BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hinge structure of a foldable mobile communication device, and more particularly to a foldable mobile phone, in which a hinge unit serving as a shaft portion can be assembled from the inside so that the hinge unit cannot be seen from the outside. The present invention relates to a hinge structure of a mobile communication device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In mobile communication devices such as mobile phones and PHS (Personal Handyphone System) telephones, key blocks (including numeric keys, symbol keys, function keys, etc.) for inputting telephone numbers, input contents and incoming information are displayed. A liquid crystal display is essential. On the other hand, mobile phones are required to be reduced in size and weight while ensuring operability. If the casing is made too small, the display and the key block are reduced and the operability is impaired. Therefore, a folding type that can be folded when not in use and opened from a folded state to a horizontal state when in use can secure a sufficient area of the operation surface, and is optimal as a case structure for a mobile phone.
[0003]
The case structure of a foldable mobile phone is generally composed mainly of an upper case and a lower case each provided with a front (front) cover and a back (back) cover, and the upper case and the lower case. Are rotatably coupled by a hinge portion. Then, the upper casing and the lower casing can be folded from a 180 degree position where the upper casing and the lower casing are substantially horizontal to a zero degree position where the upper casing and the lower casing are in close contact with each other. It can also be opened from the degree position to the 180 degree position. In addition to mechanical strength such as impact resistance, the hinge part has a highly reliable structure that does not increase play between members over long periods of time. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the hinge structure of the conventional foldable mobile communication device, the hinge units 131 and 132 are inserted and assembled from the outside of the engaging member, so that the design in which the hinge cap is exposed to the outside of the housing can be followed. I must. If the hinge unit (hinge cap) is designed to be invisible from the outside, a separate part for hiding the hinge unit (hinge cap) inside is required, increasing the number of parts and increasing the size and cost of the housing. In the end, it's not a solution.
[0012]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a hinge part structure of a foldable mobile communication device that allows the hinge unit to be assembled from the inside and prevents the hinge unit from being seen from the outside without using a separate part. .
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention changes the first housing and the second housing including the first cover and the second cover connected by hinges between a folded state and a horizontal state. The hinge part structure of the foldable mobile communication device that can be configured includes a hinge unit that functions as a shaft part of the hinge, and the hinge unit can relatively rotate the fitting convex part and the fitting convex part. The first cover includes a fitting groove having one opening for fitting the fitting projection, and the second cover includes the one of the fitting grooves. Provided is a hinge structure for a foldable mobile communication device, wherein the fitting convex portion is sealed and fixed by being fitted to an opening .
[0014]
According to this structure, the hinge unit is not inserted from the outside of the hinge as in the prior art, but is attached to be interposed between the first and second engaging members adjacent to each other from the inside of the hinge, and The end is attached so that it cannot be seen from the outside of the housing. Therefore, the hinge unit is not visible from the outside of the hinge (not visible from the outer engaging member), and the aesthetic appearance is improved, and the degree of freedom in housing design is improved. Further, since a hinge cap or the like for making the hinge unit invisible from the outside is unnecessary, the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.
