stored in a local storage module. When a subsequent user needs to use the call voice data, the earphone can be instructed to play the call voice data by executing corresponding operation; or sending the call voice data stored in the earphone to other equipment, and then instructing the other equipment to play the call voice data by executing corresponding operation; the embodiments of the present invention are not limited in this regard.
