Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present application will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings.
When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, the same numbers in different drawings refer to the same or similar elements, unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the following exemplary examples do not represent all implementations consistent with the application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the application as detailed in the accompanying claims.
In the related art, the problem of shaking exists in the use process of keys of electronic equipment such as mobile phones, so that users feel that the keys are loose and experience is poor. Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a housing assembly of an electronic device and the electronic device, which aim to solve the above-mentioned defects.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a housing assembly 100 for an electronic device. Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the housing assembly 100 includes a housing 110, a key 120, and an elastic member 130. The housing 110 is provided with a first mounting hole 111, and an inner circumferential surface of the first mounting hole 111 includes a first surface a1 and a second surface a2 disposed opposite to each other. The key 120 is disposed in the first mounting hole 111 and is movable in the first mounting hole 111. The elastic member 130 is disposed between the key 120 and the first surface a1, so that the elastic member 130 can make the key 120 closely contact with the second surface a2 when the key 120 moves along the length direction of the first mounting hole 111.
According to the shell assembly 100 provided by the embodiment of the application, the elastic piece 130 is arranged between the key 120 and the first surface a1 of the first mounting hole 111, so that the key 120 can be tightly attached to the second surface a2 under the abutting action of the elastic piece 130 in the moving process of the key 120 in the length direction of the first mounting hole 111, further shaking is reduced or even avoided, and user experience is improved. In addition, by providing the elastic member 130 between the key 120 and the first surface a1 of the first mounting hole 111, when the key 120 is not used, the key 120 can be tightly attached to the second surface a2 under the contact of the elastic member 130, and the housing assembly 100 can be ensured to be stable without shaking in the first mounting hole 111. Because the embodiment of the application has the above effects, the same key 120 is not swayed even being installed in the first installation holes 111 with different sizes, so that the processing precision requirement of the first installation holes 111 on the shell 110 can be reduced, and the production and manufacturing costs can be reduced.
The elastic member 130 may be directly mounted on the first surface a 1. Of course, in order to make the installation of the elastic member 130 smoother, referring to fig. 6, the first surface a1 may be provided with an installation groove a11, one end of the elastic member 130 may be located in the installation groove a11 and abut against the bottom surface of the installation groove a11, and the other end of the elastic member 130 may be located outside the installation groove a11 and abut against the key 120.
In the embodiment of the present application, the elastic member 130 may have any structure capable of abutting the key 120 against the second surface a2. For example, referring to fig. 5, the elastic member 130 may include a spring 131 and a first slider 132. Specifically, the spring 131 may be located in the installation groove a11 and close to the bottom surface of the installation groove a11, the first slider 132 may be located in the installation groove a11 and close to the notch of the installation groove a11, and the first slider 132 may be pushed by the spring 131 when the key 120 moves along the length direction of the first installation hole 111, so that the key 120 is moved to be closely attached to the second surface a2. Further, to avoid the first slider 132 moving along with the key 120 to affect the pressing feel, when the end of the first slider 132 away from the spring 131 abuts the key 120 against the second surface a2, the end of the first slider 132 close to the spring 131 can still be located in the mounting groove a11, so that the first slider 132 can be restrained by the mounting groove a11 and cannot move along with the key 120. In the embodiment of the present application, when the first slider 132 abuts the key 120 on the second surface a2, the length of the portion of the first slider 132 protruding out of the mounting groove a11 is preferably 0.05mm to 0.1mm. Wherein, the length of the portion of the first slider 132 protruding from the mounting groove a11 may be the length of the portion in the direction perpendicular to the second surface a2. The spring 131 may be replaced by a structure having a certain elastic expansion property, such as silica gel, and the first slider 132 may be pushed to press the key 120.
In some embodiments, to ensure that the first slider 132 does not separate from the mounting groove a11, referring to fig. 5, a second mounting hole b1 may be provided on an inner circumferential surface of the mounting groove a11, a third mounting hole c1 may be provided on the first slider 132, and the elastic member 130 may further include a latch 133, one end of the latch 133 being located in the second mounting hole b1, and the other end of the latch 133 being located in the third mounting hole c 1; the third mounting hole c1 has a size larger than that of the latch 133 along a deformation direction parallel to the spring 131, so that the first slider 132 moves in the third mounting hole c1 under the pushing of the spring 131 to make the key 120 closely contact with the second surface a2. By the above arrangement, the first slider 132 is not moved out of the mounting groove a11 under the constraint of the latch 133, and is not affected by the movement of the key 120 in the first mounting hole 111. Further, in order to facilitate the installation of the pins 133 into the second installation holes b1 and the third installation holes c1, referring to fig. 3, the second installation holes b1 may penetrate the housing 110 so that the pins 133 may be directly inserted into the second installation holes b1 and the third installation holes c1 from the outside of the housing 110 at the time of assembly.
Referring to fig. 7, if an area of the inner circumferential surface of the installation groove a11 away from the notch of the installation groove a11 is defined as a first annular section a111, in some embodiments, to ensure that the first slider 132 does not separate from the installation groove a11, the first annular section a111 may be provided with a limiting groove d1, and the first slider 132 may be provided with a protrusion 1321, and the protrusion 1321 is located in the limiting groove d1, so that the protrusion 1321 moves in the limiting groove d1 to make the key 120 cling to the second surface a2 under the pushing of the spring 131. With the above arrangement, since the limit groove d1 does not penetrate into the notch of the mounting groove a11, the first slider 132 is not moved out of the mounting groove a11 under the limitation of the protrusion 1321 and the limit groove d1, and is not affected by the movement of the key 120 in the first mounting hole 111. The limiting groove d1 may be an annular groove or a bar-shaped groove. When the limit groove d1 is a bar-shaped groove, the length direction of the limit groove d1 may be parallel to the deformation direction of the spring 131.
In some embodiments, in order to enable the key 120 to move smoothly along the length direction of the first mounting hole 111, the first slider 132 may be made of a material with a smooth surface. Preferably, the first slider 132 may be made of polyoxymethylene. The first slider 132 prepared by using polyoxymethylene has a small motion friction force to the key 120, which is advantageous for smoothness of motion.
In some embodiments, in order to enable the key 120 to move smoothly along the length direction of the first mounting hole 111, referring to fig. 7, the second surface a2 is provided with a second slider a21, and a material for preparing the second slider a21 may be a material with a smooth surface. The second slider a21 may be made of polyoxymethylene. Further, to facilitate the mounting of the second slider a21 on the second surface a2, a fourth mounting hole may be provided on the second surface a2, one end of the second slider a21 may be provided in the fourth mounting hole, and the other end of the second slider a21 may be located outside the fourth mounting hole. The second slider a21 may be provided on the second surface a2 by an adhesive or the like. The arrangement position of the second slider a21 on the second surface a2 may be arbitrary; preferably, when the number of the second sliders a21 is equal to the number of the first sliders 132, each of the second sliders a21 may correspond to one of the first sliders 132. Wherein, a second slider a21 corresponds to a first slider 132, and a line connecting a center of the second slider a21 and a center of the first slider 132 may be perpendicular to the second surface a2. For cost saving, the number of the first sliders 132 may be one, the number of the second sliders a21 may be plural, and when the number of the first sliders 132 is one and the number of the second sliders a21 is plural, the plurality of the second sliders a21 may be uniformly distributed at the outer circumference of the first sliders 132. By providing the plurality of second sliders a21 so as to be uniformly distributed on the outer periphery of the first slider 132, uniformity of force can be ensured.
Further, the length of the second slider a21 protruding from the second surface a2 may be 0.05mm to 0.1mm. Preferably, the length of the second slider a21 protruding from the second surface a2 may be equal to the length of the portion of the first slider 132 protruding from the mounting groove a11 when the first slider 132 abuts the key 120 against the second surface a2. By designing the length of the second slider a21 protruding from the second surface a2 to be equal to the length of the portion of the first slider 132 protruding from the mounting groove a11, the uniformity of the gap on both sides of the key 120 can be ensured, so that the key 120 is in a centered symmetrical state in appearance, which is beneficial to the delicacy of appearance.
In some embodiments, the housing 110 may be a unitary structure. In some embodiments, when the first surface a1 is provided with the mounting groove a11, referring to fig. 2 and 6, in order to facilitate the assembly of the elastic member 130 in the mounting groove a11, the housing 110 may also include a first sub-housing 112 and a second sub-housing 113, where the first sub-housing 112 may be provided with a first sub-mounting hole e1, and the first sub-mounting hole e1 includes a first sub-surface e11 and a second sub-surface e12 that are oppositely disposed, and the first sub-surface e11 is provided with a second sub-mounting hole e2 penetrating the first sub-housing 112; the second sub-housing 113 is connected to the second sub-mounting hole e2 of the first sub-housing 112, so as to form the first mounting hole 111 by enclosing with the first sub-housing 112, the surface of the second sub-housing 113 forming the first mounting hole 111 and the area of the first sub-surface e11 where the second sub-mounting hole e2 is not provided together form the first surface a1, the second sub-surface e12 is the second surface a2, and the surface of the second sub-housing 113 forming the first mounting hole 111 is provided with the mounting groove a11. By arranging the housing 110 to include the first sub-housing 112 and the second sub-housing 113, when the housing assembly 100 is assembled, the elastic member 130 can be assembled on the second sub-housing 113 first, and then the assembled elastic member 130 and second sub-housing 113 are assembled at the second sub-mounting hole e2 of the first sub-housing 112, so that the assembly is more convenient.
After the first sub-housing 112 is connected to the second sub-housing 113, the second mounting hole b1 may be completely blocked by the first sub-housing 112, may be partially blocked by the first sub-housing 112 (see fig. 2), or may not be blocked by the first sub-housing 112. Of course, in order to prevent the latch 133 mounted in the second mounting hole b1 from sliding out of the second mounting hole b1, it is preferable that the second mounting hole b1 is at least partially blocked by the first sub-housing 112 after the first sub-housing 112 is coupled with the second sub-housing 113.
The connection manner between the first sub-housing 112 and the second sub-housing 113 may be arbitrary. For example, the first sub-housing 112 and the second sub-housing 113 may be perforated, and then the first sub-housing 112 and the second sub-housing 113 may be connected by providing screws or the like in the holes. In the embodiment of the present application, in order to save the assembly time of the first sub-housing 112 and the second sub-housing 113, a first connecting member may be disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the second sub-mounting hole e2, and a second connecting member 1131 (see fig. 5) that is used in cooperation with the first connecting member may be disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the second sub-housing 113, and the second connecting member 1131 and the first connecting member may be connected by a clamping manner. Further, the first connecting piece may be one of a hook and a slot, and the second connecting piece 1131 is the other one of the hook and the slot.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device. The electronic device includes any of the housing assemblies 100 described above and a switch. The switch is disposed on the bottom surface of the first mounting hole 111, and the key 120 can be controlled to open or close by moving along the length direction of the first mounting hole 111. The electronic device may be any device having a key 120. For example, the electronic device may be a smart phone, a wearable device, a computer device, a television, a vehicle, a camera, a monitoring apparatus, or the like.
