In the embodiment of the invention, when the terminal equipment receives the incoming call, if the local terminal call user using the terminal equipment is inconvenient to answer/does not want to answer the incoming call, the answering substituting operation can be executed for the earphone so as to instruct the telephone assistant in the earphone to answer the incoming call in the terminal equipment instead. The step of the local call user performing the substitution operation on the earphone may include various steps, such as sending a preset substitution voice command, touching the earphone according to a preset substitution mode, performing a preset substitution action on the head to drive the earphone to perform a preset substitution action, so as to instruct a phone assistant in the earphone to substitute for receiving an incoming call in the terminal device. The preset substitution voice command, the preset substitution mode and the preset substitution action can be set according to requirements, and the invention is not limited to the above. The touch manner may include various manners, such as sliding, clicking, etc., which are not limited in this embodiment of the present invention. Of course, when the terminal device receives the incoming call, if the preset answering substituting condition is met, the telephone assistant in the earphone can actively answer the incoming call in the terminal device.
After the telephone assistant takes the call in the terminal device instead, the telephone assistant can make a call with the opposite-end call user. After the telephone assistant answers the call, the terminal equipment can send the voice data of the opposite-end call user to the earphone; the earphone can play the voice data of the opposite-end call user on one hand, and can call a telephone assistant in the earphone on the other hand to generate interactive voice data matched with the voice data of the opposite-end call user. In one example, the telephone assistant may locally generate interactive voice data that matches the voice data of the opposite-end call user. In one example of the present invention, the headset has a networking function, and the phone assistant may also send voice data of the opposite-end call user to the server, and the server generates interactive voice data matching the voice data of the opposite-end call user and returns the interactive voice data to the phone assistant. The earphone can acquire the interactive voice data (namely the voice data of the telephone assistant), then the interactive voice data can be sent to the terminal equipment of the local terminal call user on one hand, and then the terminal equipment of the local terminal call user sends the interactive voice data to the equipment of the opposite terminal call user; to realize the communication between the telephone assistant and the opposite-end communication user. On the other hand, the interactive voice data may be played.
And in the process of the telephone assistant in the earphone and the opposite-end call user, the earphone can acquire the voice data generated by the telephone assistant and receive the voice data of the opposite-end call user sent by the terminal equipment as first call voice data. The earphone may play the voice data of the phone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user according to the order of obtaining the voice data of the phone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user.
Step 204, the earphone receives a call takeover instruction, where the call takeover instruction is triggered by the local call user based on the first call voice data.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user may perform the take-over operation on the earphone, such as sending a preset take-over voice command, touching the earphone according to a preset take-over mode, performing a preset take-over action on the head to drive the earphone to perform the preset take-over action, so as to instruct the phone assistant in the earphone to stop taking over instead, and execute step 206. The preset take-over voice command, the preset take-over mode and the preset take-over action can be set according to requirements, and the invention is not limited to the above.
Step 206, the earphone collects second communication voice data of the local communication user, and sends the second communication voice data to the terminal device, and the terminal device sends the second voice communication data to the device of the opposite communication user.
After receiving the call takeover instruction, the earphone can collect second communication voice data of the local call user, and then send the second communication voice data to the terminal equipment of the local call user; and then the terminal equipment of the local terminal call user sends the second communication voice data to the equipment of the opposite terminal call user, so that the local terminal call user and the opposite terminal call user can make a call.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the earphone device includes an earphone receiving device, the phone assistant is disposed in the earphone receiving device, the earphone receiving device is wirelessly connected with the terminal device, and the incoming call is received by the terminal device. The call data processing method of the embodiment of the invention can be as follows:

In one example, the earphone receiving device and the terminal device may be connected wirelessly through bluetooth.

After the telephone assistant answers the call, the terminal equipment can send the voice data of the opposite-end call user to the earphone storage device; the earphone storage device can play the voice data of the opposite-end call user on one hand, and can call a telephone assistant in the earphone storage device to generate interactive voice data matched with the voice data of the opposite-end call user on the other hand. In one example, the telephone assistant may locally generate interactive voice data that matches the voice data of the opposite-end call user. The earphone storage device can acquire interactive voice data (namely voice data of a telephone assistant), then the interactive voice data can be sent to terminal equipment of a local call user on one hand, and then the terminal equipment of the local call user sends the interactive voice data to equipment of an opposite call user; to enable the telephone assistant to communicate with the opposite-end call user. On the other hand, the interactive voice data may be played.
And in the process of the telephone assistant in the earphone containing device and the opposite-end call user, the earphone containing device can acquire the voice data generated by the telephone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user sent by the terminal equipment as first call voice data. The earphone storage device can play the voice data of the telephone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user according to the sequence of acquiring the voice data of the telephone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user.
Step 304, the earphone receiving device receives a call takeover instruction, where the call takeover instruction is triggered by the local call user based on the first call voice data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a user may perform a take-over operation on the earphone storage device, such as sending a preset take-over voice command, touching the earphone storage device according to a preset take-over manner, performing a preset take-over action on the head to drive the earphone storage device to perform a preset take-over action, so as to instruct a phone assistant in the earphone storage device to stop taking over, and execute step 306. Step 306, the earphone storage device collects second communication voice data of the local terminal call user, and sends the second communication voice data to the terminal device, and the terminal device sends the second voice call data to the device of the opposite terminal call user.
After receiving the call takeover instruction, the earphone containing device can collect second communication voice data of the local call user, and then send the second communication voice data to the terminal equipment of the local call user; and then the terminal equipment of the local terminal call user sends the second communication voice data to the equipment of the opposite terminal call user, so that the local terminal call user and the opposite terminal call user can make a call.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the earphone device includes an earphone receiving device, the phone assistant is disposed in the earphone receiving device, and the incoming call is received by the earphone receiving device. The earphone storage device can play the voice data of the telephone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user according to the sequence of acquiring the voice data of the telephone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user.
Step 404, the earphone receiving device receives a call takeover instruction, where the call takeover instruction is triggered by the local call user based on the first call voice data.

Step 406, the earphone storage device collects second communication voice data of the local communication user, and sends the second communication voice data to the equipment of the opposite communication user.
After receiving the call takeover instruction, the earphone containing device can collect second communication voice data of the local call user, and then send the second communication voice data to the terminal equipment of the local call user; and then the terminal equipment of the local terminal call user sends the second communication voice data to the equipment of the opposite terminal call user, so that the local terminal call user and the opposite terminal call user can make a call.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the earphone device includes an earphone and an earphone receiving device wirelessly connected to the earphone; the earphone storage device can be used for storing earphones, charging the earphones and performing data processing. In one example, the phone assistant is disposed in the earphone storage device, and the phone assistant performs data processing on the opposite-end call data. In one example, the headset is wirelessly connected to the headset housing device via bluetooth. The earphone is in wireless connection with the terminal equipment, and the incoming call is received by the terminal equipment. The call data processing method of the embodiment of the invention can be as follows:

When the terminal device receives an incoming call, if the local call user using the terminal device is inconvenient to answer/does not want to answer the incoming call, the telephone assistant in the earphone storage device can be instructed to answer the incoming call in the terminal device by executing the answering operation for the earphone/earphone storage device.
In one implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, the local end call user may perform a substitution operation on the headset, such as sending a preset voice command, touching the headset according to a preset manner, and performing a preset action on the head to drive the headset to perform the preset action. After receiving the substitution instruction, the earphone can send the substitution instruction to the earphone storage device; to instruct a telephone assistant in the earphone receiving device to answer an incoming call in the terminal device instead.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the local end call user may perform a substitution operation on the earphone storage, such as sending a preset voice command, touching the earphone according to a preset manner, and performing a preset action by the hand to drive the earphone storage device to perform the preset action; to instruct a telephone assistant in the earphone receiving device to answer an incoming call in the terminal device instead.

After the telephone assistant takes the call in the terminal device instead, the telephone assistant can make a call with the opposite-end call user. After the phone assistant answers the call, the terminal device may send the voice data of the opposite-end call user to the earphone. Then, the earphone can send the voice data of the opposite-end call user to the telephone assistant in the earphone storage device on one hand, and can play the voice data of the opposite-end call user on the other hand. In one example, after receiving voice data of the opposite-end call user, the telephone assistant may locally generate interactive voice data that matches the voice data of the opposite-end call user. In one example of the present invention, the earphone storage device has a networking function, and further, the earphone storage device may also send voice data of the opposite-end call user to the server, and the server generates interactive voice data matched with the voice data of the opposite-end call user and returns the interactive voice data to the phone assistant. The phone assistant of the headset receiving device may then send the interactive voice data (i.e., the phone assistant's voice data) to the headset; the earphone can play the interactive voice data on one hand, and can send the interactive voice data to the terminal equipment of the local end call user on the other hand, and the terminal equipment of the local end call user sends the interactive voice data to the equipment of the opposite end call user so as to realize the communication between the telephone assistant and the opposite end call user.
In the process that the telephone assistant in the earphone storage device takes the place of the incoming call, the earphone can receive the voice data of the telephone assistant sent by the earphone storage device and the voice data of the opposite-end call user sent by the terminal equipment, so as to obtain the first call voice data of the conversation. The voice data of the telephone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user can then be played in the order in which the voice data of the telephone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user were obtained.
Step 504, the earphone receives a call takeover instruction, where the call takeover instruction is triggered by the local call user based on the first call voice data.
In one example of the invention, a user can execute a take-over operation such as sending a preset take-over voice command to the earphone, touching the earphone according to a preset take-over mode, and executing a preset take-over action by the head to drive the earphone to execute the preset take-over action; the corresponding headset may receive the call takeover instruction and then, on the one hand, may send the call takeover instruction to the headset receiving device to instruct the phone assistant in the headset receiving device to stop the substitution connection, and on the other hand, step 506 is performed. The preset take-over voice command, the preset take-over mode and the preset take-over action can be set according to requirements, and the invention is not limited to the above.
In an example of the present invention, a user may perform a take-over operation on the earphone storage device, such as sending a preset take-over voice command, touching the earphone according to a preset take-over manner, performing a preset take-over action by a hand to drive the earphone to perform a preset take-over action, and so on. Correspondingly, the earphone accommodating device can receive a corresponding take-over instruction; on the one hand, the telephone assistant in the earphone storage device can be instructed to stop the substitution connection; alternatively, the take over instruction may be sent to the headset to instruct the headset to perform step 506. The preset take-over voice command, the preset take-over mode and the preset take-over action can be set according to requirements, and the invention is not limited to the above.
Wherein, the voice command, the method and the action are taken over by the earphone; the method comprises the steps of receiving a voice command of a preset takeover for the earphone receiving device, a preset takeover method and a preset takeover action; can be the same or different and can be set according to the requirements.
Step 506, the earphone collects second communication voice data of the local communication user, and sends the second communication voice data to the terminal device, and the terminal device sends the second voice communication data to the device of the opposite communication user.
After receiving the take-over instruction, the earphone can acquire second communication voice data of the local terminal call user; then, the second communication voice data is sent to the terminal equipment of the local communication user; and then the terminal equipment of the local terminal call user sends the second communication voice data to the equipment of the opposite terminal call user, so that the local terminal call user and the opposite terminal call user can make a call.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the earphone device includes an earphone and an earphone receiving device wirelessly connected to the earphone, and the telephone assistant is disposed in the earphone receiving device. Wherein, the incoming call is the incoming call received by the earphone storage device. The call data processing method of the embodiment of the invention can be as follows:

In one example of the present invention, the earphone receiving device may also be used to receive and/or transmit calls. When the earphone storage device receives the incoming call, if the local end call user using the earphone storage device is inconvenient to answer/does not want to answer the incoming call, the telephone assistant in the earphone storage device can be instructed to answer the incoming call in the earphone storage device by executing the answering operation aiming at the earphone/earphone storage device. Of course, when the earphone accommodating device receives an incoming call, the telephone assistant in the earphone accommodating device actively takes the place of the incoming call.
In one implementation of the embodiment of the present invention, the local end call user may perform a substitution operation on the headset, such as sending a preset voice command, touching the headset according to a preset manner, and performing a preset action on the head to drive the headset to perform the preset action. After receiving the substitution instruction, the earphone can send the substitution instruction to the earphone storage device; to instruct a telephone assistant in the earphone receiving device to answer an incoming call in the earphone receiving device instead.
In another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the local end call user may perform a substitution operation on the earphone storage, such as sending a preset voice command, touching the earphone according to a preset manner, and performing a preset action by the hand to drive the earphone storage device to perform the preset action; to instruct a telephone assistant in the earphone receiving device to answer an incoming call in the earphone receiving device instead.

After the telephone assistant takes the call in the earphone containing device instead, the telephone assistant can communicate with the opposite-end call user. After receiving an incoming call, the telephone assistant of the earphone storage device can receive voice data of a call user at the opposite end; then, on the one hand, the voice data of the opposite-end call user can be sent to the earphone, and the earphone plays the voice data of the opposite-end call user. On the other hand, in one example, the telephone assistant may locally generate interactive voice data that matches the voice data of the opposite-end call user. In another example, the earphone storage device has a networking function, and further the earphone storage device may also send voice data of the opposite-end call user to the server, and the server generates interactive voice data matched with the voice data of the opposite-end call user and returns the interactive voice data to the phone assistant. The phone assistant of the headset receiving device may then send the interactive voice data (i.e., the voice data of the phone assistant) to the device of the opposite-end talker in communication with the headset receiving device, on the one hand, to enable the phone assistant to communicate with the opposite-end talker. On the other hand, the telephone assistant of the earphone accommodating device can send the interactive voice data to the earphone, and the earphone plays the voice data of the telephone assistant.
And in the conversation process of the telephone assistant in the earphone and the opposite-end conversation user, the earphone can receive the voice data of the telephone assistant sent by the earphone storage device and the voice data of the opposite-end conversation user sent by the earphone storage device, so as to obtain first conversation voice data of conversation. The voice data of the telephone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user can then be played in the order in which the voice data of the telephone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user were obtained.
Step 604, the earphone receives a call takeover instruction, where the call takeover instruction is triggered by the local call user based on the first call voice data.
Step 604 is similar to step 504 described above and will not be described again.
Step 606, the earphone collects second communication voice data of the local communication user, and sends the second communication voice data to the earphone storage device, and the earphone storage device sends the second communication voice data to the equipment of the opposite communication user.
After receiving the take-over instruction, the earphone can acquire second communication voice data of the local terminal call user, and then the second communication voice data is sent to the earphone storage device; the second communication voice data is transmitted to the device of the opposite-end communication user communicating with the earphone storage device. The terminal device in communication with the earphone receiving device may be the earphone receiving device, or may be a terminal device other than the earphone receiving device and the earphone, such as a mobile phone, a tablet, or the like.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the phone assistant may further analyze the first call voice data, and generate takeover prompting information to prompt the user to take over the call when it is determined that the call needs to be taken over by the user.
Referring to fig. 7, a flowchart illustrating steps of yet another embodiment of a call data processing method of the present invention is shown.
Step 702, acquiring first call voice data of a conversation in a process of receiving an incoming call by a telephone assistant in the earphone device.
Step 704, playing the first call voice data.
The steps 702 to 704 are similar to the step 102 described above, and are not repeated here.
And 706, performing semantic analysis on the first call voice data to obtain a corresponding voice analysis result.
Step 708, generating take-over prompt information according to the voice analysis result, wherein the take-over prompt information is used for prompting a local terminal call user to take over the call.
In the embodiment of the invention, the telephone assistant can be called to carry out semantic analysis on the first call voice data. The first call voice data can be subjected to voice recognition to obtain a corresponding voice recognition text; and then carrying out voice analysis by carrying out natural voice processing on the voice recognition text to obtain a corresponding voice analysis result.
In one example, the speech analysis results can be divided into two categories depending on whether the call requires immediate processing by the user: a first type of result and a second type of result. If the semantic analysis is performed on the first call voice data, and it is determined that the call needs immediate processing by the user, it may be determined that the voice analysis result is a first type result; if the semantic analysis is performed on the first call voice data, and it is determined that the call does not need immediate processing by the user, it may be determined that the voice analysis result is a second type result. That is, the first type of results may refer to results that require the user to take over the call, and the second type of results may refer to results that do not require the user to take over the call. Of course, the voice analysis result may be divided into multiple categories according to the emergency degree of the call required to be handled by the user, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
If the voice analysis result is the first type result, it can be determined that the call needs to be taken over by the user, and take-over prompt information can be generated at the moment. If the voice analysis result is the second type result, it can be determined that the call is not required to be taken over by the user, and then the take-over prompt information is not required to be generated.
Of course, after the voice analysis results are divided into three or more categories, it may be predetermined which categories of voice analysis results need to generate the takeover prompt information, and which categories of voice analysis results need not generate the takeover prompt information. And then after carrying out semantic analysis on the first call voice data to obtain a corresponding voice analysis result, determining whether to generate take-over prompt information.
The user can judge whether to take over the call according to the played first call voice data and the take-over prompt information; thereby further preventing the user from missing an important call.
The embodiment of the present invention does not limit the execution sequence of step 704 and steps 706 to 708.
Step 710, receiving a call takeover instruction.
That is, the call takeover instruction may be triggered by the local end call user based on the first call voice data and/or the takeover prompting information.
Step 712, collecting second through voice data of the local end call user, and transmitting the second through voice data to the device of the opposite end call user.
Steps 710 to 712 are similar to steps 104 to 106 described above, and are not repeated here.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, in the process of the telephone assistant in the earphone device substituting for the incoming call, the first talking voice data of the dialogue may be obtained; then, on one hand, the first call voice data can be played, so that a local call user can judge whether to take over the call according to the first call voice data; on the other hand, semantic analysis can be carried out on the first call voice data to obtain a corresponding voice analysis result, and then take-over prompt information is generated according to the voice analysis result so as to prompt a local call user to take over the call; the user can judge whether to take over the call according to the played first call voice data and/or the take-over prompt information; thereby further preventing the user from missing an important call.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, when the user takes over and again requires the telephone assistant to make a surrogate connection, a surrogate connection operation may be performed. After the user executes the substitution operation, the method further comprises the following steps: receiving a substitution instruction; and calling the telephone assistant to communicate with the opposite-end communication user. When the earphone device only comprises the earphone, the earphone can call a telephone assistant arranged in the earphone to communicate with a corresponding communication user. When the earphone device includes only the earphone receiving device, the earphone receiving device may call a telephone assistant provided therein to talk with the opposite-end talk user. When the earphone device comprises an earphone and an earphone containing device, and the earphone is connected with the terminal device, the earphone containing device can receive the substitution instruction and call a telephone assistant arranged in the earphone containing device to talk with the opposite-end talking user again. When the earphone device comprises an earphone and an earphone containing device, and the incoming call is the incoming call received by the earphone containing device, the earphone containing device can receive the substitution instruction and call a telephone assistant arranged in the earphone containing device to communicate with the opposite-end communication user.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are shown as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred embodiments, and that the acts are not necessarily required by the embodiments of the invention.
Referring to fig. 8, a block diagram of an embodiment of the earphone device of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following modules:
the earphone device 802 is configured to obtain and play first talking voice data of a session in a process of the earphone device answering an incoming call; receiving a call takeover instruction, wherein the call takeover instruction is triggered by a local call user based on the first call voice data; and collecting second communication voice data of the local terminal call user, and sending the second communication voice data to equipment of the opposite terminal call user.
Referring to fig. 9, a block diagram of an alternate embodiment of the earphone device of the present invention is shown.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a phone assistant is disposed in the earphone device, and the earphone device 802 is configured to obtain, during a call pickup process performed by the phone assistant, voice data of the phone assistant and voice data of the opposite-end call user, so as to obtain first call voice data of a conversation.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the earphone device 802 includes an earphone 8022, the phone assistant is disposed in the earphone 8022, the earphone 8022 is wirelessly connected with a terminal device, and the incoming call is received by the terminal device;
The earphone 8022 is configured to receive voice data of the opposite-end call user sent by the terminal device; and collecting second communication voice data of the local communication user, transmitting the second communication voice data to the terminal equipment, and transmitting the second communication voice data to equipment of the opposite communication user by the terminal equipment.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the earphone device includes an earphone storage 8024, the phone assistant is disposed in the earphone storage 8024, the earphone storage 8024 is wirelessly connected with a terminal device, and the incoming call is received by the terminal device;

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the earphone device 802 includes an earphone 8022 and an earphone accommodating device 8024 wirelessly connected to the earphone 8022, the earphone 8022 is wirelessly connected to a terminal device, the incoming call is received by the terminal device, and the phone assistant is disposed in the earphone accommodating device 8024;
the earphone 8022 is configured to receive voice data of the telephone assistant sent by the earphone storing device 8024; receiving voice data of the opposite-end call user sent by the terminal equipment; and collecting second communication voice data of the local communication user, sending the second communication voice data to the terminal equipment, and sending the second communication voice data to equipment of the opposite communication user by the terminal equipment.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the earphone device 802 includes an earphone 8022 and an earphone accommodating device 8024 wirelessly connected to the earphone 8022, the incoming call is received by the earphone accommodating device 8024, and the telephone assistant is disposed in the earphone accommodating device 8024;

In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the earphone device 802 is further configured to receive a surrogate command; and calling the telephone assistant to communicate with the opposite-end communication user.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the earphone device 802 is further configured to perform semantic analysis on the first voice data to obtain a corresponding voice analysis result; and generating takeover prompt information according to the voice analysis result, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a local terminal call user to take over the call.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, in the process of answering an incoming call by using an earphone device, the earphone device may acquire and play the first talking voice data of the session, so that the user may know the session content of the earphone device and the opposite-end talking user to determine whether to take over the session; after the user executes the take-over operation, a call take-over instruction can be triggered, and correspondingly, the earphone device can receive the call take-over instruction, can acquire second communication voice data of the local terminal call user and send the second communication voice data to equipment of the opposite terminal call user, so that the local terminal call user and the opposite terminal call user can communicate; and further, in the call process of answering the incoming call instead, the user takes over the call.
For the device embodiments, since they are substantially similar to the method embodiments, the description is relatively simple, and reference is made to the description of the method embodiments for relevant points.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of an earphone device 1000 for call data processing according to an exemplary embodiment.
Referring to fig. 10, the earphone device 1000 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 1002, a memory 1004, a power component 1006, a multimedia component 1008, an audio component 1010, an input/output (I/O) interface 1012, a sensor component 1014, and a communication component 1016.
The processing component 1002 generally controls overall operation of the headset device 1000, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. The processing element 1002 may include one or more processors 1020 to execute instructions to perform all or part of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 1002 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 1002 and other components. For example, the processing component 1002 may include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 1008 and the processing component 1002.
The memory 1004 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the headset device 1000. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the headset device 1000, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, video, and the like. The memory 1004 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or nonvolatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
The power component 1006 provides power to the various components of the headset device 1000. The power components 1006 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the headset device 1000.
The multimedia component 1008 includes a screen between the headset device 1000 and the user that provides an output interface. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia assembly 1008 includes a front-facing camera and/or a rear-facing camera. When the earphone device 1000 is in an operation mode, such as a photographing mode or a video mode, the front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have focal length and optical zoom capabilities.
The audio component 1010 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 1010 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the headset device 1000 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may be further stored in memory 1004 or transmitted via communication component 1016. In some embodiments, the audio component 1010 further comprises a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 1012 provides an interface between the processing assembly 1002 and peripheral interface modules, which may be a keyboard, click wheel, buttons, and the like. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: homepage button, volume button, start button, and lock button.
The sensor assembly 1014 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the headset device 1000. For example, the sensor assembly 1014 may detect an on/off state of the headset device 1000, a relative positioning of components, such as a display and keypad of the headset device 1000, the sensor assembly 1014 may also detect a change in position of the headset device 1000 or a component of the headset device 1000, the presence or absence of a user's contact with the headset device 1000, an orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the headset device 1000, and a change in temperature of the headset device 1000. The sensor assembly 1014 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of nearby objects in the absence of any physical contact. The sensor assembly 1014 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 1014 can also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscopic sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 1016 is configured to facilitate communication between the headset device 1000 and other devices, either wired or wireless. The headset device 1000 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi,2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication part 1014 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 1014 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the headset device 1000 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic elements for executing the methods described above.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium is also provided, such as memory 1004, including instructions executable by processor 1020 of headset device 1000 to perform the above-described method. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be ROM, random Access Memory (RAM), CD-ROM, magnetic tape, floppy disk, optical data storage device, etc.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed by a processor of a headset device, causes the headset device to perform a call data processing method, the method comprising: acquiring and playing first talking voice data of a dialogue in the process of substituting the earphone equipment for an incoming call; receiving a call takeover instruction, wherein the call takeover instruction is triggered by a local call user based on the first call voice data; and collecting second communication voice data of the local terminal call user, and sending the second communication voice data to equipment of the opposite terminal call user.
Optionally, a phone assistant is disposed in the earphone device, and the acquiring the first call voice data of the conversation includes: and in the process of substituting the telephone assistant for the incoming call, acquiring the voice data of the telephone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user to obtain the first call voice data of the conversation.
Optionally, the earphone device includes an earphone, the phone assistant is disposed in the earphone, the earphone is wirelessly connected with a terminal device, and the incoming call is received by the terminal device; the obtaining the voice data of the opposite-end call user includes: the earphone receives voice data of the opposite-end call user sent by the terminal equipment; the collecting second communication voice data of the local end call user and sending the second communication voice data to the equipment of the opposite end call user comprises the following steps: the earphone collects second communication voice data of the local communication user, the second communication voice data are sent to the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment sends the second communication voice data to equipment of the opposite communication user.

Optionally, the method further comprises: receiving a substitution instruction; and calling the telephone assistant to communicate with the opposite-end communication user.
Optionally, the method further comprises: carrying out semantic analysis on the first call voice data to obtain a corresponding voice analysis result; and generating takeover prompt information according to the voice analysis result, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a local terminal call user to take over the call.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device 1100 for call data processing according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The electronic device 1100 may be a server, which may vary widely in configuration or performance, and may include one or more central processing units (central processing units, CPU) 1122 (e.g., one or more processors) and memory 1132, one or more storage media 1130 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) that store applications 1142 or data 1144. Wherein the memory 1132 and the storage medium 1130 may be transitory or persistent. The program stored on the storage medium 1130 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations on a server. Still further, the central processor 1122 may be provided in communication with a storage medium 1130, executing a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 1130 on a server.
The servers may also include one or more power supplies 1126, one or more wired or wireless network interfaces 1150, one or more input output interfaces 1158, one or more keyboards 1156, and/or one or more operating systems 1141, such as Windows Server, mac OS XTM, unixTM, linuxTM, freeBSDTM, etc.
In an exemplary embodiment, the execution of one or more programs by the one or more central processors 1122 by the server includes instructions for: and receiving the voice data of the opposite terminal user uploaded by the earphone device, generating interactive voice data matched with the voice data of the opposite terminal call user, and returning the interactive voice data to the earphone device.

1. A call data processing method, which is applied to a headset device, the method comprising:
if the user executes the substitution operation for the earphone, the earphone equipment substitutes for the incoming call in the terminal equipment;
acquiring and playing first talking voice data of a dialogue in the process of substituting the earphone equipment for an incoming call; the earphone device comprises the earphone, the earphone is in wireless connection with the terminal device, and the incoming call is received by the terminal device; a telephone assistant is arranged in the earphone equipment;
the obtaining the first call voice data of the dialogue includes:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining voice data of a telephone assistant and voice data of an opposite-end call user to obtain first call voice data of a conversation, wherein the mode of executing the substitution operation comprises the steps of sending out a preset substitution voice command, and executing a preset substitution action by touching an earphone or a head according to a preset substitution mode so as to drive the earphone to execute the preset substitution action; the earphone is used for playing the voice data of the telephone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user according to the sequence of the voice data of the telephone assistant and the voice data of the opposite-end call user;

The headset apparatus of claim 8 wherein the headset apparatus includes a headset receiving device, the telephone assistant being disposed in the headset receiving device, the headset receiving device being wirelessly connected to a terminal apparatus, the incoming call being an incoming call received by the terminal apparatus;
the earphone storage device is used for receiving voice data of the opposite-end call user sent by the terminal equipment; and collecting second communication voice data of the local communication user, transmitting the second communication voice data to the terminal equipment, and transmitting the second communication voice data to equipment of the opposite communication user by the terminal equipment.
11. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the earphone apparatus includes an earphone housing device in which the telephone assistant is provided, the incoming call being an incoming call received by the earphone housing device;
The earphone storage device is used for receiving voice data of the opposite-end call user, which is sent by equipment of the opposite-end call user; and collecting second communication voice data of the local terminal call user, and sending the second communication voice data to equipment of the opposite terminal call user.

The earphone device of claim 8, wherein the earphone device comprises an earphone and an earphone receiving device wirelessly connected with the earphone, the earphone is wirelessly connected with a terminal device, the incoming call is received by the terminal device, and the telephone assistant is arranged on the earphone receiving device;
the earphone is used for receiving the voice data of the telephone assistant sent by the earphone storage device; receiving voice data of the opposite-end call user sent by the terminal equipment; and collecting second communication voice data of the local communication user, sending the second communication voice data to the terminal equipment, and sending the second communication voice data to equipment of the opposite communication user by the terminal equipment.

The headphone apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the headphone apparatus includes a headphone and a headphone housing means wirelessly connected to the headphone, the incoming call being received by the headphone housing means, the telephone assistant being provided in the headphone housing means;
