According to the invention, a plurality of standard transceiving data sets are set according to a transformer substation protection device, namely a plurality of transmitting data sets are set on a transmitting side device, and a plurality of receiving data sets are set on a receiving side device and used for receiving the transmitting data sets of one or more transmitting side devices; the sequence and the number of the virtual terminals of the received data set and the transmitted data set have one-to-one correspondence, and the virtual terminal association rule is automatically constructed; setting communication parameters of the virtual connecting line of the secondary circuit through a liquid crystal interface menu of the transformer substation protection device; and completely realizing the receiving matching communication of the data according to the member number and the sequence of the receiving and sending data sets. According to the invention, the connection of the configuration virtual terminal of the intelligent substation is avoided, the communication parameters are set through the liquid crystal menu interface of the device, the problem that the configuration file format is obscure and unintelligible is solved, and the problems of long modification, verification and debugging time are solved.
