Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of direct-current contactors of oil drilling platforms, and relates to a drilling motor direct-current contactor breaking protection system and method based on current detection.
Background
The dc contactor is a contactor used in a dc circuit, and is mainly used for controlling a dc circuit (a main circuit, a control circuit, an excitation circuit, and the like). The iron core of the direct current contactor has no eddy current and is generally made into a round shape by mild steel or industrial pure iron. Because the attraction coil of the direct current contactor is electrified with direct current, the direct current contactor has no impact starting current, does not generate the phenomenon of violent impact of an iron core, has long service life and is suitable for occasions of frequent starting and stopping.
When the direct current contactor is switched off, magnetic field energy stored by the inductive load is instantaneously released, a high-energy electric arc can be generated at a breakpoint, and the high-energy electric arc generally bypasses the insulator and is generated along the surface of the insulator, so that the insulator can be damaged, namely, the insulator is damaged or burnt. And the direct current contactor is broken under load because the arc distance is long when the direct current contactor is broken, so that the coil is easy to be damaged and burnt, and the direct current contactor is damaged, thereby causing serious equipment accidents and production loss. Therefore, how to prevent the direct current contactor from being disconnected when the direct current contactor is loaded is an urgent problem to be solved.

The invention relates to a method for carrying out breaking protection on a direct current contactor by utilizing the system, which comprises the following steps:
s1, detecting a current signal current1 at the output side of the direct current contactor by the current detection device and inputting the current signal current1 to the programmable PLC, wherein the programmable PLC acquires a current signal current2 of the direct current speed regulator; setting a system error value current4 of a difference value between current1 and current2 when the motor M is stopped through a programmable PLC, and setting a safety value current5 of a difference value between current1 and current2 when the motor M is stopped, wherein current5 is greater than current 4;
s2, if the SCR works normally, if an operator or a system triggers the stop switch to send out a signal for disconnecting the direct current contactor, the programmable PLC receives the signal and then carries out difference operation on current1 and current2 to obtain current 3;
s3, if the current3 is larger than the current5, the programmable PLC controls the alarm device to alarm, and simultaneously displays work abnormity alarm information of the direct current contactor KM on the upper computer through a system bus to prompt an operator to check the direct current contactor KM or lower the SCR load by the operator;
s4, if current4 is less than current3 and less than current5, the programmable PLC transmits a signal to the programmable DC speed regulator, the programmable DC speed regulator controls SCR trigger pulse of the silicon controlled rectifier, the speed of the motor M is reduced until the motor M is set to zero, and at the moment, the current2 is 0; meanwhile, the programmable PLC sends a reset enabling instruction to the motor M so as to reduce current1 to reduce the current3 to be smaller than current 4;
and S5, if the programmable PLC displays that current1 and current2 are 0 at the same time, controlling the motor M to stop, and simultaneously disconnecting the direct current contactor KM.
Preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the current detecting device is a current sensor, and the alarm device is a buzzer.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the direct current contactor arc discharge damages the coil mainly caused by the fact that a motor loop carries large current, the current is not completely zero or is not reduced below the safe current, and the current of the main loop is a decisive factor. The invention compares the current1 of the external detection loop with the current2 collected in the DC speed regulator in real time, and the current is controlled by the programmable PLC, so that the loaded current of the DC contactor is reduced to a safe value and then is disconnected, and the damage of the main contact of the DC contactor caused by the fact that the DC contactor is disconnected when the current still exists in the motor loop due to incomplete halt of the motor or misoperation of an operator can be effectively prevented. The invention is suitable for the on-load breaking protection of all direct current contactors, in particular to the on-load breaking protection of a large-capacity direct current contactor.
2. The invention is used for testing the mud pump motor of the petroleum drilling equipment, and the test result accords with the expected effect. The invention can be popularized to other occasions using the direct current contactor and can also be popularized to the occasions using the alternating current contactor.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the invention discloses a current detection-based petroleum drilling motor direct current contactor breaking protection system, wherein one end of a direct current contactor KM is connected with a silicon controlled rectifier SCR in series, the other end of the direct current contactor KM is connected with a motor M in series, the silicon controlled rectifier SCR is respectively connected with an incoming line breaker Q and a programmable direct current speed regulator in series, and the programmable direct current speed regulator (Siemens 6RA 80) is connected with the incoming line breaker Q through an auxiliary loop UV of the incoming line breaker Q; the output end of the direct current contactor KM is connected with the input end of a programmable PLC (Siemens S7-1500) through a current sensor, a programmable direct current speed regulator is also connected with the input end of the programmable PLC, the input end of the programmable PLC is also connected with a stop change-over switch, the output end of the programmable PLC is respectively connected to the motor M and the buzzer, and the communication interface of the programmable PLC is also connected with an upper computer through a system bus.
Connecting the devices according to the above, detecting a current signal current1 at the output side of the direct current contactor by a current sensor and inputting the current signal current1 to a programmable PLC (programmable logic controller), and acquiring a current signal current2 by the programmable PLC; a system error value current4 of the difference value between current1 and current2 when the motor M stops is set through a programmable PLC, and a safety value current5 of the difference value between current1 and current2 when the motor M stops is set, wherein current5 is larger than current 4.
When the silicon controlled rectifier SCR normally operates, if an operator operates the stop switch to send a signal for disconnecting the direct current contactor, or the operator operates the stop switch by mistake to send a signal for disconnecting the direct current contactor, or the system is triggered by an external interference factor to stop the stop switch from sending a signal for disconnecting the direct current contactor by mistake, the programmable PLC receives the signals and then carries out difference operation on current1 and current2 to obtain current 3. In the case of neglecting the detection error and the data processing error, current1 and current2 should be equal, the difference current3 is zero, and the set value current4 is a value close to zero after considering the error, and can be set according to the actual condition of the motor M.
If current3 is larger than current5, the programmable PLC controls the buzzer to give an alarm, and simultaneously displays work abnormality alarm information of the direct current contactor KM on the upper computer through the system bus to prompt an operator to check the direct current contactor KM; if current4 is more than current3 and more than current5, the programmable PLC transmits a signal to the programmable DC speed regulator, the programmable DC speed regulator controls SCR trigger pulse of the silicon controlled rectifier, the speed of the motor M is reduced until the motor M is set to zero, and at the moment, current2 is 0; at the same time, the programmable PLC issues a reset enable command to motor M to reduce current1 to current3 which is less than current 4. When current3 is less than current4, complete shutdown of motor M is not guaranteed, and only if current1 is reduced by the aforementioned method, it is guaranteed that motor M is shut down when current1 and current2 are both zero. Therefore, if the programmable PLC indicates that current1 and current2 are both 0, the motor M is controlled to stop, and at the same time, the dc contactor KM is turned off.
