the conference message forwarding unit is used for reading a conference state message cache record corresponding to the conference identifier from the conference state notification cache, then judging whether the content of the latest conference state notification message in the read conference state message cache record is empty or the effective message identifier is false, and if so, judging that the conference state notification message does not need to be forwarded; if not, forwarding the latest conference state notification message in the conference state message cache record to a conference service management platform corresponding to the conference, and after the notification is successful, reducing the accumulated notification number in the conference state message cache record to 0 and setting the message valid identifier to false.
The invention can also configure different working frequency values for the conference message consumption device corresponding to the conference on each conference service management platform aiming at the conference state notification processing requirements of each conference service management platform under different service scenes.
Particularly, the present invention may further configure a threshold of the cumulative notification count, and when it is determined that the cumulative notification count in the read conference state message cache record is greater than the threshold of the cumulative notification count, the conference message forwarding unit forwards the latest conference state notification message in the read conference state message cache record to the conference service management platform corresponding to the conference, and after the notification is successful, reduces the cumulative notification count in the read conference state message cache record to 0, and sets the message valid identifier to false.
The conference state notification server may further include:
and the conference ending device is used for firstly sending a conference ending notification message to the conference service management platform when the conference state in the conference state notification message sent by the conference server is ended, and continuously sending the conference ending notification message for many times if the response message of the conference service management platform is not received so as to avoid that the conference state message cache record in the conference message consumption device is destroyed because the conference service management platform does not receive the conference ending notification due to too short time, so that the conference state of the conference service management platform cannot be correctly updated, deleting the conference state message cache record corresponding to the conference identifier ended in the conference state notification cache after the conference service management platform successfully returns the response message, deleting the conference message consumption device corresponding to the ended conference, and releasing conference resources.

Claims (12)

1. A method for processing a conference state notification, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that firstly, a conference server sends a conference state notification message to a conference state notification server, wherein the conference state notification message carries a conference identifier, a conference state and a timestamp identifier;
step two, the conference state notification server extracts a conference identifier from the received conference state notification message, judges whether a new conference is initiated, dynamically loads a conference message consumption device for the newly initiated conference if the new conference is initiated, and creates a conference state message cache record in the conference state notification cache of the conference state notification server, wherein the conference identifier, the latest conference state notification message, the accumulated notification number and the message effective identifier are stored in the conference state message cache record, and then the conference identifier in the newly created conference state message cache record is stored as the extracted conference identifier, the latest conference state notification message is stored as the received conference state notification message, and the accumulated notification number is 0; if not, reading the conference state message cache record corresponding to the extracted conference identifier from the conference state notification cache of the user, updating the latest conference state notification message in the read conference state message cache record into the received conference state notification message, adding 1 to the accumulated notification number,
simultaneously, still include:
step A, each conference message consumption device on the conference state notification server periodically reads the conference state message cache record corresponding to the conference identifier from the conference state notification cache according to the preset working frequency, forwards the latest conference state notification message in the conference state message cache record to the conference service management platform corresponding to the conference, and finally receives the latest conference state notification message by the conference service management platform and displays the conference state in the conference state notification message to the user,
in step two, when the conference state notification server determines that a new conference is not initiated, the conference state notification server reads the conference state message cache record corresponding to the extracted conference identifier from the conference state notification cache of the conference state notification server, updates the latest conference state notification message in the read conference state message cache record into the received conference state notification message, and adds 1 to the cumulative notification count, further comprising:
step 21, the conference state notification server calculates the received conference state notification message and the MD5 value of the latest conference state notification message stored in the read conference state message cache record, and compares whether the MD5 values of the two conference state notification messages are consistent, if yes, the effective identifier of the read message in the conference state message cache record is false, the cumulative notification number is added by 1, the latest conference state notification message is updated to the received conference state notification message, and the process is ended; if not, continuing the next step;
step 22, the conference state notification server sets the message valid identifier in the read conference state message cache record to true, adds 1 to the cumulative notification count, and updates the latest conference state notification message to the received conference state notification message.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein in step one, the conference server sends a conference state notification message to the conference state notification server, further comprising:
each conference terminal pushes the conference state of the conference terminal to a conference server in real time through a conference state notification message, then the conference server forwards the received conference state notification message to the conference state notification server, and the conference state in the conference state notification message sent by the conference terminal comprises: during ringing, refusing to connect, during meeting, hanging up the meeting,
or the like, or, alternatively,
the conference server monitors the current state of each conference, and then sends a conference state notification message to the conference state notification server, wherein the conference state in the conference state notification message sent by the conference server comprises the conference state; the conference does not start, the conference starts, and the conference ends.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the MD5 values are not consistent in step 21, the method further comprises:
the conference state notification server judges whether the timestamp of the received conference state notification message is smaller than the timestamp of the latest conference state notification message stored in the read conference state message cache record or not, and if so, the process is ended; if not, then a transition is made to step 22, or,
the conference state notification server judges whether the conference state in the received conference state notification message belongs to the attention state of the conference service management platform, if so, the step 22 is switched to; if not, setting the message effective identifier in the read conference state message cache record as false, adding 1 to the accumulated notification number, and updating the latest conference state notification message into the received conference state notification message.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein step a further comprises:
step A1, each conference message consumption device on the conference state notification server periodically reads the conference state message cache record corresponding to the conference identifier from the conference state notification cache according to the preset frequency;
step A2, each conference message consumption device judges whether the content of the latest conference state notification message in the read conference state message cache record is empty, if yes, the conference state notification message is judged not to need to be forwarded, and the process is ended; if not, continuing the next step;
step A3, each conference message consumption device judges whether the message effective identification in the read conference state message cache record is false, if yes, the conference state notification message is judged not to need to be forwarded, and the process is ended; if not, judging that the conference state notification message is valid, forwarding the latest conference state notification message in the read conference state message cache records to a conference service management platform corresponding to the conference, and after the notification is successful, reducing the accumulated notification number in the read conference state message cache records to 0 and setting the message valid identifier to false.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein in step A2, when each conference message consuming apparatus determines that the content of the latest conference state notification message in the read conference state message cache record is not empty, the method further comprises:
each conference message consumption device judges whether the accumulated notification number in the read conference state message cache record is larger than the threshold value of the accumulated notification number, if so, the latest conference state notification message in the read conference state message cache record is forwarded to a conference service management platform corresponding to the conference, and after the notification is successful, the accumulated notification number in the read conference state message cache record is reduced to 0, the message valid identifier is false, and the process is ended; if not, step A3 continues.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein when the conference state notification server receives the conference state in the conference state notification message of the conference server as end, the method further comprises:
the conference state notification server firstly sends a conference ending notification message to the conference service management platform, if the conference ending notification message is not received by the conference service management platform, the conference ending notification message is continuously sent for a plurality of times, after the conference service management platform successfully returns the response message, the conference state message cache record corresponding to the conference identifier which ends in the conference state notification cache is deleted, the conference message consumption device corresponding to the conference ending is deleted, and conference resources are released.
7. A system for meeting state notification processing, comprising:
the conference server is used for sending a conference state notification message to the conference state notification server, wherein the conference state notification message carries a conference identifier, a conference state and a timestamp identifier;
the conference state notification server is used for extracting a conference identifier from a conference state notification message sent by the conference server, judging whether a new conference is initiated or not, dynamically loading a conference message consumption device for the newly initiated conference if the new conference is initiated, creating a conference state message cache record in a conference state notification cache of the conference state notification server, storing the conference identifier, a latest conference state notification message, an accumulated notification number and a message effective identifier in the conference state message cache record, and storing the conference identifier in the newly created conference state message cache record as the extracted conference identifier, the latest conference state notification message as the received conference state notification message, wherein the accumulated notification number is 0; if not, reading a conference state message cache record corresponding to the extracted conference identifier from the conference state notification cache of the user, and updating the latest conference state notification message in the read conference state message cache record into the received conference state notification message and adding 1 to the accumulated notification number;
a conference service management platform for receiving the conference state notification message sent by the conference state notification server and displaying the conference state to the user,
the conference state notification server includes a plurality of conference message consuming apparatuses, wherein:
a conference message consumption device, which is used for periodically reading the conference state message cache record corresponding to the conference identifier from the conference state notification cache according to the preset working frequency and forwarding the latest conference state notification message in the conference state message cache record to the conference service management platform corresponding to the conference,
the conference message producing apparatus of the conference state notification server further includes:
an MD5 value comparing unit, configured to calculate an MD5 value of the received conference state notification message and the latest conference state notification message stored in the corresponding conference state message cache record, respectively, and compare whether MD5 values of two conference state notification messages are consistent, if yes, determine that the message validity flag of the received conference state notification message is false, if no, determine that the message validity flag of the received conference state notification message is true, and finally notify the message cache updating unit of the determination result;
the message cache updating unit is used for receiving the judgment result of other units in the conference message production device on the received conference state notification message, setting the message effective identifier in the corresponding conference state message cache record to be false, adding 1 to the accumulated notification number and updating the latest conference state notification message into the received conference state notification message if the message effective identifier in the judgment result is false; and if the message effective identifier in the judgment result is true, setting the message effective identifier in the corresponding conference state message cache record to be true, adding 1 to the accumulated notification number, and updating the latest conference state notification message into the received conference state notification message.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein each conference terminal comprises:
a terminal state notification unit, configured to push a conference state of the terminal to a conference server in real time through a conference state notification message, and forward the received conference state notification message to the conference state notification server by the conference server, where a conference state in the conference state notification message includes: during ringing, refusing to connect, during meeting, hanging up the meeting,
the conference server comprises:
the conference state monitoring unit is used for monitoring the current state of each conference and then sending a conference state notification message to the conference state notification server, wherein the conference state in the conference state notification message comprises the conference state; the conference does not start, the conference starts, and the conference ends.
9. The system according to claim 7, wherein the conference message producing apparatus further comprises a time stamp comparing unit or a conference state filtering unit, wherein:
the time stamp comparison unit is used for judging whether the time stamp of the received conference state notification message is smaller than the time stamp of the latest conference state notification message stored in the corresponding conference state message cache record or not, if so, the received conference state notification message is an expired message, and the processing of the conference state notification message by the conference message production device is terminated; if not, judging that the message effective identifier of the received conference state notification message is true, and notifying a judgment result to a message cache updating unit; or
The conference state filtering unit is used for judging whether the conference state in the received conference state notification message belongs to the attention state of the conference service management platform, and if so, judging that the message effective identifier of the received conference state notification message is true; if not, judging that the message effective identifier of the received conference state notification message is false, and finally notifying a judgment result to a message cache updating unit.
10. The system of claim 7, wherein each of the conference message consuming devices further comprises:
the conference message forwarding unit is used for reading a conference state message cache record corresponding to the conference identifier from the conference state notification cache, then judging whether the content of the latest conference state notification message in the read conference state message cache record is empty or the effective message identifier is false, and if so, judging that the conference state notification message does not need to be forwarded; if not, forwarding the latest conference state notification message in the conference state message cache record to a conference service management platform corresponding to the conference, and after the notification is successful, reducing the accumulated notification number in the conference state message cache record to 0 and setting the message valid identifier to false.

The system according to claim 10, wherein the conference message forwarding unit forwards a latest conference state notification message in the read conference state message cache records to the conference service management platform corresponding to the conference when it is determined that the cumulative number of notifications in the read conference state message cache records is greater than the threshold of the cumulative number of notifications, and after the notification is successful, restores the cumulative number of notifications in the read conference state message cache records to 0, and sets the message valid identifier to false.
